Your contribution
· Provide strategic financial leadership that strengthens resilience, supports growth and ensures MAAC is future-ready.
· Build trusted relationships across the Board, Executive, Senior Leadership Team and clinical leaders - becoming a critical partner in financial organisational planning.
· Lead Group-wide financial stewardship across charity and trading operations, securing robust controls and transparent reporting. Ensure financial systems, processes and controls remain best-in-class, enabling clarity, accountability and operational confidence.
· Steward financial risk and compliance, including oversight of the investment portfolio, reserves strategy and financial statutory obligations.
· Report to the Audit and Risk Committee and Board of Trustees to provide assurance that financial controls are adequate, appropriate and operating effectively – supporting Trustees in carrying out their governance responsibilities.
· Play a lead role in shaping our long-term financial plan, working collaboratively to manage costs and grow income through innovation and diversification.
· Model values-led leadership, supporting the development, wellbeing and capability of a high-performing Finance team.

The short breaks service offers crisis and planned stays to adults with learning disabilities in Kensington. The Team Leaders manage our short breaks service ensuring safe, person-centred, and high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities.
About the role:
The Team Leader is responsible for offering a creative and flexible response to ever changing complex demands which include meeting guest’s needs within the environment. We require experienced Team Leaders to help run the short breaks service.
The Team Leader acts as the “person in charge” for the service during their shift — coordinating staff deployment, managing admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate recording and communication, and promoting a positive and enabling environment for guests and staff.
We require x4 Team leaders and each team leader will work a 5-day week (37.5 hours per week) with a mixture of days, evenings, nights and weekends on a rota basis. Weekends will rotate approximately working 1 to 2 weekends per month. Team Leaders will work 1 week of nights shifts approximately every 6 weeks. The people we support require team members that can work flexibly as they will need support through the day and the night.
Team Leader supports the Registered Service Manager to ensure that your team deliver on quality improvement, and safeguarding, managing the budget of the service and the personal finances of people you support. You lead the management of Health and Safety in the service. The role requires you to create a harmonious, open, and positive working environment, where people are confident to speak up.
The role requires you to work with people who need assistance with every aspect of daily living, supporting complex health conditions, assisting people with sensory loss and communication challenges as well as with people who are significantly more independent but vulnerable to coercion and control and who may reject support. What will I be doing?
You’ll be responsible for defining, planning and managing the delivery of cross‑organisational projects and programmes that deliver expected outcomes and benefits to the Institute and its stakeholders, including:

How will I be working?

What will you be doing?
Manage caseload efficiently and effectively in line with The FA policies, procedures, regulations, protocols and thresholds:
- Undertake investigations in respect of allegations or concerns made against individuals within, or seeking to enter, football.

- Liaise with County FAs, Clubs, Leagues and other FA departments as well as statutory agencies throughout safeguarding investigations to ensure timely information sharing and inform The FA's assessment of risk.

- Ensure the FA fulfils its legal duties under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, including referrals to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

What are we looking for?
Essential for the role:
- BA/MA in Social Work, Police Officer (with relevant Child Protection experience), Youth Offending Officer or Probation Officer with a relevant degree or a lawyer experienced in child & family law.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in front-line child protection intervention and/or risk assessment of adult perpetrators, and application of risk assessment tools.
- Knowledge of safeguarding frameworks and best practice.
- Evidence of a child-centred approach and an understanding of children's rights, needs and best interests.
- Excellent report writing skills, including risk assessments, risk management report writing and analysis of risk.
- Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.

We are seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to provide hands-on support while we recruit a permanent post holder. This is a key role within the not-for-profit organisation, ensuring continuity across the HR function while also leading on several priority improvement areas.
A significant focus of the role will be reviewing and strengthening recruitment processes and updating HR policies, alongside delivering a high-quality, pragmatic HR service to managers and employees.
Overview of the Role
- Review and assess current recruitment processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
- Update, review, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are compliant, clear, and fit for purpose
- Act as a trusted HR lead, providing operational advice and guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle
- Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activity, from role scoping through to onboarding
- Ensure HR processes are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation and best practice
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to basic HR reporting and insights
- Support and stabilise the HR function, ensuring a smooth handover to the incoming permanent HR Manager

- Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and operational HR best practice
- Confident reviewing and improving processes, policies, and ways of working
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Able to build credibility quickly with stakeholders at all levels
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience desirable

Looking for a talented and driven Website Manager to lead the development, optimisation and performance of our website and events platform. This is a pivotal role, owning the end-to-end digital member journey - from first visit and discovery, through browsing and booking, to post-event engagement. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, using data, insight and user feedback to continuously improve performance, usability and conversion. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you'll ensure our digital platforms are high-quality, accessible, reliable and genuinely rewarding for members to use.Main duties include:
- Owning the digital user journey
- Lead and continuously improve the full website and events platform journey
- Map, analyse and optimise key pathways such as discovery, search, event pages and checkout
- Use analytics, heatmaps and feedback to identify friction points and drive measurable improvements.
- Managing the events platform
- Oversee performance, usability and content quality across the events platform
- Ensure event listings are accurate, engaging and aligned with brand and commercial goals
- Improve internal workflows and support opportunities for cross-sell, upsell and personalisation
- Driving website performance
- Monitor and optimise site speed, responsiveness and technical stability
- Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives across high-value journeys
- Support SEO best practice and ensure strong performance across devices and browsers
- Lead robust QA processes across releases, CMS updates and content changes

- Confidence using analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or similar)
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
- Familiarity with web development processes, basic coding or scripting knowledge is a bonus.

The role

You’ll work closely with our fabulous fundraising team and be able to play a significant role in bringing people together, shaping and expanding our community events calendar, and helping to make a big impact.Whilst previous community fundraising experience would be desirable, this is also an opportunity for an ambitious graduate who wants to make a real difference.
As a Community Fundraiser, you will be the face of St Richard’s Hospice in the community, you will help our wonderful fundraisers and inspiring new supporters to raise money for the charity, always ensuring they receive the best possible supporter experience. You will be part of the wider Income Generation team, contributing to our shared goals and income targets.
A key part of the role will be to deliver fundraising with strong financial impact: achieving a 3:1 return on investment within two years, ensuring activities are cost-efficient, effective, and sustainable.
Flexibility will be required for evening and weekend working as well as the ability to travel locally to events, meetings or fundraising activities. This role is based at the Hospice, Wildwood Drive, Worcester.
The role will also include;
- Build and nurture relationships with local fundraisers, community groups, schools, faith groups and local organisations.
- Plan and deliver fundraising activities with clear financial targets and measurable impact.
- Represent the hospice at local events, cheque presentations and talks, sharing the difference our supporters make.
- Set, monitor and report on fundraising performance metrics, particularly the goal of delivering a 3:1 return on investment for this role over two years.
- Recruit, train and support volunteer fundraisers and community ambassadors.
- Ensure all fundraising is carried out ethically and in line with regulations.

About you
You will bring;
- Some experience in fundraising, community engagement, or volunteer coordination, this could be in a professional, personal or volunteer capacity
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, confidence speaking to community groups and schools
- Tenacious and the drive to take initiative to overcome challenges and deliver on Income Generation targets
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A compassionate, people-focused attitude — especially when working with those fundraising in memory of loved ones.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Full driving licence and ability to travel across Worcestershire.
Although not compulsory, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within the charity sector, delivering income generating activities, with knowledge and awareness of the fundraising regulations and codes of practice.

This national charity works to improve health outcomes through research, awareness campaigns and practical support. Their work reaches millions of people across the UK, and their in-house creative team plays a key role in delivering clear, engaging and accessible communications across print and digital channels.
About The role
This is a short-term temporary opportunity to support a busy in-house design team during a period of change. You'll work closely with senior designers to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets across a wide range of channels.
- Producing print and digital assets in line with established brand guidelines
- Creating social media assets, email banners and website banners
- Adapting and resizing artwork for multiple formats
- Preparing artwork for print (handover only - no printer liaison required)
- Managing multiple projects concurrently using Trello
- Liaising with internal stakeholders once work is approved
About you:
- A confident, hands-on designer able to pick up work quickly
- Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator essential)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
- Experience producing both print and digital assets
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders
- Able to work at pace in a high-volume environment
