We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Counselling Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping and developing our counselling service for children and young people. You’ll provide clinical leadership to a team of counsellors and trainees, ensuring young people receive effective therapeutic support, while helping us strengthen, diversify and grow our mental health offer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with great leadership and relationship-building skills, and who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people in tthe High Wycombe area
