· Support and coach teams to generate fundraising through online communities, including Facebook challenges, streaming channels and new tech. You will provide guidance on content, stewardship, and conversion.
· Lead the Facebook Challenge strategy and translate this for all stakeholders. Bringing all relevant teams together to ensure the Challenges are reaching the right audiences, supporters are stewarded appropriately, and the opportunities of these events are maximised.

· Develop and oversee strategies for streaming fundraising, identifying opportunities within Web3 communities and streaming ecosystems.
· Ownership of relationship with external agencies, holding regular check ins and ensuring the skill levels across the team of third-party systems.
· Monitor trends, campaign performance, and supporter behaviour to inform strategy adjustments and post-event improvements.
· Build relationships with other third sector organisations to share ideas, successes and concerns to build robust fundraising challenges and develop direction for new opportunities.
· Lead the creation of a Streaming New Product Development pipeline to test innovative fundraising approaches with content creators and streaming communities.
· Ensure the team effectively engages online communities to amplify ARUK activity and maximises supporter participation.
· Work with internal teams to ensure consistent supporter engagement and stewardship across all online platforms.
· Work closely with the celebrity and Influencer team to create and deliver the ARUK influencer strategy.
New Audiences & Partnerships
· Lead and oversee the development of partnerships.

Management
· Attend relevant sector-wide meetings to understand latest trends to inform strategy and direction of team.
· Undertake evaluation of income area, considering contribution, ROI and long-term potential.
· Stay abreast of competitor activity, particularly in designated areas, to inform strategy.
· Develop a full understanding of ARUK systems including data, finance and compliance in order to support the team in creating well informed processes and use of systems.
· Champion the Innovation/Online Fundraising Team across ARUK, sharing knowledge and education teams on the opportunities available.
· Upskill internal teams (e.g. fundraising, corporate, philanthropy)
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating live tests,

As a Children Sessional Play Worker, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of a variety of sessions and activities for children and young people at the refuge. This includes listening to children’s ideas to design services around their needs, choices, and aspirations. You will support and involve children in activities which are playful, stimulating, and enjoyable.
You will work alongside the Family Support Worker, encouraging all children to take part and have as much fun as possible whilst helping to develop children's learning, well-being, and social skills.
About You
You will have experience of working with children and you are passionate about play as well as dedicated to providing a welcoming and safe space for all children - supervising the children and ensuring their safety at all times.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on children as well as practical experience of working with children and within a team. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability to work on your own initiative and under supervision. A minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in child-care /play/ youthwork /sports/coaching or creative arts is desirable. We are now seeking a senior professional, with significant knowledge and expertise as an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant to join our organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial key role supporting the chair of the board and their fellow trustees, as well as the CEO and the senior and middle leadership teams with a range of professional support functions that includes communications, diary management as well as meeting organisation, administration and management. You will be expected to lead wihout close supervision whilst you undertake key roles that will ensure the leadership and governance of the charity functions highly. You will need to be a confident at complex management in a fast paced environment, a proactive and very highly organised member of the team, capable of managing your own working pattern, stewarding and organising multiple stakeholders and are able to work very flexibility with wide ranging and varied work pattern.
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 FTE (pro‑rata £22,800 – £25,200 for 21 hours per week)
Contract: 21hrs per week Part Time, Permanent, 3 days per week.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of Lord’s Taverners, providing essential support to the CEO, Trustee Board, and Leadership Teams. You will coordinate Board, Committee and leadership meetings, prepare agendas and papers, manage actions and governance records, and ensure the smooth running of key governance processes.
You will also provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing diaries, travel, correspondence and briefing materials, while acting as a trusted point of contact for Trustees, senior leaders and external stakeholders.
Alongside this, you will help coordinate our head office operations and support strategic projects, contributing to an efficient, well-connected and high-performing organisation.

Interview Process
First Stage (Online)
The first stage will be a 45-minute online MS Teams interview. During this stage, we will ask a range of competency-based questions to explore your experience, skills, suitability for the role, and how your values, attitude, and approach align with our culture and ways of working.
Second Stage (In Person)
The second stage will be a 60-minute, in-person assessment and interview at our London office. During this stage, you will complete a practical activity and discuss your approach, thinking, and decisions with the interview panel. We will also ask questions to understand how you approach challenges, make decisions, and work collaboratively with others.
Third Stage (Online)
The third stage will be a 45-minute online conversation with members of our Trustee Board.

It is also a chance for you to learn more about our organisation, our Trustees, and the culture and values that guide our work.

About the role
The Legacy Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the legacy marketing programme, including strategy implementation, campaign execution, budget management and performance against KPIs. The Communications team is responsible for informing, inspiring and engaging the public by showcasing Alzheimer’s Research UK’s work, impact and mission across all channels. We lead the charity’s media and strategic communications activity—ensuring consistent, accurate and compelling storytelling that supports research, fundraising and organisational priorities.
The Corporate Communications Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of clear, consistent and compelling communications that strengthens our reputation and supports the positioning of our organisational narrative and brand.
The role will provide strategic communications support to Corporate Partnerships, Brand, Fundraising and Marketing and the CEO Office. The postholder will oversee the charity’s Annual Report and strategic campaigns and manage a team of four Corporate Communications Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
· Act as the primary communications business partner to Corporate Partnerships, Brand and the CEO Office, providing strategic communications advice and support.
· Develop and deliver communications plans that support organisational priorities, fundraising objectives, strategic partnerships and executive profiling.
· Contribute to planning for major organisational moments, ensuring communications activity is integrated, audience-focused and aligned with ARUK priorities.
· Support the Senior Manager, Corporate & Research Communications in identifying communications opportunities, risks and emerging issues.
Delivery & Oversight
· Lead the development and maintenance of ARUK's communications messaging framework, including key messages, narrative tools and supporting communications materials.
· Oversee delivery of executive communications, including briefings, speeches, LinkedIn content, thought-leadership materials and speaking opportunities where required.
· Manage the production of flagship publications, including the Annual Report and Dementia Attitudes Monitor, and the communications outputs to support these.

Ways of working:
As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
