About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the Training, Learning and Assessment team, ensuring that trainer, assessor and programme administration is accurate, up to date and well organised. This role is central to the effective administration of the Training, Learning and Assessment function. The postholder will provide practical day-to-day support to help ensure that trainers and assessors receive timely information, accurate documentation and well-coordinated administrative processes.

Working closely with the Training, Assessment, Learning and Curriculum (TALC) Coordinator and the Head of Learning, the Administrator will help maintain records, support communication, coordinate meetings and training activity, and contribute to the smooth delivery of programmes across the organisation.

Main duties & responsibilities

Assessment Administration

• Administer assessment processes, ensuring learner submissions, assessment materials and related documentation are processed accurately and securely.
• Allocate learner submissions to assessors in accordance with agreed processes and maintain accurate records of allocations.
• Track assessment progress and turnaround times, updating records and following up with assessors as required.
• Receive, record and process completed assessments, ensuring learner feedback is distributed promptly and records are updated.
• Maintain assessment tracking systems, spreadsheets and databases.

Trainer and Assessor Administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date trainer and assessor records, including compliance documentation and annual review records.
• Support the onboarding of new trainers and assessors, including preparation of documentation, induction arrangements and record creation.
• Support the offboarding of trainers and assessors.
• Act as the first point of contact for routine trainer and assessor enquiries, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Support the administration and scheduling of trainer and assessor CPD activities and training opportunities.
• Keep up to date and accurate distribution lists for internal communications.

Quality Assurance and Compliance Administration

• Maintain quality assurance, compliance and assessment documentation in accordance with organisational procedures.

Brunswick Organic Nursery is a registered charity based in Bishopthorpe, York, which provides a productive and rewarding workplace environment for people with learning disabilities (‘workers’) to grow and thrive in. We build skills and confidence, support wellbeing and develop independence through offering opportunities in different work areas. These include horticulture (growing organic fruit and vegetables, growing plants at the garden nursery, and a contract gardening service for the local community), crafts, woodwork, cooking, and office administration.

Our Land Crops teams work across two sites: our main site and a listed walled garden, and grow a wide range of organic vegetable and fruit crops. We sell these in our shop and also to local businesses. In this role, you will lead small teams of people with learning disabilities, who have a range of skills and abilities, to grow organic vegetables and fruit. You have responsibility for leading the work area of Land Crops including all the planning for crop rotations, growing and care of the land and soil.  

Who are we looking for?

This role is about both growing and people. Growing-wise, you will be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about growing a range of vegetable and fruit crops on at least a smallholding scale. Our ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of organic growing and/or some experience of it. In addition to good knowledge and experience of growing, we’re looking for someone who thrives on enabling and supporting others with a range of skills and abilities to learn and develop. You must be able to build genuine connections with the people you work alongside, be able to think holistically about people and take responsibility for the team’s welfare whilst at work. Finally, the responsibilities of this role need you to have excellent organisation skills, an understanding of, and ability to ensure, that documents and records are completed using our IT system, and supportive people management skills.

Skills and experience required:

· Experience of growing a wide range of vegetable and fruit crops, preferably with experience of organic growing.

· Experience of maintaining growing records.

· Experience of working with and supplying customers.

· Knowledge and ideally experience of working inclusively with others.

Membership Co-ordinator

Barnwood is an independent charitable Trust. We get millions of pounds of funding out into the county every year. But money is only part of the story.

We join with the people, communities and organisations in Gloucestershire’s disability and mental health movement – driving forward change so that disabled people and people with mental health conditions have choice of opportunities, access their rights, and are included where they live.

We are looking for a new Membership Co-ordinator to join the team to coordinate our engagement scheme ‘Barnwood Circle’.  Barnwood Circle is a network of disabled people, people with mental health conditions, and carers, who inform and shape our work by sharing experiences and expertise.

Our Membership Co-ordinator is a key contact for members. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent administration and coordination of Circle meetups and projects. The Membership Co-ordinator helps us make our communication accessible and relevant to members, and enables members to participate by ensuring access requirements are met.

Specialist experience relevant to disability and mental health challenges, including safeguarding, specialist communications or cultural awareness is welcomed for this role.

Summary of Key Duties:

Coordination of engagement scheme

1. Develop and maintain a project-based overview of Barnwood Circle activity.

2. Support participation from disabled people and people with mental health conditions with the widest possible range of lived experiences. 

3. Manage registration of new members and Barnwood’s database.

4. Provide administration of Barnwood Circle member agreements, payments and expenses claims for taking part in projects with the Barnwood team.

5. Collate feedback and support evaluation of Barnwood Circle activity.

Communications and Events

· Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues to ensure that communications and channels used to engage disabled people and people with mental health conditions are effective, accessible, and relevant.

· Coordinate the creation of communications products which engage a wide range of disabled people and people with mental health conditions, commissioning specialist resources where necessary. 

· Support teams across the Trust to engage meaningfully with Barnwood Circle members and create communications to resource this.

FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.

The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES:

New Business

· Support the development of a new business pipeline by researching, approaching and engaging prospective corporate partners across a range of sectors

· Contribute to securing income through corporate sponsorships and donations, supporting Back Up’s services and special events

About the Role

BeyondAutism is looking for passionate and dedicated Therapists, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech & Language Therapists (SaLTs) to join our specialist multidisciplinary team supporting autistic children and young people.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative transdisciplinary model where therapy expertise is embedded into everyday classroom practice. You will play a key role in helping learners develop communication, sensory, motor, and independence skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced clinician seeking progression, we welcome applications across Band 5 to Band 7 levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group therapy interventions
• Complete specialist assessments and develop therapy programmes
• Support autistic learners to achieve communication, sensory, motor, and independence outcomes
• Work collaboratively with teachers, Behaviour Analysts, and wider multidisciplinary teams
• Coach and support classroom staff in implementing therapy strategies
• Produce high-quality clinical records, reports, and recommendations
• Contribute to annual reviews, EHCP outcomes, and transition planning
• Maintain safeguarding, clinical governance, and professional standards
• Band 6/7 clinicians may supervise junior therapists or therapy assistants

About You

Essential

• Recognised Occupational Therapy or Speech & Language Therapy qualification
• HCPC registration (plus RCSLT membership for SaLT applicants)
• Experience working with autistic children and young people
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary teams
• Understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet learner needs

Desirable

• AAC experience
• Sensory Integration training
• Knowledge of EHCPs and annual reviews
• Experience delivering training to staff, parents, or carers
• Service development experience
• Relevant post-qualification training (e.g. Zones of Regulation)

• Use your expertise to schedule engaging content to promote Headway UK and raise awareness of brain injury 
• Monitor and reply to comments and messages on Headway UK’s social media networks, including its online discussion forum. 
• Analyse social media engagement data to extract actionable insights and create detailed reports that inform strategy and improve engagement. 
• Be a passionate advocate for social media and digital communications across the Headway network. 
• Use your passion for communicating with people to raise awareness by developing and telling the stories of brain injury survivors and their loved ones. 
• Use your digital communication skills to facilitate internal communications, organising CEO online briefings and quarterly staff bulletins. 
• Manage the day-to-day stewardship of Headway UK’s ambassadors and influencers, building strong relationships, coordinating content opportunities, and ensuring consistent, values-led representation across digital channels. 

About you

We’re seeking a creative, enthusiastic and effective website and social media professional to join our communications team. Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the charity’s online presence.

You might already have some experience of using website and social media platforms in a professional capacity in your current role, or you’ll be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and innovative use of social media and CMS platforms.

You’ll support our students in small sessions providing individualised attention to students, both at our training centres and out in the community. The Role

We are seeking a highly organised individual to support the day-to-day administrative functions across finance and operations. This is a varied role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Key tasks

Finance

· Control and monitoring of the finance inbox

· Manage the purchase and sales ledgers, accurately processing all associated transactions

· Processing incoming donations from various sources and accurately maintaining records

· Support and assist with month and year end processes

· Monitoring and maintaining data and records 

· Ensuring strict adherence to financial controls, processes, and internal procedures

Operations

· Manage and keep up to date the operations annual calendar of activities and compliance requirements

· Liaise with and co-ordinate all external contractors, including utility companies and RUH Estates, to ensure Designability meets all legal requirements and premises remain fully operational and compliant

· Support the staff member responsible for IT, including IT asset and software tracking and administration

· Support the relevant team member with GDPR compliance, including tracking data held

· Assistance with operations administration as required

General

· To conduct such other duties as may be required by the organisation from time to time

· Willing and able to undertake work outside normal hours and to travel as required

· Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to achieve our charitable purpose

· Prepared to take on a range of tasks as needed to support the organisation’s work
