As a Head of Development, you will:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of programmes within the schools sector

• Apply up-to-date knowledge of the education and schools sector in the UK to develop, deliver and co-ordinate our

• Sit on the Senior Leadership Team working to develop current and new programmes in alignment with the charities strategic plan

We are recruiting for an Interim Employee Relations Lead for 3-6 months to work with a non-profit client based in London (2 days in office)

Main Duties:

About the role

We seek a Head of Operations who will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our London Higher’s operations, including human resources, governance and compliance, IT, finance, and administrative functions.
