You will:

• Provide support for the Service Manager in the Wandsworth Floating Support Team. 
• Work directly with a small caseload of service users, delivering support to enable independence and mental health recovery. 
• Carry out and evidence regular assessments of support needs; drawing up, implementing, monitoring and reviewing support plans, risk assessment and outcomes monitoring. 
• Promote independence, wellbeing, inclusion, and resilience. 
• Provide line management and ‘hands-on’ support to the staff team when complex support issues arise, or breaches of tenancy occur and take charge when there is a major incident. 

You are:

• Someone with at least two years’ experience within a visiting support, supported housing team and/or a floating support team. 
• Knowledgeable and experienced in working directly with people with mental health needs, including experience of working in a recovery-based service.
• Able to support planning and mental health recovery approaches with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Experienced in working across multi-agency approaches to health, including social services, landlords, and other service providers.
• Able to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team.
• Someone with a wide range of life experience, effective communication skills, and able to demonstrate degree level academic experience.
• Competent in using computer programmes and databases.

NAPAC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to focus on marketing and selling our training programmes to external clients in public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, social work or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year’s experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and the pipeline process, customer relationship management, and marketing concepts.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.

An opportunity has arisen for a lead Support worker to work within our Sanctuary crisis intervention and prevention service, based in Fore Street in Enfield. We act as a short-term A&E and Emergency services alternative, providing support to individuals in the Enfield Borough aged 18+. 

This role is to provide leadership and support to the Sanctuary team on shift. The role will:

• Lead shifts during the week, providing support to team members via case management support, escalation, Health and Safety guidance
• Support the Sanctuary Manager to embed processes within the service, and ensure that these are carried out
• Work alongside the Manager and team to ensure that the service is operating to high quality standard.
• Provide support in times of emotional distress for clients. The support worker will provide a calm, supportive presence.

 The role will support clients through co-producing support plans with practical and therapeutic support offerings, as well as contributing to the development of a warm welcoming environment and ‘safe space’ to be.

This position would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years experience of working with people with mild, moderate and severe mental health issues.

 The Brent Centre for Young People is looking for an experienced, dynamic person to join its Clinical Administration Team.

The Brent Centre for Young People is a charity based in North West London (Kilburn) that provides psychotherapeutic treatments to young people aged 11-25 years, who suffer with emotional difficulties and have mental health needs. The Centre has an international reputation and delivers world-leading evidence-based practices to young people across North West London. On average, the centre helps over 700 young people per year through its In-house and Outreach Services.

We are looking for an experienced clinical administrator with strong people and communication skills to help run our clinical services.

The suitable candidate will have at least two years’ experience of clinical and/or general administration and reception duties. This post will suit a confident, reliable individual with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

You will be expected to be confident in IT skills (including the use of Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level) and apply them to recording data accurately on a daily basis on our client database.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, can work to regular deadlines, can problem solve when faced with difficult situations, adheres to confidentiality and can communicate professionally, politely and effectively with young patients, their families, our clinical and non-clinical staff team and our external contacts, such as GPs.

The post requires sensitivity to the needs of young people with emotional difficulties and the nature of therapeutic work and their families. Experience with young people or with mental health is advantageous.

You will be expected to work a range of shifts between 9.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 7pm and 11.30am to 8pm, to be agreed.

The candidate will have excellent skills, when carrying out duties of the post.

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual who can help us to get more people involved in shaping Lancashire Mind.

Lancashire Mind is a local charity working to prevent poor mental health. We support people experiencing common mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression. We work with children and adults, offering universal services to help people improve their mental wellbeing, along with targeted services for people and communities at increased risk of experiencing poor mental health or facing mental health inequalities. We’re working towards a Lancashire where everyone can have the best mental health and wellbeing possible.

We have a responsibility to engage the communities we serve, to make sure we know and understand them. It's vital we do this to identify need and understand barriers and to design services alongside people. We do this well on an individual service level, with many of our projects designed with the people who use them but we need to improve how we involve people with lived experience in organisation-wide development plans and key decision making.

To help us work towards our plans for embedding participation, we're looking for someone to join our Engagement and Inclusion Team to work with the communities we aim to serve, with a focus on those who are underrepresented within Lancashire Mind services. The role has been designed to ensure that the experiences, perspectives and ideas of local people are being listened to and acted upon.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within communities and knowledge of the barriers that people face to achieving mental wellbeing and accessing services. You'll be confident, creative and able to work autonomously in the community, where you'll communicate with a wide range of people and quickly build rapport.

The focus of the role will be to ensure that more people with lived experience of poor mental health know who Lancashire Mind are, what we do and how they can influence our work. You'll work with the Community Engagement Projects Lead to create a range of opportunities for people to participate, including establishing formal structures, for example a lived experience panel and youth advisory group, which you'll design with the people who want to get involved. You'll work with colleagues across all teams to ensure opportunities to influence Lancashire Mind's work are promoted to everyone who uses our services.
