You'll have a track record of applying these values in commercial contexts, as well as a sympathy with the wider Quaker faith and aims.

You will ideally bring a record of achievement in:

  • Leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team in the attractions or conferencing sector with knowledge of buildings and facility management, either in the private sector or as part of a complex commercial arm in the public or voluntary sectors.
  • Innovative and creative business development.
  • Experience in marketing and developing a strong customer base.
