We are looking for multiple Project Workers to join our Hammersmith & Fulham Supported Accommodation Pathway. These services support adults with a range of needs who are preparing for more independent living.

In the role of Project Worker, you will support clients on their journey toward increased independence. You will manage a caseload of residents, helping them develop the skills and confidence required to move on to appropriate longer‑term or independent accommodation. The role focuses on empowering residents to build on their strengths, develop practical life skills, and maintain independence in the community.

Working in this role, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Work with clients to identify their personal aims and ambitions and work towards achieving them.
• Provide practical and personal support to clients in an approachable, caring and person-centred way.
• Work as part of a dedicated team to provide safe, high quality, positive and inclusive service to clients.
• Complete administrative records relating to client work, housing management and health and safety. 
• Work on a weekly shift rota including early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

About you

This role will suit people with: 

• An understanding of the issues faced by homeless or vulnerably housed people – you may have had personal experience of homelessness yourself. 
• Experience of helping vulnerable people to identify personal goals and supporting them through a process of change. 
• Good interpersonal and listening skills, to establish effective working relationships with clients. 
• An enthusiasm to learn and work with clients with a holistic, person-centred approach.

In this role you will:

• Lead and oversee the operational delivery of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) London Accommodation Commissioned Rehabilitative Service (CRS), providing accommodation support, information, advice, and guidance across 10 London estate prisons and 8 Probation Delivery Units (PDUs).
• Manage and support a large, geographically dispersed team, including direct line management of 4 Team Leaders and overall oversight of Administrators and Housing Advisors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of contract targets.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Justice, probation services, prison staff, commissioners, local authorities and partner agencies to deliver joined up and effective resettlement support.
• Ensure the service meets contractual and best practice requirements by leading, motivating and developing staff, embedding quality standards, monitoring performance, and driving continuous service improvement.

We're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to help protect our group from online threats and help build a safe, secure digital future for our customers, systems, and data. You'll be based either in our Wembley or Basingstoke office, with a mix of office and home working.

The Role:

As an experienced Cyber Security Analyst, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems safe. Working closely with our external Security Operations Centre (SOC) and internal teams, you'll watch systems, respond to threats, and handle security issues. You'll need hands-on experience in network security checking, threat hunting work and managing firewall settings.

You'll also bring good knowledge of cloud security best practices including IAM, workload protection and secure setups of cloud services to meet our standards. You'll be part of a team-focused cyber security group that helps all areas of the business, making sure our systems, apps, and data stay secure and meet all needed rules and standards.

Key Tasks

• Watch and check security alerts using SIEM and other security tools

2. Deliver our service by a range of methods required, including telephone/digital channels, drop-in sessions, appointments, outreach work, and home visits.

3. Act for clients where necessary; this includes drafting letters, budgets, financial statements, and negotiating with third parties.

4. Ensure income maximisation through the take up of appropriate welfare benefits.

5. Prepare and present cases to statutory bodies, tribunals, and courts when required.

6. Assist clients with issues, where they may be an integral part of a case, and refer them to the appropriate agencies and advisers.

7. Maintain standards of service delivery and ensure that casework conforms to the Citizens Advice membership requirements, the Advice Quality Standard, and the Money and Pensions Service Advice Quality Framework.

8. Comply with systems for monitoring and reporting purposes.

9. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that the service area meets key performance indicators and targets.

10. Assist in the smooth running of the organisation and provide emergency cover for other parts of the service when necessary.

11. Analyse and interpret complex information, communicating this effectively in writing with particular emphasis on negotiation and representation.

Research and Campaigns

1. Keep up to date with current research trends and campaign issues.

2. Participate in research and campaigns activity by providing information on client’s circumstances and acting on behalf of the client.

Essential Criteria

1. An understanding of and commitment to the aims, principles and policies of the Citizens Advice service including a strong commitment to equality and diversity.

2. An understanding of the problems and issues associated with unmanageable debt and their implications for clients and advice service provision.

3. Recent experience of providing advice to the Advice Quality Standard and/or the willingness and ability to complete full debt advice training.

4. A good understanding of the skills and techniques used in interviewing clients through a range of channels including telephone, digital and face-to-face.

5. The ability to understand the needs of others and to empower clients to take action for themselves.

6. The ability to monitor and maintain own standards, prioritise work and meet deadlines and targets.

7. The ability to give and receive feedback objectively and sensitively and a willingness to challenge constructively.

8. The ability to work as part of a team and to respond positively to change.

Our Bath Road Service is a CQC‑registered residential home providing long‑term accommodation for up to 10 people with severe and enduring mental health needs. We support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, financial management and rehabilitation, while encouraging active engagement within the local community.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the service and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care.

How you will make a difference as a Registered Manager:

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies while leading, motivating and developing your staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, personalised services through assessment, person‑centred planning and regular outcome‑focused reviews
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, aspirational support plans
• Implement safe systems of work, including personal safety and lone‑working procedures
• Ensure accurate and high‑quality recording on the Rethink Information System, supporting staff in its effective use
• Manage incidents, accidents and complaints in line with policies and regulatory requirements
• Act as the service Safeguarding Lead, maintaining strong professional relationships with safeguarding partners
• Provide effective line management, including supervision, performance, conduct and attendance management
• Recruit and retain a skilled workforce in line with safer recruitment practices and Equality legislation

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience in an operational management role within health or social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards, legal responsibilities and person‑centred care
• Proven experience supervising, leading and managing staff
• Direct experience supporting people with severe and enduring mental illness
• Experience working with statutory agencies and external professionals
