PIN seeks a dynamic, mission-driven consultant to lead the implementation of the OWIS UK Growth Strategy — a four-month, grassroots plan to grow visibility, school engagement, and strategic partnerships across the UK. 
 
The consultant will translate the strategy into action, working closely with the PIN UK team to test, learn, and build the foundations for long-term programme growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

Build Relationships with Schools and Teachers 

• Gather qualitative insights from teachers about challenges and needs in addressing OWIS topics to ensure the OWIS content and approach (the OWIS “product”) is relevant and appropriate. 

• Recruit and support 5-8 pilot schools to trial OWIS content and provide feedback. 

• Engage teachers as champions and contributors to testimonials or case studies. 

Build Product and Partnerships 

• Establish strategic relationships with NGOs, academic partners and local authorities. 

• Coordinate development of a simple UK-facing digital platform or landing page for content access. 

• Curate and develop content, collaborating with aligned organisations to explore joint licensing or resource-sharing. 

Build awareness and a model for cost-recovery 

• Produce content for 2-3 online posts a month aligned with OWIS messaging.

• Work with PIN UK to pilot the 'Friends of One World' public donation initiative. 

• Map and engage potential high-net-worth individuals and potential patrons. 

• Demonstrate clear linkage between funding and measurable classroom impact. 

• Provide recommendations for sustaining and scaling the UK programme post-consultancy. 

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning 

• Maintain a simple monitoring framework tracking outreach, engagement, and partnerships. 

• Produce monthly progress updates and a final 4-month summary report outlining results, challenges, and next steps. 

Expected Deliverables 

• Minimum of 5 pilot schools actively engaged. 

• 3–5 new strategic partnerships established or formalised. 

• UK-facing landing page or MVP platform launched with curated content. 

• Content for visibility building (thought-leadership pieces, testimonials) 

• Impact summary (qualitative and quantitative) at the end of 4 months. 

Requirements 

• Experience working in or alongside the UK education system, ideally with teachers, schools, or education-focused NGOs. 

• Proven experience in programme or outreach implementation — ideally in education, youth engagement, or communications. 

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams. 

• Demonstrated commitment to human rights, inclusion, and civic education.

About the role

Procurement plays a critical role at Centrepoint, supporting services across England and managing relationships with over 1,100 suppliers. As Procurement Officer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Procurement and Procurement Manager to translate Centrepoint’s procurement strategy into practical, value-driven outcomes.

You’ll deliver end-to-end procurement activity across a range of categories, including Direct Marketing, Facilities Management and Services, influencing spend decisions, driving value for money, and ensuring compliance with procurement policy and regulatory requirements.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model

The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week in the office. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (for example, two days one week and three days the next). This will be adjusted accordingly for part-time or compressed hours contracts.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering end-to-end procurement activity, including market analysis, supplier sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Acting as a category lead across key areas of spend, working closely with stakeholders to embed procurement early in project planning
• Managing supplier relationships, supporting contract negotiations and leading regular contract reviews to ensure performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Supporting the development and continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes and controls, including supplier onboarding and contract registers
• Reviewing supplier risk and compliance, ensuring adherence to Centrepoint’s Procurement Policy and relevant legislation

About you

You’ll be a capable and motivated procurement professional with experience supporting procurement activity in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and engaging effectively with colleagues and suppliers to deliver compliant, value-driven outcomes.

You’ll bring:

• Experience delivering procurement activity, including tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract award
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate spend data and identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Overseeing tech systems and hardware - website management, Mobilize, Nationbuilder, GDrive, Slack & other communication channels, laptops, mobiles, printers, and meeting tech & peripherals - and provide technical support to staff as well as collaborating with our external IT support providers;

2. Overseeing day to day running of the office, managing office supplies including first aid and ensuring accessibility as well as supporting hybrid working needs;

3. Supporting GDPR compliance - being the point of contact with our external advisor, supporting data champions in the hubs and managing GDPR changes; 

4. Working with the People & Ops Manager to run excellent people processes for the lifecycle of our staff from recruitment and induction to offboarding;

5. Participate in Operations projects, for example IT review & optimisation, GDPR review or programme support review;

6. Managing logistics for board & other meetings, team away days and retreats, other NEON events and other ad hoc team support, in particular for the EDs - booking meeting rooms, sorting out meeting tech or ordering food;

7. Monitor organisational accounts including generic email accounts and NEON networks;

8. Running delivery of an ops programme with the whole ops team - currently this is ops peer support network but with ambitions to expand to a formal programme;

9. Play an active part in the whole NEON team, contributing to organisation-wide plans.

The Job

We are seeking a Tax Accountant to lead on UK corporate tax and VAT compliance. This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) that is majority home-based, with occasional visits to the organisation's office in South West London.
You will:

• Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns (including partial exemption calculations) and annual Corporation Tax returns.
• Monitor HMRC guidance and ensure compliance across the organisation.
• Provide expert technical advice on complex charity tax matters to senior leaders.

The Person

ZANE is a UK registered charity providing aid to some of the most destitute people in Zimbabwe. ZANE’s core work is supporting pensioners who, as a result of Zimbabwe’s economic collapse, have been left entirely dependent on charity. Who we’re looking for

ZANE: Zimbabwe A National Emergency is seeking a self-employed organised administrator with CRM experience to support the team in delivering outstanding stewardship to supporters.

Someone who has excellent attention to detail, previous database experience and is able to work both independently and as part of a team is required to provide admin support to our existing small team. Must be able to work year-round. A key part of the role is to shadow the existing team member responsible for the ZANE database.

What’s required

• Shadow the existing team to learn all aspects of ZANE’s database system and administration processes relating to donor stewardship. ZANE does not have an office, so this will be a combination of online and in-person at the individual’s place of work (home).
• Handling new Direct Debit payments.
• Responsible for dealing with legacy administration.
• Assist with the processing of incoming post. This includes cheques, charity vouchers, debit and credit cards and Direct Debits.
• Recording donations and keeping accurate data records of engagement on Harlequin, the charity’s CRM system.
• Attending weekly online and occasional in-person meetings. Assisting at fundraising events – this will require occasional travel to London and other locations.
• Admin duties such as printing thank you letters, filing, shredding, scanning and updating/maintaining spreadsheets.
• Any other duties that working as part of small busy team requires.

Requirements

• Organised, excellent attention to detail. Flexibility regarding hours.
• Previous CRM experience essential. Previous experience of data processing for a charity desirable but not essential.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Commitment to ZANE’s mission of supporting impoverished communities in Zimbabwe.

This role is self-employed and it is the responsibility of the successful candidate to calculate and pay tax and National Insurance contributions.

AmplifyChange has an exciting job opportunity for a Grants Officer to join our dynamic team of dedicated sexual and reproductive health and rights specialists.

The Grants Officer provides support to the Grants Support Team and Grants Operations Manager across a portfolio of grants, ensuring grants move efficiently and in a timely manner through the grant management cycle. The Grants Officer will be trained to become an advanced user of our online Grants Management System Fluxx and will guide and support users who are less conversant with the system. The Grants Officers also support international business travel logistics. 

Fluency in French is essential for this role due to AmplifyChange operating as a bilingual fund. The postholder will support our grantees, who are based across Africa, South Asia and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

The role is a Bath-based position and will work closely with team members in the

UK and overseas, including our Grants Support Team, Finance and Grants Compliance Team. The Grant Officer reports to the Grants Operations Manager. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES    

1.  Using our online Grants Management System Fluxx, oversee a portfolio of grants through a grant implementation process from grant set up through to grant closure, ensuring compliance with internal procedures 

2.   Act as the operational focal person for grantees and provide support throughout the grant cycle on contractual,  operational and reporting matters, drawing on and coordinating expertise from the Grants Managers and Grants Compliance Team 

3.   Provide support in the preparation and implementation of new grant calls, and support the selection and Due Diligence process when necessary, responding to all applicants whether successful or unsuccessful 

4.  Regularly monitor the completion of pre-contracting conditions by grantees, and obtain appropriate sign-off internally

AmplifyChange is based in Bath, and we operate a hybrid working model which would include coming to the office at least once a week. This is an exciting time to join as we are embarking on an ambitious Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) Programme to enable the organisation to reach its ambitious goal of raising £120m by 2033.  The Data and Analytics Lead will be the operational backbone of the Data and Analytics team, responsible for ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of all functions in the team.  This role is a key partner to the Head of Data and Analytics, freeing them to focus on strategy, vision and driving forward the DDT Programme.

The Data and Analytics Lead will be the primary line manager for the Data Operations, Salesforce Development, Data Selections and Business Intelligence teams, focusing on workload management, resource allocation, and supporting the development of a high-performing culture.

This is an interim role working closely with the Head of Data and Analytics who will continue to oversee the function whilst driving the DT programme forward. 

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing and management of the Data & Analytics team as the primary point of contact for all data related activities and directing as necessary

· Provide mentorship, guidance and performance management to the Data and Analytics team, nurturing a collaborative and high-performing culture

· Work with your direct reports and the Head of Data and Analytics to develop and monitor the team’s operational plan, ensuring this is aligned with teams across ARUK

· Actively lead and manage the team’s workload and capacity, ensuring there are effective demand management and planning processes in place

· Champion the use of analytics and insight across the organisation to drive performance monitoring and data-informed decision-making

· Work with the Head of Data and Analytics to ensure the team is aligned with the DDT Programme, and the team is effectively supporting data-related DDT initiatives

· Ensure robust processes are in place for Direct Debit and Gift Aid processing and these are being adhered to

· Ensure all business-as-usual tasks (eg. imports, data selections) are completed as required, on time and with quality assurance and reconciliation checks in place

· Work with the Senior Salesforce Technical Product Manager to continually review the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with the organisation strategy

· Oversee data governance, quality assurance and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations Provide expert regulatory guidance and technical support to strengthen our governance and operational integrity 

· Continue to develop the adoption of the Agile approach across the whole team

What we are looking for:

· Proven experience of working in a data operation function

· Demonstrated team leadership and development of a team of technical experts, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and driving high performance

· Background in analysis, data modelling and data-driven marketing

· Extensive experience of managing and using large relational databases and analysis packages

· A track record of identifying and implementing improvements to data management systems and processes

· An understanding of marketing and specifically, direct marketing and campaign management

· Good knowledge of data protection legislation and its application

· Excellent inter-personal (relationship) skills with an ability to build relationships, trust and respect at all levels.

· Able to use storytelling to bring data analysis to live

· Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues

· A strong desire to improve charity-wide performance through more effective practices and insight

· An ability to translate data and insight for non-technical audiences

· Strategic and critical thinking, including the development and delivery of a long-term strategy and plan

· Effective and confident communicator (written and verbal), attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals.  This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Events to join our highly successful Philanthropy team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to develop and enhance our Corporate and Special Events Programme. This is very much a hands-on role of team leadership and direct account management. This includes six figure partners and our key relationships with Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, The Dorchester Hotel and international insurer Fidelis. Special Events include our Winter Ball which raises over £500k annual and our Golf Day at around £100k. The post-holder has a key role in the management of our Philanthropy & Corporate Board, which bring together industry leader to help move both these programmes forward. There is great freedom to innovate and a healthy pool of local business with an affinity to our cause. The post-holder takes a key leadership role across fundraising and marketing, working with their peers (Heads) and Director to take strategic decisions for wider benefit of the department. Having invested in the team’s capacity, we aim to grow income from c. £1.5m to £2m over the next few years. This in the broader context of a total voluntary income target for the charity of £5m-£6m.

The Head of Partnerships & Events leads a team of two currently, although this may increase. The ISM seeks a Legal Officer to help deliver key services to its members across a wide range of legal issues. The role includes supporting unpaid-fee claims, helping musicians understand third-party contracts, and assisting the wider legal team with ongoing matters.

It is vital that we deliver gold standard legal services, responding to the needs of our professional musician membership.
