About you

You will be an excellent team player and a fast learner. You will be organised, enjoy working with people and have some knowledge of HR processes, particularly in relation to onboarding.

As People Support Team Administrator, you work to support our homes with all onboarding and HR administrative queries across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on onboarding.

What You'll be doing 

You'll be at the heart of our onboarding process, helping new colleagues join us smoothly and ensuring managers have the support they need along the way.

You'll:

• Support the onboarding journey from offer through to start date.
• Carry out employment checks, including DBS, references, right to work, qualifications, and occupational health clearances.
• Set up new starters on our HR system and maintain accurate employee records.
• Be a key point of contact for candidates, managers, and colleagues, providing a positive and professional experience.
• Support probation administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Respond to HR administration and onboarding queries.
• Assist with personnel file audits and compliance checks.
• Maintain shared trackers, inboxes, and employee records.
• Support the wider People Team with administration and reporting tasks.

What We're Looking For 

You may already have HR experience, or you may be an experienced administrator looking to develop a career in People/HR.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
• Some understanding of onboarding, recruitment administration, or HR processes.
• Knowledge of employment checks such as references, DBS, and right to work documentation would be beneficial.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.

Experience within a care organisation or knowledge of CQC recruitment requirements would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.

We’re searching for an experienced Legacy Officer, who will play a vital role in ensuring every gift left to Dogs Trust in a will reaches its full potential. This role sits at the heart of our work, as every legacy makes a difference to the dogs we support.

What does this role do?
As a Legacy Officer, you will: 

• manage a caseload of pecuniary, specific, life interest, and residuary legacies, ensuring the charity receives its full entitlement and maximising value where possible,
• liaise with external stakeholders, such as executors or solicitors, handling sensitive conversations efficiently and professionally,
• review estate accounts, including the allocation of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Inheritance Tax (IHT), to confirm estates are correctly administered,
• represent the charity’s interests in all legacy-related correspondence, handling queries from legal professionals and the public with professionalism,
• maintain accurate records using the First Class 4 database, support with reporting, and escalate significant matters to senior legal staff as needed.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 17th August 2026, and will take place at our London office.

Could this be you?
With proven experience in legacy administration, you will have good knowledge of wills, probate, tax and trust law. With excellent attention to detail, you will be highly organised and able to demonstrate experience of managing and prioritising own caseload. A certificate in Charity Legacy Administration is desirable.

Interim Events Manager

We’re working with a well-known UK charity to recruit an experienced Interim Events Manager to lead the delivery of a busy programme of fundraising and organisational events.

This is a hands-on role managing two flagship fundraising events, alongside the charity’s awards ceremony and initial planning for its 2027 events programme. You’ll oversee everything from project plans and budgets through to table and team sales, sponsorship, auctions and raffles, ensuring supporters and partners receive an excellent experience.

You’ll also work closely with senior volunteers and manage an Events Officer.

About the role
You will have strategic responsibility for statutory fundraising at Sense, excluding commissioned work. Context

As the Community and Events Fundraising Officer, you will play a key part in ending youth homelessness in Scotland by inspiring people to support Rock Trust.

You will deliver exceptional supporter care and create meaningful experiences for everyone fundraising for us. Although a varied role, your work will follow strong themes – relationship building, spending time with supporters, and working with the Fundraising team; all to make a tangible difference for young people.

You’ll join an experienced and collaborative Fundraising and Communications team and be supported to identify opportunities to grow our community presence, take ownership of our community-led income, and inspire long term supporter loyalty to Rock Trust. In this varied and people-focused role you will meet and present to community groups such as schools, student societies, churches, and voluntary organisations. You may support groups to host their own events, take part in Youth and Philanthropy Initiative projects, or run collections, and you’ll play an important role in improving our supporter stewardship; helping create meaningful ways to connect with, and thank, our supporters. 

You will also look after our events portfolio; recruiting participants, ensuring they receive top-notch stewardship, and supporting them in their fundraising journey. In the office, you will collaborate with teams such as Communications and Finance. You’ll also play an important part in supporting volunteers and volunteer groups, helping to create an excellent supporter experience at every stage.

Role Purpose

The Employment & Skills Manager will lead the development and delivery of our current and future Employment & Skills programmes, overseeing the successful delivery of the existing EFL Training Ground, Future Dons, DIVERT and Street Soccer projects.

A key aspect of the role will be to support the development of the Foundation's exciting new Health & Community Hub at the stadium, helping to shape a vibrant, inclusive space that promotes education, employability, health and wellbeing. This will include contributing to the creation of dedicated mentoring spaces and exploring the potential development of a Youth Hub in partnership with a range of stakeholders, creating new opportunities for young people and the wider community.

Working collaboratively across Foundation departments and with external partners, the Employment & Skills Manager will embed a consistent Work Experience and Volunteering pathway across the organisation, expand the Foundation's mentoring offer to schools, and develop innovative programmes that respond to local community needs while strengthening partnerships and maximising social impact.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the development and growth of Employment & Skills projects, including the effective line management of the Employment & Skills Team members. Leading various mentoring and skills development projects and sessions.
• Drive programme design, delivery, and quality assurance in consultation with stakeholders, internal teams, and beneficiaries.
• Work with key internal staff to develop and embed a clear process, pathway and framework for volunteering and work experience across the organisation. Training staff to implement an effective framework that supports young adults to take early steps into the industry.
• Regular monitoring of staff performance and development to ensure all are working towards meeting programme objectives and KPI’s. Building a high-performing and collaborative team, fostering a culture of resilience, togetherness and constant improvement.
• Oversee all programme budgets, ensuring cost-effective and compliant use of funds. Ensuring all programmes are delivered within budget
•  Monitor financial projections, reporting, and adherence to contractual obligations and funder/donor requirements.
• Develop and oversee Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks to assess impact. Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
•  Ensure robust data capture, analysis, and reporting systems are in place across all projects. Utilising equality, diversity and inclusion data to ensure programmes align to the organisation strategy, supporting communities facing the greatest need and worst health outcomes.
•  Build, nurture, and strengthen strategic partnerships with delivery partners, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Represent the Foundation on working groups, championing our vision and mission to diverse audiences. Including local DWP, EFL and Schools and sport partnerships.
• Work with the Head of Programmes to identify development opportunities and service gaps within existing programmes, subsequently approaching suitable partners and/or funders.  Including writing funding applications.
• Work closely with the Communications teams to produce effective marketing literature and promotional materials to aid recruitment. Ensure success stories and case studies are captured.
• Responsible for quality assurance of the projects ensuring the needs of each partner are met. Regular monitoring of staff performance and development to ensure all are working towards meeting programme objectives and KPI’s.
•  Be the Designated Safeguarding Officer for Employment & Skills projects, liaising with associated partner Safeguarding Team’s to ensure a clear line of reporting to AFC Wimbledon Foundation Safeguarding Team. Ensuring all activity is suitably risk assesses.
• To create a safe environment and act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are either within the care of your programmes or attending club premises and report any concerns to the Safeguarding Lead.
• To adhere to the Foundation’s policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and GDPR.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualifications:

· Hold a relevant higher education or industry recognised certification or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within Charity and/or football and sports industry.

· Mentoring, Youth Work or Health & Social Care related qualification.

· Institute of Leadership and Management qualification or willing to work towards.

· Emergency Aid and Safeguarding Children Certificates.

· Ability to travel to activity & meetings across London and surrounding areas / Full Driving License

 

Experience:

· Experience of working in a management role at a Charity and/or football and sports industry.

· Experience of designing, delivering and managing employment, mentoring and training programmes to achieve set outcomes. 

· Strong project management skills able to manage multiple strands of work to a high level.

Working collectively with our leadership team, you’ll help shape our culture and redefine how we strategically plan and allocate our resources to create maximum impact for people affected by dementia. Acting as the bridge between our Finance Business Partnering and Planning & Analysis teams, you’ll bring together observations, insights and reporting to the Leadership Team, Board and Trustees, providing recommendations that inform and support strategic decision making. 

You'll role model collaborative leadership, building and developing a high performing team by setting high standards, providing constructive challenge and creating a supportive environment where your team are empowered to perform at their best. 

This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll provide strategic direction and expert guidance, while also rolling up your sleeves to implement change, improve processes and deliver results leading by example. 

Through effective partnerships and high-quality financial planning and analysis, you’ll help us to ensure every pound we spend is aligned to our strategy, ensuring we make the biggest impact for people affected by dementia.

About you

You're an accomplished financial leader who builds meaningful relationships across diverse teams while maintaining analytical excellence. You use your influence to communicate with clarity and excel at creating transformation within complex organisational structures.

- Previous experience of working in commercial finance/FP&A function and Strategic Business Partnering (in either charity or similar sized organisation) with cross matrix ways of working.
 
-  CCAB qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or QBE) with substantial post-qualification experience at senior level (essential).
 
- Proven experience directing and developing high-performing teams within complex, matrix environments. Extensive background in strategic business partnering and financial planning with senior leaders on high-profile programmes.
 
- Track record implementing process excellence and sophisticated forecasting tools across large organisations. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging leaders across multiple directorates.
  - Experienced in driving cultural change and continuous improvement within finance functions. Background in strategic investment appraisal and financial modelling for new systems and technologies.

Would you like to make a positive difference to the lives of survivors of torture? Do you have experience of coordinating clinical services delivery to marginalised groups in a community setting?​

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to work with an innovative and friendly multidisciplinary team at our London Centre, which is a purpose-built centre specifically designed for the treatment of torture survivors, with extensive indoor space and gardens.​

About the Role​

Our team of experienced clinicians offer a range of specialist therapy interventions, to survivors of torture and organised violence, on an individual and group therapy basis. The interventions equip survivors with the resolve to deal with the physical and psychological impacts of their experiences. Throughout the rehabilitative journey, we closely monitor the impact of the interventions as it relates to each survivor using specifically designed Outcome Tools, which in turn assist in ensuring that the survivors receive the best treatment possible.

​About You​

To be successful in this role you must be qualified in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, (you will be trained to doctorate level or an equivalent vocational level 7). If you are nearing the completion of your training in either discipline, we would still love to hear from you. You must have knowledge of at least one evidence-based approach to trauma therapy including trauma focused CBT, NET and EMDR, sufficient to be able to deploy this model clinically and determine appropriate intervention pathways. It is also essential that you are registered to practice as a psychologist with HCPC. Due to the psychological trauma experienced by our clients you must have up to date knowledge of relevant mental health and safeguarding legislation. Your role will include offering supervision to trainees.

About the Role

To lead and deliver the overall performance of a flagship Heart of Kent Hospice retail site; a large format store that is materially bigger and more complex than a standard hospice shop and which represents a meaningful share of total retail income. 

The Senior Retail Manager is accountable for the sales, profitability, people, stock, premises and day-to-day operation of the site. The postholder leads a multi-layered team of paid colleagues and a large volunteer workforce and is personally accountable for delivering demanding income targets while maintaining excellent customer service, compliance and presentation standards. 

Reporting to the Commercial Retail Manager the postholder plays an important role in promoting the Heart of Kent Hospice brand within the local community and in delivering the hospice's retail strategy on the ground at site level. 

About You

• Significant retail management experience with responsibility for achieving challenging sales and income targets.
• Experience managing a large-format, multi-department or similarly complex retail operation.
• Strong visual merchandising and store presentation skills that have driven sales and customer engagement.
