What does this role do?
As Stories Manager, you’ll:

• shape Dogs Trust’s approach to case studies, ensuring our stories are effective, powerful and available to all our teams who need them,
• manage a team of case study producers, supporting them to source and develop emotive stories that exemplify the work we do,
• develop a year-round case study plan that aligns with our key messages and campaigns, monitoring audience engagement and the impact of stories to build on success,
• collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to develop case studies relevant to their work, and build our centralised story database

The National Society for Education (NSE) is seeking an Administration Officer who will work across two teams:

• Operations Team - providing support on procurement, contracts, governance, and data protection.
• Curriculum and Inclusion Team - offering administrative support for a few hours each week.

This is a fixed-term role until 31 December 2026 to cover the substantive post-holder during their secondment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage open contracts, including:

Key Role Requirements

• The post-holder will need to travel on occasion. This could be for NSE Team Days, NSE Residential (one overnight stay in the Autumn each year), Operations Team Days, or other events such as the National Conference. It is anticipated that there will be approximately 12 travel days per year, although this will vary.
• This is a remote role, and can be fulfilled as a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2026 or as a secondment.

We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Officer to deliver paid digital marketing campaigns, helping spread the word about Dogs Trust.

What does this role do?

As Digital Advertising Officer, you will:

• manage campaigns throughout the full lifecycle, from briefing with our media agency, to building and developing creative assets and copy, with a particular focus on paid social campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads,
• optimise and test campaigns, using platform data and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs, interpret performance, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to maximise impact,
• work closely with stakeholders across the charity to ensure campaigns are optimised, and all content reaches the appropriate audience.

• Engaging proactively with UK Biobank’s diverse community of academic and commercial researchers to identify priority datasets that will deliver the greatest scientific value.
• Providing expert advice on the strategic, governance, and ethical considerations associated with the acquisition and use of new linked datasets.
• Working with the Director of Data Linkage in developing and delivering a long-term strategy for extending and deepening UK Biobank’s data linkages, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and national research priorities.

Is this 'you'?

To be successful, you will have:

• Significant experience in strategic planning, research intelligence, or policy development within the health sector, research or Government environment.
• A degree or higher degree in public health, health policy, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of health data for research, information governance, and data protection frameworks.
• Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across academia, government, and industry.

Working hours are 35-hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility, 60% onsite with hybrid working available. The Director of Data Linkage is based at the Oxford site. The Executive Assistant provides high-quality administrative and coordination support to the Leadership Group and plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of War Child’s office. The role supports diary management, travel, expenses and meeting logistics for senior leaders, and contributes to a welcoming, safe and well-organised office environment.

This is a great opportunity for an organised, proactive and people-focused Executive Assistant to join a lively, hardworking and values-driven organisation. Supporting the Leadership Group and helping to keep our office running smoothly, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day rhythm of War Child.

The role combines practical administrative support with hands-on office and facilities coordination. You’ll help manage diaries, travel, expenses and meeting logistics for senior leaders, while also being a key point of contact for office-based activity — from welcoming colleagues and visitors, to liaising with suppliers and supporting a safe, well-organised working environment.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative group of leaders who are engaged, creative and deeply committed to War Child’s mission. It’s a fast-paced role, well suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to build strong administrative and coordination skills while contributing to work that really matters.

Because office and facilities support is a core part of the role, regular on-site presence is important. You’ll be based in our London office for a minimum of three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Are you an experienced video producer who loves telling compelling stories through your work?
We’re looking for a Senior Video Producer to produce engaging, creative video content for various channels and purposes and manage a small team of video producers.

What does this role do?

As Senior Video Producer, you’ll:

• manage all aspects of video production, from pre-planning, conceptualisation and scheduling to delivery to editing, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle,
• collaborate with colleagues across the division to gather their requirements for video content, ensuring all briefs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines,
• plan and develop a year-round schedule for our YouTube channel,
• coach, manage and develop a team of Video Producers, ensuring they create compelling, on-brand content that builds Dogs Trust’s brand.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Tuesday 3rd February 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be an experienced video producer and storyteller, who has a strong portfolio of work and track record of producing high-quality, engaging video content. You’ll need experience with all aspects of video production, from working with a variety of cameras and lenses to proficiency in industry-standard editing software, motion graphics and animation software. You’ll also need some experience of supervising or managing teams, with excellent communication skills to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.

Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager who will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations, and be responsible for health & safety, and HR for the organisation. This exciting role will also ensure the smooth running of the office space, support staff wellbeing and team culture, and assist the CEO and Trustees as Secretary to the Borad.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Serve as the main contact for the office’s building management, and keep staff updated about the premises as needed.
• Maintain and organise the office space and storage unit.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Health & Safety

• Act as the Health & Safety Officer for the organisation.
• Collaborate with external consultants to ensure compliance with current legislation, and annual Health & Safety assessments.
• Keep team members informed about office safety, First Aiders, and Fire Wardens; maintain up-to-date records on SharePoint and in the office.
• Attend relevant training to stay current with new legislation.

Human Resources

• Serve as the first point of contact for staff HR matters; including annual leave, sickness, contract changes, and updates to the staff handbook.
• Work with the charity’s external consultant and legal advisors to resolve HR issues.
• Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll and benefits information is correctly shared.
• Review and recommend employee benefits based on changing team needs.
• Manage the in-house learning portal and ensure all staff training is current and relevant.

Company Secretarial Duties

• Act as Secretary to the Board of Trustees.
• Manage correspondence with the Charity Commission and Companies House.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents and accurate record-keeping on SharePoint.
• Coordinate and schedule Trustee meetings, ensuring all documentation is completed ahead of deadlines.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, and other relevant software.

The Role

CXK is looking for x2 Engagement & Employability Coaches to drive our programmes across Kent and Medway. As an Engagement & Employability Coach, you'll use your creativity and mentoring skills to provide tailored support to individuals in various community settings, preparing them for the workforce or further education. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group activities, you'll foster personal, social, and employability skills, equipping beneficiaries with the tools they need to move into education, training, an apprenticeship, or sustained employment.

Your role will extend beyond direct beneficiary support; you'll collaborate closely with partner organisations, ensuring seamless referrals and continued progress for our beneficiaries post-programme.

The main responsibilities of the role are to:

· Deliver personalised mentoring, advice, and guidance to unemployed young people and adults, nurturing their growth and employability.

· Conduct engaging unaccredited/accredited training sessions and workshops, incorporating both face-to-face and online formats to suit diverse learning styles.

· Employ a person-centred approach, adapting strategies to suit individual or group dynamics.

· Identify the additional support needs of young people and adults and work with appropriate providers to ensure this is available to them.

· Support work placements and other community opportunities and be confident working in detached and outreach settings.

· Advocate for young people and adults, working to support them and their families to address barriers to progression with sensitivity and confidentiality.
