About the role

As our Influencer Manager, you’ll lead the way in helping us reach new audiences through trusted, authentic voices. You’ll work with teams across the RNLI to deliver campaigns that inspire support, encourage safe behaviour around the coast and inland waters, and shine a light on the work of our crews and lifeguards.

From spotting the right influencers for a campaign, to shaping creative briefs, managing relationships, and protecting our reputation — you’ll play a key role in making sure our messages are clear, engaging, and aligned with our values.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering our influencer strategy and finding new opportunities to share the RNLI’s story.
• Building strong, authentic relationships with influencers and content creators who align with our purpose.
• Creating clear briefs with compelling messages and ensuring that content reflects both the RNLI brand and each creator’s individual voice.
• Managing contracts, budgets, usage rights and deliverables to ensure value for money.
• Keeping a close eye on risks and working with colleagues to manage any issues quickly and responsibly.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on compliance, safeguarding and regulatory standards.
• Coaching and supporting teams across the RNLI to help build confidence in influencer activity.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you will support a range of administrative, HR and finance processes that enable our work to protect and advance human rights in maternity care across the UK.

We are looking for a new Database Support Officer to bring their enthusiasm and technical and communication skills to our fast-paced environment, which nurtures future development opportunities.

CHAIN – the Combined Homelessness and Information Network – is a multi-agency database for rough sleeping services in London. It plays a central role in the sector, allowing workers to share information with each other and ensuring their clients get the right support.  It is one of the world’s most comprehensive systems of its kind, and is used for developing London and UK-wide rough sleeping strategy and policy.

This dynamic role requires a flexible skillset, responsiveness, and a willingness to learn. Working collaboratively in our small team, you will:

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness services. We work to improve services through research, guidance and learning, and campaign for policy change that will ensure everyone has a place to call home and the support they need to keep it. The contract terms​

• Permanent contract​

• £110,000 per annum plus Benefits​

•  Our full time hours are 35 hours per week, but we are committed to flexible working ​and offer a hybrid approach to working. ​Members of our ELT are expected to be in person at one of our offices at least once a week and sometimes more. Due to the nature of our work, regular evening and weekend working is required of ELT members with time off in lieu given.​

• Hybrid working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. This role is linked to our Ewell (Surrey) office with a blend of home working and option to work out of our London office as required.​

Criminal record check (DBS): ​We take safeguarding seriously at Samaritans and follow safe recruitment practices. As this role has direct contact with children and adults at risk, this role will require an Enhanced DBS check with Adults and Children’s Barred Lists.​

Phoenix Futures are the leading provider of residential rehabilitation services in the UK. As part of our continued development of capacity and specialism in the sector, we are recruiting for a rehab in Oxfordshire, as a specialist female-only, trauma-responsive Therapeutic Community.

About you

We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide leadership to this new female-only service.

You will be understanding and passionate about the needs of women, have knowledge of the practical, emotional, social and economic issues facing them, have experience of and a desire to work in trauma responsive settings, and evidence experience of developing and shaping innovative services.

This role will be the CQC Registered Manager for a women’s-only residential service specialising in providing safe therapeutic environments for those who have experienced multiple disadvantage and those who have experienced past trauma. Therefore there is an Operational Requirement for this role to be fulfilled by a female (determined compliant under ACAS guidelines for recruiting applicants with a protected characteristic to do a certain job).[1]

The role

This role is an operational manager post that requires securing registration with the Care Quality Commission as an individual, and the continued management of a service also registered with the CQC.  

You will report to one of five Heads of Operations across the UK who report to the Director of Operations, and you will provide leadership and management to deputy managers (who in turn will manage the staff teams) and a nurse. This role is the figurehead of the service on-site, and balances the ongoing service provision with regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Phase one is now complete, the building has been completely refurbished to a high specification and has since opened in Autumn 2023.

Following the launch, this role will be the CQC Registered Manager for this service, with overall responsibility for it, including the programme provided, the staffing, the environment and the care and safety provided to residents.

The organisation

Phoenix Futures has been providing rehabilitation services for over 50 years. In support of the current Drug Strategy in England (From Harm to Hope) and the investment in residential services in Scotland, Phoenix are committed to rebuilding capacity across both countries in the residential rehab sector. In 2022/23 we launched two new residential services (Oakwood Lodge, an Enhanced Therapeutic Community in Derby, and Harper House, a National Specialist Family Service in North Ayrshire), and continue to identify further opportunities to increase provision.

The Ley Community began delivering a Therapeutic Community from its site in Yarnton in 1971 and established a well-regarded service up to its temporary closure in 2019. Joining the Phoenix Group has secured the additional investment needed to redevelop, and join the largest portfolio of residential services in the country. Responding to feedback from across referrers and those who use our services, the new service on this site will provide for women in need of a female-only space to safely and comfortably engage in treatment in a residential setting. Phoenix has a history of providing specialist services, including the CQC-rated Outstanding Grace House, a female-only rehab previously located in Camden. We take the history of both organisations forward into this development and will open later this year with great expectation. You will be key to achieving this, and the ongoing successes of this service.

Rostering & Workforce Optimisation Manager

• Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the role

The Rostering & Workforce Optimisation Manager role at Affinity Trust is a high-impact role with a clear purpose: to improve rostering quality, strengthen cover planning and reduce avoidable agency use.

You’ll work with Support Managers, Operations Managers and senior leaders to spot where things are not working as well as they should, understand why, and put practical improvement plans in place. That might mean identifying patterns in sickness and annual leave cover, highlighting gaps between commissioned and rostered hours, improving the way rosters are reviewed, or helping managers use the rostering system more consistently and meaningfully.

You’ll set clear minimum rostering standards, lead a regular governance and review rhythm for priority locations, and create repeatable insight packs that help operational leaders make better decisions. You’ll also act as the business owner for our rostering system, SONA, helping to shape priorities, improve reporting and support meaningful use across the organisation.

What success looks like

Success in this role means priority locations are meeting minimum rostering standards, managers are planning cover more effectively, last-minute changes and preventable gaps are reducing, and agency reliance is falling for the right reasons.

It also means leaders have better insight, decision-making becomes more consistent, and our rostering system is being used in a way that supports quality, continuity and good operational control.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is analytical, practical and confident working with people at different levels of the organisation.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience of improving rostering, workforce deployment or operational performance in a multi-site environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into practical action
• Confidence using systems, spreadsheets and management information
• The ability to influence, support and challenge managers constructively
• Experience of identifying root causes and delivering sustained improvement
• Experience of working across functions to solve problems and remove blockers
• A clear understanding of how staffing, cover planning and roster quality affect continuity, quality and cost.

Experience in health and social care would be particularly valuable, especially within learning disability, autism or children and young people’s services. Knowledge of SONA or similar rostering systems would also be helpful.

About the role:

At Single Homeless Project, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a life beyond crisis. As our Young Person’s Psychotherapist, you’ll play a vital part in making that happen. Working within our in house Psychotherapy team, you’ll provide one-to-one psychotherapy and co-produced psychoeducation groups for young people aged 16–25. Your work will focus on prevention, helping young people make sense of their experiences and build the tools to manage life’s challenges before they reach breaking point.

About you: 

• Experience providing in-person psychotherapy sessions as a qualified Psychotherapist or Psychologist for a minimum of 2 years including substantial post-qualification experience with young people. 
• An understanding of complex support needs, including but not limited to mental health issues, complex trauma, substance use, youth offending and physical ill health, along with the potential barriers to engagement with services both residential and in the community. 
• An understanding of psychologically informed environments (PIE) and how service development can be achieved in collaboration with clients, staff team and service management. 
• Experience of facilitating team led clinical case discussion, providing staff psychological support and critical incident de-briefs.
• Experience of building trust with young people who may be wary of professionals and create a safe, supportive space. 
• A commitment to ensuring equality of access to psychological and psychosocial support to young people who face multiple systemic barriers, with the aim of involving young people in shaping their own support and outcomes.

The Role

As a Researcher, you will deliver research and analysis on forest and farm finance across the Global South, with a special emphasis on Latin America, working to strengthen sustainable finance models that support people, nature and climate goals.

A significant focus of the role will be designing and delivering action research projects, generating qualitative and quantitative evidence and applying appropriate research frameworks to deepen understanding of forest and farm finance.

Working with forest and farm producer organisations, you will analyse findings, develop new knowledge and produce research outputs that support the development of green value chains, improved access to finance and stronger self-generated finance models.

You will also co-ordinate collaborative projects with international partners, contribute to funding proposals and support communication and engagement activities that share research insights with wider audiences.

Additionally, you will:

- Support project planning, reporting and budget management
- Write and edit research outputs for publication and dissemination
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, funders and research networks

About You

To be considered as a Researcher, you will need:

• A solid research background with skills and experience evidenced by a track record of growing publications in your own field (e.g. research reports, policy briefs, tools or toolkits)
• Field research and in-country experience in forest and farm development work in Latin America
• Experience in research or in technical capacity development in relevant areas such as forestry or agroforestry, forest enterprise development, climate or development finance
• Experience of research team coordination, including from a distance
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of institutions, actors, and current debates and research agendas in the field of forestry, agriculture and development
• An understanding of how to work effectively with partners in developing countries
• A relevant postgraduate degree in an area such as forestry, land use, economics, sustainable development or similar, or equivalent experience
•  Professional training and/or a certification in economics or access to finance for vulnerable communities
• The willingness to travel to developing countries

Purpose of the Job

Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow (HFEH) Mind have an exciting opportunity to be part of our long-standing MHST. As one of a few Third Sector providers of MHSTs, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, compassionate and dedicated, especially in supporting children and young people who face inequity.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a registered core profession in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Social worker, Therapist and must be registered with UK relevant professional body). You will have successfully completed the PG Certificate in Supervision for Children and Young People’s Mental Health or must be willing to complete this course as part of your employment with us, should the opportunity arise (with our support).

Working closely with schools in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, you will supervise and support a diverse staff team to deliver a large NHS contract. Your role will be to provide supervision and line management to staff, as well as delivering CBT based group and 1:1 interventions in schools.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory, clinical and line management

· Supervise and line manage a team of mental health professionals and/or trainees based in schools.

· Work closely with the MHST Service Manager and Clinical Lead to ensure that the provision is high quality, clinically safe and reflects best practice.

· Ensure that the KPIs and objectives of the MHST, and individual objectives, are met by you and your team.

· Provide high-quality case-management support to your team

· Audit cases for quality and safeguarding purposes.

· Be the Duty Manager on a shared rota basis (up to 2 days per week).

· Assess and monitor risk and draw up appropriate risk management plans.  Develop your team to understand and manage appropriate levels of risk.

· Participate and deliver group clinical supervision and reflective practice sessions and provide training to the team.

· Supporting building on the existing programme and expanding the service into new schools using learning so far.

· Provide support for SMHPs and others in using CYP-MH compliant routine outcome measures.

· Use IAPTUS and HR based databases for effective case recording and management recording (e.g. 1:1s, probation reviews, annual appraisals).

· Understand and advise on safeguarding/clinical risk issues that may arise, following both organisational and school policies and procedures.

· Support staff to deliver tailored, appropriate services to a diverse range of children and families.

· Oversee the development of new resources (e.g.) to support young people who have disengaged from school or have additional needs.

· Participate in your own clinical supervision and line management, keep up to date with relevant policies and procedures and attend relevant training and CPD opportunities.

Delivery to School-aged Children and Young People and families

· Develop and deliver high quality interventions with children and young people that reflect the population of Hammersmith and Fulham, and adapt to meet individual needs.

· Support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties and their families in the self-management of presenting difficulties. 

· Work in partnership with families to provide culturally appropriate psychological interventions.

· Hold a caseload, including more complex cases. Make referrals to appropriate agencies (e.g. CAMHS).

· Develop and help deliver workshops, groups and individual interventions for children and young people in schools, utilising CBT principles.

· Work with the Whole School Approach Lead and Clinical Lead to identify training and support needs for school staff and/or parents.

Person specification

Qualifications (Essential)

· Appropriately qualified and registered professional e.g.  EMHP, clinical or educational psychologist, systemic family therapist, psychotherapist, CBT therapist, Mental Health Nurse or social worker with CYP MH experience. 

· Evidence of continuing professional development as required by the BABCP/HCPC/UKCP/NMC/BACP/BPS/Social Work England.

· Registration with BPS or BABCP or equivalent.

Qualifications (desired)

· PG Certificate in Supervision for Children and Young People’s Services or willingness to work towards it if a suitable training opportunity arises.

· CBT/CYP IAPT qualification or similar

Experience

· A minimum of three years’ experience as a Child and Young Person’s Mental Health professional

· At least one year’s experience of supervising and case-managing practitioners

· Some line management experience

· Experience of delivering evidenced-based 1:1 and group CBT interventions for mild to moderate mental health issues (e.g. low mood and anxiety) to children

· A range of therapeutic skills and experience

· Experience of providing specialist assessments and evidence-based interventions with individuals and groups presenting with a range of needs.  

Knowledge/Skills

· Knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of specialised therapies for children and young people, and ability to apply this within a school setting

· Ability to line manage and supervise staff delivering mental health support within schools

· Advanced theoretical knowledge of psychosocial theories of mental health and the evidence base for delivery.

· An understanding of the complex factors that influence work at all levels within an education setting or relevant wider systems 

· Advanced knowledge of mental health assessments and ability to apply them meeting the needs of a diverse population.

· Knowledge of legislation in relation to the client group, of child and adult safeguarding, and equalities/diversity and inclusion.

· An ability to deliver culturally appropriate psychological interventions, and an ability to adapt delivery to meet the needs of the school communities we work in.

· Ability to select and administer a broad range of assessment tools, resources and frameworks to deliver high quality interventions and evaluate outcomes and progress of children and families.

· Excellent communication skills which enable you to be an effective supervisor and line manager, as well as supporting children, school staff and families.

· Well-developed IT skills and experience working with clinical databases such as IAPTUS.

· Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, balancing the needs of the schools and HFEH Mind.

· Ability to manage emotionally stressful situations and clinical risk, support staff in this, and to respond to the requirements of being duty manager.

You’ll take a small but committed base of supporter donors and grow it into a thriving, sustainable income stream. As our Individual Giving Fundraiser, you will lead on digital and direct marketing appeals, engagement campaigns, and supporter journeys that inspire people to take action  - whether that’s making a gift, leaving a legacy, taking on a fundraising challenge, or becoming a long-term advocate for our work.

We’re looking for someone with at least three years’ fundraising experience within a campaigning organisation, charity, membership body, or political party. You’ll bring the creativity and drive needed to start a programme almost from scratch, alongside practical experience delivering fundraising across both digital and print channels. You’ll know how to engage different audiences, motivate them to give, and build strong relationships over time.

You’ll also be someone who loves working with data - using it to understand donor behaviour, analyse performance, spot trends, and make smart, evidence-based decisions. By combining data, strong storytelling, and supporter insight, you’ll help us deepen donor engagement and increase income to fuel RMJ’s mission.
