About the role 

We're looking for a proactive and organised Communications Assistant to support the delivery of our communications activity across digital channels, media, and campaigns. You’ll play an important role in helping us engage people affected by migraine, amplify our voice, and raise awareness of our impact. 

Working as part of our small team, you’ll have the opportunity to support activities across the charity including our fundraising, promoting our support services and helping tackle misunderstanding about what it means to live with migraine. We’re looking for an organised person with good writing skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of communications and get involved in a wide range of projects. You will have demonstratable knowledge or experience of working in communications.

Key responsibilities 

• Take an active role in the planning, creation and scheduling of engaging content for our social media, website and email newsletters 

• Create images and edit videos using programmes such as Canva

• Monitor and respond to enquiries via social and email inboxes

• Help keep our website up to date 

• Assist with planning and delivering awareness campaigns 

• Support media and press activity including updating press lists

We’re looking for a Strategic Legacy Engagement Manager to lead our team of legacy stewardship specialists. This is a new role leading an established, home-based team working across the UK and Ireland. This team is key to building our long-term legacy income. It is responsible for stewarding our legacy pledgers, delivering a range of engagement events and embedding our legacy messaging within our community networks.

Your role

As the Strategic Legacy Engagement Manager, you’ll be focused on:

• Driving innovation and development of the wider legacy strategy as part of the legacy leadership team.

About this Internship

The Youth Voice Development Officer is a 12-month internship starting in March 2026. It is part of the Rank Foundation’s Time 2 Shine Leadership programme, and the successful candidate will need to commit to attending a range of training events throughout the year which are delivered by the Rank Foundation. Main Purpose of this Role:

The role’s main purpose is to support the delivery and monitoring of Reaching Higher’s Youth Voice strategy by working closely with the Head of Contextual Youth Work (Community) and empowering young people to meaningfully shape and share their voices. This includes supporting young people to co-develop and co-deliver Youth Voice training for a range of stakeholders, preparing and accompanying them to facilitated meetings with key leaders across Croydon’s schools, statutory services and community organisations, and ensuring their perspectives are heard and valued. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Registered Practitioner Psychologist with a background in clinical psychology to join our team in Croydon.

The service offers a psychologically informed environment across four sites, providing low to high support forensic mental health services to our residents with forensic mental health needs, complex conditions, and dual diagnosis.

In this role, you will drive the delivery of evidence based psychological assessments and interventions aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of our residents into the communities. This is a creative, evolving, and impactful role which works closely with our Group Psychological Lead and wider teams to provide support to staff and at times residents to support in providing a streamlined and psychologically informed service.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide advice, guidance, and support to the team with supporting our residents to overcome personal challenges and create a supportive environment
• Advise and streamline best practices, and enhance the overall skills and expertise of the team to deliver high quality care and support
• Provide clinical supervision to the team
• Provide highly specialised psychological assessments for our residents with mental health and complex needs
• Exercise full clinical responsibility for residents psychological care as a care coordinator within a multidisciplinary team
• Formulate and implement plans for various therapy routes and management of assessing mental health conditions based upon appropriate conceptual frameworks and evidence-based practices

About You

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to proactively encourage, take leadership and ownership for creating a psychologically informed environment. You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information effectively within the organisation and with external partners, collaborating with external stakeholders regularly in a multidisciplinary approach. You will be able to utilise your own expertise and support in empowering the wider team to enhance their skills to deliver a service which is supportive, safe, and in line with best practice for the organisation and external regulatory bodies. 

• HCPC Registration is essential
• Post-graduate doctoral level training as a Registered Practitioner Psychologist including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology
• Previous experience working as a qualified clinical and/or forensic psychologist, including working with people with complex backgrounds/needs and a good understanding of the sector we run our services in
• Ability to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision
• Understanding of criminology, psychology, and behavioural patterns, and how they link to different behaviours and engagement
• Ability to understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise

Open every weekday, Headway House is at the heart of Headway Gloucestershire. We provide a structured programme of activities for individuals to choose from. Our programme is designed to support participants to work toward their own recovery goals and gain insight into strategies that support individuals to manage the physical, cognitive, sensory, emotional and behavioural outcomes which can occur following an acquired brain injury. The Day Lead will be responsible for the organisation, planning, development and delivery of Headway Gloucestershire’s programme of activities.

Responsibilities include:

• To deliver professional, impartial, enabling and outcome focused support to Individuals with acquired brain injury. To provide support for clients with complex needs to support their recovery, wellbeing, independence and autonomy.
• Work closely with the Strategic Enablement and Hub Manager to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Networking with community providers to enrich our offer to enable us to meet the needs of individuals with acquired brain injury in Gloucestershire.
• The Day Lead will be responsible for the organisation, planning, development and delivery of Headway Gloucestershire’s activity programme and centre-based service.
• Ensure that safeguarding training and understanding is kept current and that individuals are safeguarded.
• Collaborate with staff members and volunteers to provide Key-working to individuals: - to use an enabling approach to support individuals to plan and work toward their recovery goals ensuring that planned activities are delivered and support provided is tailored to meet the needs of individuals to maximise our contribution to their recovery.

Carrying out the role at Headway House, you will work to clearly established quality standards and annual milestones. You will be joining a motivated and dynamic team of staff and volunteers working to making a difference to individuals with acquired brain injury in Gloucestershire.

The role:

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability for an ambitious and strategic Head of Fundraising to lead and expand the RHN’s income generation and manage and drive a high performing team.

The Head of Fundraising will be responsible for generating income from all fundraising income streams: Community, Events, Corporate, Trusts and Foundations, Legacy and Direct Mail (Donor Development). They will oversee all aspects of fundraising, including developing and implementing the Fundraising Strategy, managing key donor relationships, driving forward any capital appeals and leading a team of fundraising professionals.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, positive and highly experienced individual with a proven track record in senior fundraising roles within the charity sector and experience of successful income generation.  Candidates must be skilled on donor stewardship and stakeholder engagement, as well as being a confident and engaging public speaker.  Knowledge of fundraising standards and best practice are essential.

Main objectives of the role:

• Establish fundraising priorities and set fundraising goals in line with the wider organisational strategy
• Achieve the fundraising target and KPIs
• Lead on the organisation of a full calendar of fundraising events and activity and ensure applications are made in a timely manner
• Engage with Fellows, Trustees and volunteers to ensure wider RHN engagement

MediCinema is a UK-registered charity dedicated to providing cinema experiences inside hospitals to support the emotional, physical and mental health of NHS patients, their families, and carers. For 25 years, we have brought the power of cinema to hospitals, and in recognition of our impact, MediCinema was honoured with BAFTA’s Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award at the 2025 EE BAFTA Film Awards.

We build and run fully accessible cinemas within hospitals, screening the latest films at no cost to patients or the NHS. The Role

Reporting to the CEO, this new senior leadership role is central to ensuring MediCinema’s financial sustainability, operational excellence, and people-centred culture. The Director will lead the charity’s finance, HR, and business operational functions, ensuring robust systems, compliance, and strategic alignment with our mission.

This is a hands-on role for a values-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-led environment and is passionate about improving patient experiences through innovative service delivery.

This role will be managing external HR and IT consultants and supported by a part time (1 day per week) assistant.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

· Participate in strategic and business planning processes, supporting the CEO and trustees to develop the strategic plan

· Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) contributing to the strategic direction and day to day management of the organisation.

Finance

· Lead the finance function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, management accounts, and statutory reporting.

· Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Person

Experience and Background

We are seeking a strategic leader with experience across finance, operations, and HR — ideally within the UK charity or public health sector. You may have worked in healthcare, education, or social impact organisations, and bring a strong understanding of compliance, governance, and people leadership. Candidates with a relevant background in SMEs may be considered, but will need to demonstrate a commitment to quickly developing the specialist knowledge required by charity regulations and an aptitude for operating within the third sector.

You will be comfortable working in a hands-on, collaborative environment, with a deep respect for MediCinema’s mission and values.

Skills and Qualifications

· Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT)

· Strong understanding of HR, IT, risk management, and governance in small teams

The Salesforce and Systems Manager will play a key role in the Programmes team ensuring that our systems and processes run smoothly, that data is accurate and well maintained, and that we continue to innovate through our use of data systems to improve delivery and working across the wider Trust.

You will lead the usage and development of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Salesforce, for the delivery and evaluation of our programmes. You will be responsible for overseeing the building and management of application and evaluation forms ensuring that internal and external colleagues views have been considered. Whilst this role sits within the programmes directorate, you will lead on Salesforce for the Trust as a whole and collaborate with other teams to ensure optimal running of the platform.

You will manage a number of external relationships, including our external Salesforce partners, application site partners and other digital and data partners to ensure that work is well managed, delivered on time and on budget. You will work closely with the Senior Impact and Evaluation Manager to ensure data on applications, evaluations, and long-term destinations is of high quality and securely held.

The role will report to the Senior Impact and Evaluation Manager, and work alongside, and with support from, the Data and Evaluation Officer.

Main duties

• Act as the Trust’s in-house Salesforce lead, keeping up to date with sector updates (including Artificial Intelligence), training staff members in how best to use Salesforce

• Lead on the management and integration between Salesforce and the Trust’s other data collection platforms including Form Assembly, Sutton Trust Online, Campaign Monitor, and Zoom

• Work cross-Trust to identify potential Salesforce process improvements or system changes that will deliver efficiencies, prioritising these and overseeing their build and deployment

The role

The Revalidation & Specialty Training Intern role is an opportunity for someone who thrives on a challenge, who is happiest when putting their excellent organisational and customer facing skills through their paces. Someone who is at their best working collaboratively with others. 

They will play a dual supporting the delivery of key GMC-regulated services:

·Revalidation - All doctors wishing to maintain a licence to practise are required to demonstrate they are up to date and fit to practise. It also gives extra confidence to patients that their doctor is regularly checked. FPM is a designated body for the purposes of revalidation, and the team works with a Responsible Officer whose role is to make a revalidation recommendation to the GMC.

·Specialty Training - The Pharmaceutical Medicine Specialty Training programme, or PMST, is a comprehensive four-year specialty training programme, offered exclusively by FPM.
