Within this role, you will manage and deliver Battersea’s Lottery & Lead Generation programme, maximising income and achieving budgeted targets and KPIs. About the team

The New Business Manager role sits within Centrepoint’s high-performing Corporate New Business team, working closely alongside the Corporate Partnerships Management team.

The wider corporate function is made up of 11 colleagues, with four focused on new business acquisition and seven on partnership management. The team has secured significant income growth in recent years, including transformational, multi-year partnerships with organisations such as Nationwide (£3m p.a.), Newsquest (£4m strategic pro bono), Card Factory Foundation (£500k p.a.) and Citibank (£190k p.a.).

About the role

This is a high-impact and visible role at the heart of Centrepoint’s fundraising strategy. As New Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing new strategic corporate partnerships, with a focus on opportunities worth £100k–£1m, while also supporting the Senior New Business Manager on partnerships valued at £1m+.

You’ll manage a pipeline of warm and cold prospects, develop bold and creative partnership proposals, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure new partnerships are onboarded and transitioned seamlessly.

This role requires tenacity, creativity and the ability to work at pace in a target-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Securing new corporate partnerships from both warm and cold leads

Building on SEL Mind’s comprehensive Mindful Mums and Being Dad (MMBD) programmes, we are seeking to appoint a Perinatal Counsellor to provide one-to-one talking therapy to expectant and new parents in Lewisham.

The focus will be reducing the anxiety of expectant parents during pregnancy and in the immediate postnatal period. The service will offer structured counselling sessions to parents, tailored to individual needs, cultural context and preferences.

The Counsellor will draw upon the wealth of experience within the wider MMBD team and strong links with local professional networks including Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team, Maternity Steering Group and Lewisham Perinatal Mental Health and Parent-Infant Relationship Network.

You will have experience of working with clients within the perinatal period as a counsellor post qualification, including conducting clinical assessments and risk assessments. You will be confident in managing a caseload, regularly reviewing and monitoring clients and working with people from diverse communities. Successful candidates must provide evidence of their registration with a professional counselling body e.g. BACP.

The expectations of the role are to support a minimum of 20 clients within the first year. Client work will be delivered within confidential spaces in Family Hubs across Lewisham Borough. Ideally client work will be delivered in one full day, supporting an average of 5 clients. The role holder will be required to work on Tuesday mornings in order to attend team meetings and training.

We are looking for an exceptional, value-driven candidate who can hit the ground running as our Legal Education Officer, working closely with the Director and the rest of our small and dynamic Right to Remain team.

In particular, the post holder will be closely coordinating their work with another Legal Education Officer in Leeds. The post holder is also expected to be already embedded in the local and regional asylum and migration field, familiar with its dynamics and able to tap into their existing relationships and connections with local groups and actors.

The role of the Operations Officer (Licensing and Compliance) is to support the development, coordination and delivery of Licensing and Compliance processes and procedures across the Association.

The Operations Officer (Licensing and Compliance) will support the Senior Licensing and Compliance Manager and other members of the Operations Team to ensure that, through the consistent and proactive use of standards, policies and quality assurance processes, backed up by effective licensing, the intellectual property and good reputation of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award is effectively protected.

The role will work closely with Operations Directors, Operations Managers and the Foundation Finance Team to support licensing of Operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing, in liaison with relevant Operations Team colleagues, new licence applications from Independent Award Centres (IACs), including due diligence and database management.
• Lead on the management of the IAC Compliance Check schedule and surrounding processes including regular communications with relevant Operations Managers.
• Coordinate the ongoing compliance management process for IACs.
• Provide support to the Senior Licensing & Compliance Manager with processes related to the compliance for National Award Operators (NAOs) and Operating Partners (OPs).
• Support the Senior Licensing and Compliance Manager with issuing of and drafting correspondence in relation to all licence documentation (terminations, licence extensions, agreements and certificates etc).
• Support the Senior Licensing and Compliance Manager to disseminate information regarding licensing and quality assurance processes to Foundation colleagues, and to the wider Association when appropriate.

Our Face-to-Face Fundraisers are a huge part of the MSF mission.

Day to day, you will work in private sites (shopping centers/train stations) in and around London, inspiring individuals to join our campaign through long-term, regular donations.

Throughout the year, we fundraise at events like Healthcare Shows, Christmas Markets, food and music festivals in London and around the UK.

MSF isthe chosen charity for British Summer Time Hyde Park and the Brockwell Park Events, and over the years, we have also been on UK tours for artists such as: Muse, Ed Sheeran and Florence and Machine.

We work in raising vital funds for the work that we and at the end of your shift, you are free to enjoy the festival/events with your team.

Our client's service provides semi-independent accommodation consisting of 39 bed spaces split between 7 shared properties to people exiting short stay/long term hostel/supported housing provisions in preparation for independent general needs accommodation. Clients accessing their services have all experienced homelessness, may be in recovery for substance or alcohol use or an addressed mental health need or are currently positively engaged with external services around any identified needs.

Their team is looking for a Housing and Lettings Worker who will play a key role in providing a welcoming, safe and supportive environment while providing housing and tenancy related management support to clients at the service. You will be responsible for the quick turn-around of bed space voids and supporting new/current clients with benefits claims, accessing relevant health care and treatment appointments and signposting to other relevant support services. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a team in to ensure that a person-centred approach is taken when working with clients
• Advice and assistance to clients in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions
• Advice and assistance to clients to identify and access move-on options
• Taking the lead on the process of clearing rooms when residents leave, deal with housing management and maintenance issues across our 7 sites and support the day to day running of the office and other communal areas.

Hackney Move On is staffed on a rota basis between the hours of 9am–9pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays and includes periods of lone working. 

About you

This role will suit people with some experience of housing or property management, experience of providing excellent service and managing complex and difficult situations in relation to people. You should also have:

• Good communication skills and the ability to work with others whilst managing your own time.
• A non-judgemental approach to working with homeless people and an understanding of the needs and support requirements of vulnerable clients on low (or no) incomes; including those with mental health and/or substance dependency problems.

Saferworld is recruiting for a Programme Development Manager (Maternity Cover) to support teams and partners to co-design and mobilise funding for peace, security and justice programmes across a portfolio of 3–4 countries (based on the candidate’s experience and preference).

Working with Regional Directors, Country Managers and programme/grants colleagues, the post-holder will lead programme co-design and proposal development (including concept notes and proposals, theories of change, logical models, risk matrixes and budgets); develop and support country funding strategies and donor engagement strategies; and support new donor engagement while sustaining relationships with current donors. The post-holder will be responsible for managing funding portfolios across institutional and non-institutional donors in our programmes.

The purpose of this role is to provide management accounting support for the National Theatre and to assist the Management Accountant in providing quality financial reporting to stakeholders. The post-holder will work closely with finance colleagues and key stakeholders providing timely and accurate information.

The successful candidates will have the following:  

• Management accounting experience within either a commercial or not for profit organisation including month end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis is highly beneficial.
