The Forensic Service Manager (UK) will join Respond at an exciting time in our development. We are growing as an organisation and now have a hub in the Midlands as well as London, giving us even more of a national reach.
You will ensure the continuous improvement and effective delivery of all forensic services across Respond nationally. These services include specialist psychotherapy, risk assessments, risk analysis and Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA) for people with learning disabilities and/or autism who have committed criminal offences and/or who exhibit sexually harmful or other forms of high-risk behaviour.
You will also deliver a range of direct services including psychotherapy, risk assessments, case management, clinical supervision, reflective practice groups, consultation and training for a wide range of clinicians, professionals and care staff externally, drawing on your experience.

For someone moving away from rough sleeping, having a safe place to stay can be the first step towards something much bigger. Gray’s Inn Road is a 16 bed short stay service in Camden, giving people the stability, support and breathing space they need to begin rebuilding their lives and move towards a home they can sustain.
As Service Manager, you’ll lead the team that makes that possible. You’ll create a service where people are treated with dignity, listened to and supported as individuals, while giving your team the leadership, challenge and encouragement they need to do their best work. Research Programmes Manager
We have established a number of high-profile strategic initiatives to help us advance our work towards a cure. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Research Programme Manager to support the successful ongoing delivery of two of our major initiatives, the Drug Discovery Alliance and Brains for Dementia Research, and collaborate across the organisation and externally to maximise their impact. Key Responsibilities
Billing and Data Management
Manage end-to-end billing for tuition, transportation, financial aid, after-school programs, and all ancillary charges for the School and its subsidiary.
Maintain accurate family and student billing records in the school’s finance and student information systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
Collaborate with Admissions, and departmental administrators and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates to student and fee data.
Generate, review, and distribute invoices within strict deadlines; ensure compliance with Accounting and VAT regulations as well as school policies and contractual obligations.
Monitor and reconcile data between finance, admissions, and student databases to ensure billing integrity.
Prepare and maintain accurate audit trails for all transactions.
Collections and Customer Relations
Manage the collection of fees and ensure that payments are received in line with the School’s terms and conditions.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with parents, companies, and sponsors regarding outstanding balances.

The Head of Engagement is a strategically significant and high-impact role within the Philanthropy team, responsible for leading and developing Impetus’ engagement programme across both volunteering and pro bono support.

Working closely with colleagues across Philanthropy and Investment, and engaging regularly with Public Affairs and senior leaders, the Head of Engagement will build, steward and deepen relationships with a wide network of corporate partners, major donors, and highly skilled volunteers.
