About the Programme
The Foundation has been awarded a £2.1m grant by the National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF) to deliver a pilot as part of its Grant Holder Support programme. This pilot, Investing in the Power of Civil Society (IIPCS), will support up to 640 charities across the Northwest, Southwest of England and Yorkshire and Humber.

Delivered in partnership with eight organisations — IVAR, Groundwork UK and local trusts, CAST, The School for Social Entrepreneurs, NCVO, Voice4Change England, the AVOCADO Foundation and Access (advisory) — the pilot will offer diagnostic-led, tailored and relational support to help organisations strengthen their work.

Support will focus on resilience, environmental impact, readiness for AI and digital technology, enabling participating charities to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world. With a strong emphasis on equity and access, the pilot is designed to ensure organisations of all sizes and backgrounds can benefit.

We will be using a test-and-learn approach — trying out new ways of supporting charities, learning from what works and what doesn’t, and using those insights to improve future programmes. This approach will help shape NLCF’s future support for both grant holders and grant seekers, strengthen the Foundation and partners’ own development practice, and contribute to wider learning across the sector.

About the Role

As Programme Lead, you’ll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of this ambitious and collaborative pilot. You’ll lead a multi-partner consortium, oversee a £2.1m budget, and ensure that up to 640 charities receive high-quality, equitable support.

You’ll manage delivery, governance, performance, and learning, while championing a test-and-learn approach that generates insights for the Foundation, the National Lottery Community Fund, and the wider sector. You’ll also lead a small team and play an active role in the Foundation’s leadership group.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in complexity, values collaboration, and is passionate about strengthening small and local charities.

The Benefits

About You
You are an experienced programme leader with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in the charity, social or funding sectors. You bring a deep understanding of the voluntary sector, particularly the needs of small and community-led organisations.

You are confident managing partnerships, budgets, and governance structures, and skilled at translating strategy into delivery.

You are a collaborative leader who can inspire and support a team, while championing equity, learning, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering this new, collaborative pilot programme. You’ll be the key point of contact for grant holders referred into the programme, guiding them through a diagnostic process, co-creating tailored development plans, and connecting them with the right support.

You’ll also work closely with National Lottery Community Fund Funding Officers, helping them make confident and effective referrals. Your work will ensure that learning from these relationships directly informs the future design of the programme and how the UK’s largest non-statutory community funder supports small charities.

This is a highly relational role that requires empathy, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the voluntary sector.

The Centre for Long-Term Resilience (CLTR) is a UK-based, non-profit, and independent think tank with a mission to transform global resilience to extreme risks. Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the Chief of Staff, this role will contribute to the development and management of the key systems, policies, and processes underpinning CLTR’s people operations and culture.

Location and Travel Requirements

The successful candidate will be expected to attend our central London office in Westminster at least twice a week, ideally three. We are open to discussing remote working arrangements with candidates.

Salary and Benefits

£65,000 to £70,000, depending on experience.

About the College
The Royal College of Pathologists is a professional membership organisation with charitable status concerned with all matters relating to the science and practice of pathology. It is a body of its Fellows, Diplomates, Affiliates and trainees, supported by the staff who are based at the College's London offices.
The College is a charity with over 13000 members worldwide. The majority of members are doctors and scientists working in hospitals and universities in the UK.
The College oversees the training of pathologists and scientists working in 17 different specialties, which include cellular pathology, haematology, clinical biochemistry and medical microbiology.
Although some pathologists work in laboratories, many work directly with patients in hospitals and the community. Together, they are involved in the majority of all diagnoses and play an important role in disease prevention, treatment, and monitoring. About Exams
The Examinations Department at the Royal College of Pathologists is responsible for the planning, delivery, and quality assurance of all College examinations, including the Fellowship (FRCPath), Diploma, Certificate, and BMS examinations, as well as the Fellowship by Published Works.
Our dedicated team manages every stage of the examination process - from question setting and quality control to candidate communication, examiner support, and regulatory compliance. Working collaboratively, we ensure that all examinations are delivered efficiently, securely, and to the highest standard of integrity.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to fairness, transparency, and excellent service for both candidates and examiners. By upholding these values, the Examinations Department plays a vital role in supporting the professional development of pathologists and advancing the College’s mission to improve patient care through excellence in pathology.

Job Purpose  

The Clinical Audit Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of BSR’s national clinical audit, the National Early Inflammatory Autoimmune Diseases Audit (NEIAA). Working within the Practice and Quality directorate, this role supports effective project coordination, data management, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery of audit outputs. 

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Audit Project Manager and the Head of Policy to ensure the audit runs efficiently and delivers value to clinicians and patients, and support wider BSR quality improvement objectives.  

Main Responsibilties 

Project Coordination and Administration 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager, including setting up and maintaining project processes and systems. 
• Coordinate the smooth running of NEIAA activities, assisting with delivery of project plans and timelines. 
• Manage the NEIAA mailbox as the first point of contact, ensuring timely, professional responses to enquiries. 
• Support the preparation and delivery of audit documentation, reports, and updates. 

 
Governance and Meeting Support 

• Coordinate governance group, working group, and stakeholder meetings. 
• Prepare agendas, meeting papers, and supporting documentation. 
• Take accurate minutes, track actions, and ensure appropriate follow-up. 

 
Stakeholder and Provider Engagement

The Open Wing Alliance (OWA), a program of The Humane League, is a global coalition of approximately 90 animal protection organizations across 70+ countries united in a common goal: to end the abuse of chickens worldwide. For the past several years, we have focused our efforts on eliminating cages from the egg industry by securing cage-free policies from major retailers, restaurants, and manufacturers. OWA groups share tactics and resources to secure as many wins for animals as possible, specializing in institutional campaigning that can be tailored to our members’ unique circumstances and challenges.

As Temporary Global Campaigns Coordinator, you will be part of a team responsible for researching, coordinating, and launching hard-hitting global corporate animal welfare campaigns against major multinational companies. These campaigns involve collaboration and coordination with animal protection organizations around the world and directly contribute to The Humane League’s org-wide goal of ending the abuse of animals raised for food by securing global cage-free policies that significantly improve the lives of millions of egg-laying hens. 

As a campaigner, you’ll have the opportunity to develop knowledge of our targets, our primary campaign strategies, and the tools we will use to win. You will assist with the execution of tactics spanning email, social media, advertisements, and other digital spaces, and you’ll also help the team leverage our digital action platform by setting up digital actions with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring determination, creativity, and a collaborative mindset. This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Global Campaigns.

This is a temporary, full-time, remote position, beginning in January 2026 and ending in December 2026. The duration may be extended or shortened at The Humane League’s discretion. The temporary hire will provide coverage while a permanent staff member is on leave. This position provides the opportunity for optional domestic and international travel, equivalent to 2 or more trips per year.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research to help inform campaign strategies, tactics, project plans, and communications (including slogans and language). Gather and monitor contact information, data, and key details about target companies and their executives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Children & Young People programme at IRMO as an ESOL Teacher working with Spanish and Portuguese-speaking children who have recently arrived in the country, speak little English and whose families are often still navigating the school admissions processes to enable them to access compulsory education in the UK.

The children’s ESOL tutor will lead on the planning and delivery of weekly creative ESOL classes for three age groups: 5-8yrs, 8-12yrs (every Tuesday from 4:30pm - 6pm) and 13-19yrs (every Wednesday from 4:30pm - 6pm). They will work closely with volunteers and our second ESOL tutor to ensure high-quality delivery, monitor children’s progress through evaluations and observations, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and contribute to improving IRMO’s ESOL scheme of work. The role also involves liaising regularly with the wider team to share insights on children’s needs as well as coordinating quarterly family trips or cultural events (typically on Saturdays).

The overall aim of IRMO ESOL provision is to equip children with the English Language skills they need to: thrive and perform well at school and beyond; build their social, emotional and communication skills; reach their full potential; make new friends and reduce isolation. As International Finance Manager, you will work alongside the UK Finance Manager overseeing the full lifecycle of all financial transactions with particular focus on funder grants managed through HOST — across both Project Hosting and Hosted Grantmaking services. You’ll ensure every grant is managed with accuracy, compliance, and care so that funds reach the world’s change-makers safely, transparently, and on time. 

You will be responsible for ensuring that funder requirements, hosted partner needs, and HOST’s financial integrity align seamlessly. This means managing due diligence, contracting, reporting, and financial monitoring for all funder grants — whether they are received on behalf of a single hosted partner or distributed through multi-grant programmes. 

Working at the heart of the Delivery Circle, you’ll collaborate with the Partnerships, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure HOST’s grant management systems are reliable, scalable, and trusted — enabling funders and movements alike to focus on what matters most: delivering impact.

1. Grant Lifecycle Management (Project Hosting & Hosted Grantmaking)

You will lead the platform’s development and optimisation, ensuring every user journey is clear, intuitive, and aligned with HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic values.

The Organisation

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role

As one of our Project Managers in the Event Development team, you will play a vital role in project visioning, developing and tendering for a wide range of annual contracted events throughout The Royal Parks.

Specifically, you will help support and deliver the commercial and strategic vision for our most significant major events and lead on the development of new event tender projects.

You’ll ensure that our commercial activities are sustainable and profitable whilst remaining consistent with our values and sympathetic to parkland activities. With this in mind, you will project lead on market research, commercial modelling, strategic and creative visioning, tender planning and contract development work.

The role will involve:

• Creating and drafting strategies for future tenders for major public events
• Preparing and maintaining detailed project plans and tender documentation
• Gathering event feasibility, market research data and information for event tenders
• Supporting the Event Development team project activities for event tenders
• Managing the day-to-day admin for event tender projects

Additionally, the role does not involve:

• Working on or managing events, as the hosting venue we do not organise events ourselves
• Booking events suppliers or entertainment

About You

To be considered as one of our Project Managers within Event Development, you will need:

• Excellent experience working as a project manager within outdoor events or public parks
• Good knowledge and experience in tendering for event providers and contract administration within the events industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, proofreading and report-writing skills
• Good organisation skills
• The ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
• The ability to analyse information, make informed judgements, appraise performance, and manage risks
• A PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent Microsoft Project and/or Project Management experience would be beneficial to your application. A degree level education in event management or equivalent experience would be desirable.

An understanding of the public procurement exercises (The Procurement Act 2023) would be desirable.

This multidisciplinary team provides specialist psychological support to service users with complex emotional and interpersonal needs.

You will help service users build meaningful lives beyond services by fostering community connections, supporting recovery planning, and promoting personal empowerment. Treatment approaches include Structured Clinical Management (SCM), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), and other evidence-based models.

Coram Voice is a national independent children’s charity established in 1975 and has grown to become one of the leading organisations for children and young people in the UK.

Coram Voice is a leading children’s rights organisation. We champion the rights of children. We get young voices heard in decisions that matter to them and work to improve the lives of children in care, care leavers and others who depend upon the help of the state.

We provide:

• Advocacy services direct to children and young people in care, in need, in custody and to care leavers and children and young people with severe and complex mental health problems. Advocates around the country support children and young people to get their voice heard in decisions about their lives. This may be through the telephone helpline or through an advocate working directly with a child, for instance, to support them at a review meeting or to help them make a complaint about their care. Coram Voice provides visiting advocacy services to most of the secure units nationally, to Secure Training Centres, Juvenile Young Offender Institutions, psychiatric hospitals, residential special schools and children’s homes.
• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) to advocate for young people as qualifying patients under the Mental Health Act, in order to fully support them to get their views heard in matters relating to their mental health.
• Independent Visitor services offers a child or young person in care an adult volunteer who provides independent, one-to-one visiting, advice and befriending support. Our independent visitors can become the only long-term, consistent source of support throughout a young person's time in care.
• Independent services provide independent person services for complaints by children and for reviewing whether children should be locked up in secure units on welfare grounds.
• Policy and campaigning to create a better system for all children and young people looked after by the state, for their care to be more child-centred and to give young people a greater say in decisions about their lives.
  • Participation services to ensure children and young people have a voice in the development and delivery of services and campaigns, and through the process, provide the opportunity to develop relevant skills which will be of benefit to them in their future lives.
  • Training, development and information for young people, advocates and child care workers, offering courses in advocacy, children’s rights and child-centred practice across a range of areas including the National Advocacy Qualification.

About the Role

You will co-ordinate and deliver a statutory independent visitor service to children and young people in care or care leavers of Manchester and Stockport.

You will recruit, assess and train volunteers to become independent visitors, who are volunteer befrienders to children and young people looked after or care leavers. You will manage a cash flow to fund suitable activities for independent visitors to enjoy with the young person. You will manage data and reporting for this statutory service so that service leads and other stakeholders can understand the activity in the service.

We are a child led service, you will not act outside of the young person’s instructions (except in matters of child protection and safety.)You will build strong relationships with the child or young person, independent visitors and other significant adults, you will support Independent Visitors to develop long term, meaningful friendships with the young person.

You will work in partnership with other parts of the service, organisation and external agencies and professionals. This is to ensure there are pathways to attract and retain Independent Visitors in the area and sometimes out of area.
