Role Overview:
The Head of Marketing & Sales plays a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s growth. You will develop and execute multi-channel strategies delivered across the funnel from enhancing brand visibility and generating leads, nurturing leads to conversion, right the way through to supporting customer retention and advocacy. This varied role offers the opportunity to expand market reach with our current services, as well as helping launch new products into existing and untapped markets, while delivering a strong RoI.
As well as being a commercial and strategic leader you will need to be a hands-on problem solver, ready to roll your sleeves up to support a small team to deliver where needed. You will be pivotal in ensuring we achieve our mission and deliver impact for post-16 students.
You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Generation Officer who leads the revenue team, comprising of digital marketing and content specialists as well as membership support staff.

- Membership engagement and growth: Developing and executing strategic marketing and sales strategies to drive member engagement, growth and retention with our flagship membership and subscription services.
- Brand positioning and visibility: Ensuring we have a powerful brand that punches above its weight to increase market share, drive competitive advantage and to position the organisation as a thought leader within the sector.
- Marketing analysis and segmentation: Conducting market analysis/research within existing and untapped markets to uncover insights to segment audiences and tailor marketing messaging and activities effectively to drive conversions.
- Digital marketing: Overseeing digital marketing strategies, including website optimisation, email marketing, search marketing and social media marketing to drive traffic and conversion across the funnel stages.

Job Purpose:
The Project Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the collaboration. They will be responsible for implementing and delivering the project plan, monitoring, evaluations, reporting, all systems and processes, coordinating meetings, etc and for generating income through (mainly) Corporate partnerships but may include some Trusts and High Value individuals. These partners will be with organisations/individuals who would otherwise be outside the reach of any of the three charities individually.

Digital Marketing Manager
Working with the Head of Brand and Marketing the successful candidate for this role will work to implement a new digital acquisition and engagement strategy for the charity’s work and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and maximise digital marketing opportunities to meet the charity’s objectives.

The post holder will help to champion and manage the PAPYRUS brand and support the delivery of our projects and services through developing engaging and targeted content. They will act as the day-to-day lead on our social media planning and scheduling, as well as blog writing and storytelling.
What you will do:
Lead on the PAPYRUS social media planning and scheduling, utilising a social media management suite such as Hootsuite, or similar.
Support the day to day running of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube), using these to promote our services, increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our audiences;
Lead on maintaining and creating content for the PAPYRUS website and blog, collating stories from people with lived experience of suicide, as well as other charity staff and stakeholders.
Develop the charity’s online presence by exploring new opportunities and channels to appeal to different audiences;
Produce creative designs and artwork for print and digital requirements, utilising in-house design tools and software (including Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva);
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Social media marketing campaign experience
A natural flair for storytelling, with the ability to create compelling, informative written content promoting the voices of lived experience.
Good project management skills and ability to manage reactive and planned work

We now have an opportunity for a fixed term Performance Marketing Specialist to join us at Battersea. This role is responsible for delivering, optimising and evaluating Battersea’s digital advertising campaigns, specialising in paid social advertising channels such as Meta and TikTok. You will implement and manage large annual media spends to support the achievement of strategic objectives and individual campaign targets.
We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to manage the development of Brand focused digital media plans, from media planning through to implementation and end of campaign reporting. Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Customer Service Manager will be integral to the implementation, training, monitoring, and improvement of the new 5 Star Customer Service model being rolled out across all services within Enable – including but not limited to events, leisure facilities, an arts school, bereavement services, filming, health & wellbeing, parks and community development. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Further develop and implement the 5-Star Customer Service strategy to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channels
- Design business-wide customer service processes, best practices, and KPIs to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery across all Enable teams
- Develop and roll-out relevant training models
- Collaborate with all internal teams to align customer experience efforts with greater business goals and objectives

The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, experience or management, preferably in a hospitality or Not-For-Profit background
