About the role
In this role you will have the chance to manage and deliver fundraising activity, with a particular focus on growing income from Individual Giving. From delivering a refresh of our Individual Giving programme, running events alongside our artistic programming to cultivating new relationships with Major Donors - you’ll play a vital role in sustaining and growing our impact.

Henshaws is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive new income, develop influential partnerships and raise the profile of their Sight Loss Services across Greater Manchester. Working across NHS, local authority, VCSE, community and corporate networks, you'll help secure the funding and partnerships that enable people living with sight loss to thrive.
Location: Manchester/Hybrid, estimated 3 days either in the office or at meetings
Salary: circa £42k per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week (part-time applications welcome)
Benefits: 5 weeks holiday plus 10 bank days
As part of a growing fundraising and business development team, you'll identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead on proposals, bids and tenders. You'll also work closely with operational colleagues to develop services that respond to local need and demonstrate the impact of Henshaws' work.
