• Ensure plans, risks and finances associated with project delivery are tracked as required and made visible for governance and portfolio management purposes. 
• Use feedback and research to recommend improvements to RCR’s IT project management processes, implementing agreed changes.
• Support the Head of IT in the day-to-day management of invoices and of the IT budget, ensuring that spend is accounted for and managed according to RCR’s guidelines.
• Manage, administer and schedule regular board meetings.  Follow up actions agreed in the board meeting, in partnership with the Head of IT.

• Support the Head of Governance and HR in delivering the actions that support preparations for the next Investors in People (IiP) external assessment in late 2024. Ensure the Trust’s HR policies and practices remain consistent with the IiP standard.
• Work proactively with the HR Business Partner on the running of staff recruitment and selection processes, including sitting as the HR representative on the interview panel for more senior roles.

Essential Experience, Skills and Attributes

• Substantial experience of working in HR operations and of developing and reviewing appropriate HR policies and procedures in a charity or similar setting.
• Sound understanding of employment law and a willingness to keep up-to-date with relevant legislative changes.
• A passion for EDI and an ability to be creative and engaging in communications around this subject.
• Strong organisational skills and an understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including evidence of ability to adapt to a variety of cultural settings.

Day Opportunities Manager – working with adults with learning disabilities

We have an exciting opportunity to join Centre 404’s Learning and Leisure team as the manager of our Day Opportunities service.  This service supports adults with a wide range of needs to be active members of the community, increase their independence, develop their life skills and set themselves goals and achievements to work towards.

The post holder will be responsible for line managing the team who plan and deliver a broad programme of social and educational community-based activities.  You will oversee the smooth running of the service and be responsible for quality assurance while ensuring the identified aims of the programme are met. You will also oversee all associated administration, the recruitment and management of relevant staff and volunteers, and contribute to the running and ongoing development of the service.

The role will involve balancing multiple priorities, including strategic planning as well as hands-on work alongside the rest of the team, ensuring a person-centred approach is maintained at all times and involving people in decision-making structures. This job does require you to be an experienced manager who has planned and developed sessions for people with learning disabilities and led and motivated a team to ensure positive outcomes for people using the service.

We are looking for two Development Managers to join our Development team focusing on Individual Giving and Trust and Foundation Fundraising.

The Development Manager (Individual Giving) will manage the strategic development of Individual Giving, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. The post-holder will oversee the delivery of our Regular Giving programmes and will also manage relationships with high-level donors to identify and securing major gifts.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:

• Drive acquisition, retention and growth of Individual Giving at all levels with a particular view to growing unrestricted income from this stream.
• Develop and deliver inspiring Regular Giving appeals, understanding the key motivations of our supporters and in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
• Lead on the delivery of all aspects of the Patron programme, in particular stewardship of Patrons and supporting the Head of Development in a strategic review of the programme.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to grow visitor giving, taking a multi-channel and innovative approach.
• Proactively manage a personal portfolio of prospects and donors to secure mid- and major-level gifts from Individuals, ensuring that tailored moves management strategies are employed to meaningfully move relationships towards solicitation.

The Development Manager (Trust and Foundations) will manage the strategic development of Trusts and Foundations fundraising, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. The post-holder will oversee income generation from grant-making organisations and ensure timely reporting to funders.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:

• Drive growth of Trusts and Foundations income especially at the five- and six-figure level, with a particular view to supporting unrestricted income and major projects in the organisation’s pipeline.
• Proactively manage a personal portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, regularly meeting and engaging with prospective funders to pitch proposals and check-in around expectations. 
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to develop accurate, compelling funding applications in line with deadlines set by funders. 
• Build lasting relationships with funders in order to establish opportunities for multi-year income generation.
• Drive the Trusts and Foundations prospecting process and increase the range of prospects approached for support, utilising prospect research tools and securing introductions from our network. 

You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, Senior Philanthropy Manager and the wider team to support the cultivation and stewardship of individual donors who fund a variety of activity at Serpentine – from exhibitions and our summer Pavilion programme, to live events and our Ecologies, Arts Technologies and Civic Engagement projects. You will identify and research potential major donors, developing a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the Philanthropy team can reach their annual targets.

You will provide full administrative support to the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Philanthropy Manager to maximise the Serpentine’s income from our international group of major donors, ensuring processes are followed correctly and all administration is efficient, accurate and delivered to deadline.

Using your strong prospect research, analytic and communication skills, you will thrive on your ability to deepen and widen our donor base through identifying new potential supporters, as well as mapping donor networks and creatively assessing opportunities for closer engagement with existing donors. You will have a strong attention to detail and be adept at extracting and communicating summary information to internal and external audiences. You will also have an adaptable and innovative approach to work, solving problems and working both collaboratively and independently as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our PCN3 Care Co-ordinator team. We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated people to take the role of Care Coordinator and join our fantastic PCN team. We will provide full training for the role. The Care Coordinator will be directed to undertake a key role in helping to drive improvements in health outcomes for patients through the delivery of early diagnosis and preventive work with a specific focus on improving the uptake of Health promotion & screening. The Care Coordinator role will support identified patients from all 7 practices across the PCN to navigate the NHS health care system and ensure that their care is coordinated.

Our PCN (PCN3) consists of 7 GP practices serving a diverse population of over 70,000 patients in and around Barnet. We enjoy excellent collaborative working relationships. Our practices are all high-achieving and innovative training practices, and our ethos is to develop our PCN with a focus on high quality, holistic patient care.  We are a strong PCN leadership team consisting of a Clinical Director & Head of Business Development & Transformation who are both aspirational and transformational. We require Care Coordinators who will complement the existing team through an enhanced passion and commitment to the delivery of high-quality patient services and to the wider agenda of team working.

We have a rich diversity of PCN staff who aim to provide a personalised care approach for our patients, including Administrative Ops Team, Pharmacists, Nursing Associate, First Contact Physiotherapists, Pharmacy Technicians, Care co-ordinators, Speciality Care Coordinator, Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Social Prescribers working alongside our GPs, nurses, and extended practice teams
