Our vision is simple: a society where everyone who becomes a parent feels confident, connected and safe.
Through our For Every Parent strategy, we're working to make that vision a reality. We support parents with trusted information, practical help, local communities and a stronger voice in the issues that matter to families.
For 70 years, we've been by parents' sides through the excitement, uncertainty, wonder and challenges of becoming a parent. Today, our volunteers contribute more than 70,000 hours of community service each year, helping parents build friendships, find support and feel less alone.
We educate and empower parents with evidence-based information and support. We advocate and act by listening to parents' experiences, raising their voices and campaigning for change. No judgement. No exceptions.

few weeks, and the next you’ll be producing social-first content reacting to a political announcement that day.
The role will include:

Whether you're writing copy, creating an infographic or spotting a reactive content opportunity, you'll know how to create content that resonates with audiences and supports organisational goals.
You'll bring hands-on experience and strategic thinking when it comes to managing social media accounts for a brand, charity or values-led organisation, along with a strong understanding of what works across different platforms. Our client is a Surrey-based charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse through refuge accommodation, advocacy and specialist support services. They help women and children rebuild their lives and move towards a future free from abuse. They are now looking for an experienced Trusts Fundraising Manager to play a key role in securing the income needed to sustain and grow their impact.
Reporting to the CEO, the Trusts Fundraising Manager will take a lead role in securing income from trusts and foundations fundraising as a central priority. You’ll develop a strong pipeline, build and steward relationships with grant-makers, and produce high-quality bids and reports that clearly evidence outcomes and need. While trusts will be the key focus, the post also has scope to contribute to wider income streams (e.g., corporates, community fundraising, individual giving) and to help shape the overall fundraising direction.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of securing trust and foundation funding, with the ability to write compelling, tailored applications and communicate impact credibly. The right person will be proactive, organised and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery—able to manage multiple deadlines, build relationships with a range of stakeholders, and work with sensitivity given the organisation’s focus on supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
