Role Purpose
To lead on day-to-day delivery of the advice centre provision at the Students’ Union and line manage front facing student staff at the information point. The role primarily involves the delivery of a high-quality impartial, independent, advice service to individual student members of the Students’ Union, through information, advice, guidance, signposting and referrals and working with the Head of Student-Led Change and Advice on expanding advice provision. The role-holder will also be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation as well as the university to identify and recommend solutions to issues and concerns affecting the wider student body to improve the student experience.

The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Support Coordinator will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to stroke survivors and their carers/family members across Sheffield.
You will have the ability to support stroke survivors to identify their goals. Using strong assessment skills and a person-centred approach enabling them to maximise their recovery and improve communication.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting newly diagnosed stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
· Supporting a diverse caseload including anyone experiencing communication or cognitive difficulties
· Providing support via a combination of face-to-face visits, telephone calls, emails or letters and digital methods (such as video calls).
· Using a person-centred and person first approach to provide specific, tailored information, advice and support to stroke survivors and their carers.
· Empowering stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to live life well after stroke.
· Working with other health and social care professionals across the stroke pathway to ensure high quality support.
· Working from home but as part of a team of coordinators.
· Delivering stroke support groups in the area.
· Visiting stroke survivors in hospital to introduce the Stroke Recovery Service and provide information and support.
About You

This role requires extensive travel across the service area to visit people at home, in hospital and community settings as well as running groups across Sheffield and also travel further afield for team and Locality meetings. About the role
The focus of the role will be on digital campaigns and organising and promoting fundraising events to generate new income streams for the charity. Who we are
Every year, thousands of people in the UK face court alone. Often through no choice of their own, people must represent themselves at a moment that could have life-changing outcomes. This includes loss of access to children or homelessness. At the same time, people facing court alone may find themselves up against a party with legal representation. They are instantly at a disadvantage and overwhelmed by the enormity of the challenges they are up against. We supported unrepresented litigants in the civil and family courts in England and Wales over 45,000 times last year.
We provide a safe space with volunteers who listen to each client’s individual story. Last year, over 1000 volunteers helped people to get their thoughts in order, problem-solve and decide next steps, source relevant and reliable legal information, explain complex procedures, complete court forms, and clearly present statements.
At a time when legal support is increasingly limited, we have a vision that no one should have to face court alone.
The role
Support Through Court is establishing a legal advice clinic for money claim matters under £10,000, for a one-year pilot. Advice will be given to clients across the national service network who have been internally triaged to the clinic.
The role involves day-to day management of the clinic and supervising law students as they facilitate client appointments, conduct research and draft letters of advice. Clients will predominantly be supported remotely with occasional in-person appointments and advice “drop-ins” in the local area. You will train and supervise students to help them gain practical legal skills in a clinic setting, having final sign-off of completed letters of advice/oral advice to ensure clients receive an excellent service.
You will embed the legal advice offering of the clinic into the organisation, increasing and developing referrals from our national service network and supporting staff understanding of referral ability.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the legal team at Coram, the birthplace of children’s social care. Our small but impactful family law team is growing and we are looking for a solicitor join the existing team of two senior solicitors and a paralegal. The role sits within a wider team that includes education, community care and immigration and asylum lawyers. It will also benefit from CCLC’s position within the Coram group which includes Coram Voice, Coram BAAF and adoption services.
The role would suit a committed and passionate family law solicitor interested in developing their career within the charity sector.
The purpose of the role is to provide legal advice, assistance and representation to children, young people, family members and carers through casework including private family law cases where the child is made party to the proceedings and a guardian is instructed, care proceedings, pre-proceeding processes, adoption, special guardianship arrangements and disputes about child arrangements. Within the parameters of our remit and mission, our solicitors are able to choose the cases they take on and build their own caseloads.
The post holder will also work with other solicitors within the team to help develop the family law team at CCLC and support junior members of the team.

About the role:
As the ICT Security Support Technician, you’ll support our clients cyber security operations, by assisting with the protection of digital assets, networks, and systems from cyber threats. You’ll identify, monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting routine security checks, and supporting the wider IT team with implementing best security practices.
As the ICT Security Support Technician, your duties will include:
· Assist in the monitoring and analysis of security alerts and logs, using security tools such as SIEM systems.
· Help to identify and respond to security incidents, in line with their incident response process.
· Conduct routine vulnerability scans and support in remediation activities.
· Support with user awareness initiatives including phishing simulations and cyber hygiene campaigns.
· Assist in maintaining and updating security documentation, including asset registers, risk logs and access control records.

About you:

The Suzy Lamplugh Trust was established in memory of Suzy Lamplugh, a young estate agent who tragically disappeared while at work in 1986 and was later declared deceased in 1993. Created to honour Suzy’s legacy, the Trust aims to empower individuals and organisations to take a stand against abuse, aggression, and violence in all forms, supporting safety in both personal and professional lives.
Role overview:
This is a new and developing service focused on increasing accessibility to stalking support for underrepresented and marginalised communities across London. The postholder will play a key role in designing, embedding, and delivering this community-based model, working closely with community groups, partners, and volunteers whilst holding a small caseload leading to building trusted pathways into service for communities that may face barriers to accessing traditional support.
The role will oversee two key initiatives:
Community First Responders: Trained volunteers with lived and/or professional experience (including LGBTQ+ communities, racially minoritised groups, victims with disabilities, neurodivergent individuals, and those with other accessibility needs) who provide face-to-face stalking support and awareness across London.
Community Champions: Staff/volunteers within third-party organisations within the London ecosystem of service providers who are trained to provide first-responder level support within their own communities.
The role builds and manages networks of community champions and first responders while holding a reduced advocacy caseload.
Initially office-based (London) for 3 months to support a meaningful induction, moving to a blended working model (40% office / 60% home).
