The Role: We are seeking passionate and creative people to teach one-to-one lessons with young people across London, working both in students’ homes and other public spaces. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, we will provide your training. Our students have high needs including SEN, medical needs, and SEMH, making mainstream school unsuitable. The work is varied, challenging, and immensely rewarding. You’ll be backed by a dedicated office education team, including a QTS teacher who will mentor you, as well as specialists in safeguarding, wellbeing, and interventions. Your mission: to inspire your students to learn creatively, grow in confidence, and achieve academically.

About the role:
You will provide trauma informed support to service users impacted by terrorism. Service users are at the heart of the work we do; working with the family, you will undertake a comprehensive needs assessment to agree a bespoke Support Plan that will include exploring the needs of children and young people within the family.
You will manage a caseload, completing actions agreed on Support Plans and reviewing needs with service users on a regular basis. You will advocate for service users with external stakeholders, agencies and aspects of the criminal justice system. You will build constructive relationships with these stakeholders whilst maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and work collaboratively across VS.
You will support the Team Leader and Operations Manager in delivery of training and information presentations across a range of stakeholders both in person and online. This may require substantial travel and overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities:
You will have resilience and adaptability; understand the importance of professional boundaries; possess strong listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy.
You will enjoy the challenge of a busy caseload and will be able to demonstrate the excellent organisation skills essential to managing a demanding and diverse workload.
As a fully trained Homicide Family Caseworker you will be responsible for managing your own complex caseload to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview
Working in the AdOps team, you will be helping develop campaign strategies based on our client needs. Campaign Associates are responsible for writing corresponding media plans and running campaigns on our own digital advertising platform (called Advocate) and other platforms, to ensure campaign goals are met.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design of digital advertising strategies for our clients
Execute digital advertising campaigns on a variety of advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, and translate campaign reports into actionable optimisations to improve performance.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of team output.
Must Have Skills
University degree (Bachelors or Masters)
Strong attention to detail.
Proven organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks from multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with digital tools and learning new platforms quickly.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Interest in progressive campaigns and causes.
Nice to Have Experience
Experience implementing digital advertising campaigns.
Experience working / volunteering for progressive campaigns or causes.
Experience using project management tools to track work and maintain documentation (such as ClickUp).
Experience with buying ads via search, social, and programmatic buying platforms such as: The Trade Desk, Google Search, DV360, Meta.
