We’re looking for someone with significant experience in brand management, content and communications who can bring ideas to life across digital, print and internal channels. You’ll be passionate about creating engaging, accessible and impactful content, while ensuring our brand is consistently represented across everything we do.
The Role
As Brand and Content Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Phoenix Futures’ brand, content and communications channels.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll lead the creation of high-quality digital, print and creative communications, while managing and developing key platforms including SharePoint, our websites, social media channels and Phoenix News.
You’ll be the organisation’s brand guardian and a key source of advice and expertise on brand, content, visual communications and creative best practice. You’ll help ensure that our communications are engaging, accessible, user-focused and aligned with our organisational priorities.
You’ll also lead on content planning and editorial management, internal communications, creative storytelling and digital experience development. Using analytics, audience insight and feedback, you’ll identify opportunities to improve how we communicate and ensure our content reaches and engages the people who need it.
The role will involve working with senior stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and creative partners, managing projects, budgets and deadlines to deliver high-quality campaigns and communications.
This is a 37.5 hour per week role, based on a hybrid London and home-working arrangement.
About You
To join us as our Brand and Content Manager, you will need:
- Significant experience in brand management and leading strategic content and communications across digital, print and internal communication channels
- Strong graphic design and content production skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent
- Experience developing and improving websites, SharePoint environments and digital communication platforms
- A strong understanding of user experience, accessibility, SEO, content optimisation and digital analytics
- Experience of content planning, editorial management and delivering communications across multiple channels
- Experience creating and managing internal communications and employee engagement content
- Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality communications and design projects
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use performance data and audience insight to evaluate content and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellent written communication, editing and proofreading skills, with a high level of literacy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to work with senior leaders
- The ability to work independently, use sound judgement and take ownership of brand and communications activity

Experience of photography, video production, animation or multimedia storytelling would also be desirable, as would a professional qualification in Graphic Design.

The Role
The Marketing team plays a key role in helping Phoenix Futures communicate its work, raise awareness, challenge stigma and connect people with our services and support.
As Brand and Content Manager, you’ll work across the organisation, collaborating with colleagues at all levels to develop engaging and effective communications. You’ll work particularly closely with senior stakeholders and teams across Phoenix to understand their communication needs and turn ideas and objectives into clear, compelling content.
You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative Marketing team, with the opportunity to influence how Phoenix Futures’ brand and communications develop across the organisation.
The role is based on a hybrid London and home-working arrangement, with opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across Phoenix Futures.

Join Homeless Oxfordshire as our Housing First Service Manager and lead a dedicated team supporting people with complex needs facing multiple exclusions to sustain long-term tenancies, increase independence and rebuild their lives. Main Purpose Of The Job:

Main Areas Of Responsibility:
Working closely with the Operations Manager :
• To lead the Housing First team providing excellent trauma informed support to 40+ Housing First residents in Oxford City.
• To work closely with commissioners on delivery of the service, to develop and maintain strategic relationships with Oxford City Council, housing providers, NHS services, Adult Social Care, Probation and voluntary sector partners.
• Provide reflective, trauma-informed supervision and support to staff.
• Lead safeguarding, risk management and multi-disciplinary case reviews.
• Ensure adherence to Housing First fidelity and continuous quality improvement.
• To ensure that Homeless Oxfordshire delivers effective and high-quality support that meets the evolving needs of our residents.
• To deliver a psychologically person centred trauma informed approach across all services.
• To promote the active involvement of service user experience and voice in the delivery, development and monitoring of Housing First.
• To manage the personalisation budget attached to the Housing First.
• Ensuring that commissioned contracts are adhered to and KPIs for these contracts are met.
• To support staff to ensure that all services are run safely and compliant with safeguarding.
• Being proactive in reviewing and evaluating own performance and identifying and acting upon areas for improvement and development.
• To actively look to develop yourself and your team through training and development opportunities.

• Ensure your team are aware of and include their residents in engagement and coproduction activities working proactively with the LEAP team.
• Develop and maintain strong internal working relationships to ensure managers and teams deliver high quality services that are reflective of Homeless Oxfordshire’s values and address local needs.
• Co-create a positive and inclusive working environment for team members and residents.
• Be part of Homeless Oxfordshire on-call rota.
• To cover for other Service Managers if needed.
• Adhere to Homeless Oxfordshire’s policies and procedures at all times.
• Undertaking, as required, any other duties compatible with the level and nature of the post.

Rehoming Centre Manager
Beagle Welfare is looking for an experienced, compassionate and highly organised Rehoming Centre Manager to lead the daily operation of our Rehoming Centre, based in Burton-on-Trent.

As the lead on site, you will manage and develop staff and volunteers, oversee safe and efficient centre operations, and help ensure every beagle in our care receives the right support to progress towards a happy, secure future. You will also represent Beagle Welfare externally and contribute to the continued development of our rehoming work across the UK.
About the role
You will be responsible for the leadership, performance and smooth running of the Rehoming Centre, including staff and volunteer management, health and safety, site maintenance and the implementation of operational procedures. With rehoming at the centre of your decision-making, you will use data, strong people leadership and sound operational judgement to help improve outcomes for beagles and the people who care for and adopt them.
Key responsibilities
· Lead, motivate and develop a committed team of staff and volunteers, creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
· Oversee day-to-day centre operations, ensuring high standards of dog welfare, customer service, health and safety, security and compliance.
· Drive rehoming activity by supporting case progression, promoting beagles effectively and helping minimise the time beagles spend in our care.
· Manage resources, reporting and administrative processes accurately and responsibly.
· Build productive relationships with adopters, visitors, animal welfare organisations, and community partners.
· Use data, feedback and quality assurance processes to identify improvements and support consistent application of procedures.
About you
We are looking for a confident manager with experience leading diverse teams, delivering against targets and managing a varied operational workload. You will be comfortable working around dogs, including beagles with different welfare and behavioural needs, and able to balance compassion with practical decision-making. Strong communication, organisation, collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is experience in supporting continuous improvement.
You will also need a UK manual driving licence and be comfortable driving our van. Experience in a kennel or animal welfare environment would be advantageous, but above all you will share Beagle Welfare’s commitment to improving the lives of beagles and supporting the people who care for them.
Working pattern and location
This role is based at the Rehoming Centre and offers employment that includes employer provided accommodation (3-bedroom cottage) as part of the compensation package.
The centre operates between 08:30 and 17:00 every day of the year, so weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis.

In this role, the Digital Communications Officer will help AMOSSHE communicate clearly, consistently and creatively with its members, partners and sector stakeholders. The role will plan and deliver engaging content across digital channels primarily through the integrated management system (including website/CMS, CRM and event management), our weekly newsletter, email campaigns and social media. As Service Manager, you will ensure all policy and practice issues are maintained to the highest standards.

· Qualified to a level 5 or above with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education or equivalent and have excellent communication skills.
· You will need proven supervisory and experience or competence of managing others, as well as experience of management of resources including finance, planning and evaluation at a project level.

· A sound knowledge of the needs of young carers and parent carers.

What you will do
A year-in-the-life of our Largs-based Communications and Media Officer has two distinct parts. October to April - where it’s all about getting the word out there to support fundraising and encouraging young people to sign up for our life-changing adventures. Then it’s the summer - May to September - when the magic happens and you’re around the trips, interviewing young people and telling their stories. You can go sailing on the trips too!
You will be responsible for identifying story opportunities year-round, and writing press releases, media advisories or editorial content to pitch those stories to a range of media outlets, from local newspapers and regional broadcasters to national, charity, marine and other specialist publications, and facilitating inbound requests for interviews or other profile-raising opportunities.
You will serve as our go-to copywriter for print, online and digital marketing materials as well as writing other articles and feature content as requested. This includes responsibility for writing and overseeing the production of our annual in-house publication, Inspire.
You will also work closely with the social media team, gathering (and if you have the experience, producing) multimedia content for our digital and online platforms. There will be wider responsibilities across the communications team too.
Key responsibilities and duties
