We are currently seeking experienced, professional fundraisers and grant writers to join our team.
Role Overview
The Fundraising & Grants Team is the financial engine of IHF. Grant Research & Proposal Writing: Identify funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies; draft high-quality, persuasive grant applications with project descriptions, budgets, and impact metrics.
Campaign Design: Create and launch fundraising initiatives (e.g., Giving Tuesday, seasonal appeals, peer-to-peer campaigns).
Donor Engagement & Relations: Build and maintain relationships with donors and grant-making organizations, manage deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
Platform Management: Oversee IHF's presence on crowdfunding sites, social donation tools, and grant portals.
Impact Reporting: Track funded projects and draft the reports required by donors and grantors.
Ideal Candidate:
Professional or advanced experience in grant writing, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit development.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable navigating competitive funding cycles.
Background in Writing, Marketing, International Development, or Nonprofit Management preferred.
Benefits of Volunteering with IHF:
Professional Portfolio Growth: Build a track record of funded proposals and successful campaigns for an international NGO.
Global Impact: Directly fund the education, safety, and wellbeing of children in need.
Strategic Networking: Engage with high-level donors, foundations, and stakeholders.
Certification: Receive official recognition for your role in sustaining IHF's financial health.

Job Description
Do you have experience in designing, reviewing or improving administrative or operational processes, with a focus on the user experience above all? Do you lead change and service improvement initiatives while working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to lead and deliver a transformation roadmap that redesigns and improves student services, using service design and business analysis approaches to create efficient, student-centred processes across the Union.
