Job Title: Safeguarding Administrator
Salary: £16,775.40 per annum Inc OLW, Band C Level 3
Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, London (with hybrid working) 1 day present in office per week; that includes in-person Team Meetings/Trainings
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 21 hours per week (can be 3 full days or 5 part days)
About The Role:
The Administrator role will support the Safeguarding Team and the Head of Safeguarding by providing general administration such as managing data, organising meetings and taking minutes, booking events, travel and accommodation, diary co-ordination and sending internal and external communications. It is important that the Administrator’s work is accurate and that they provide excellent customer service, adhering to the Team’s and Association’s policies and procedures

Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO London) is looking to hire a Data and Insights Officer, in the Programme Delivery and Impact team, reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery.
Role Description
The Data and Insights Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for students prior to joining an SEO London programme. The postholder will support data analytics, uphold data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the participant journey. This role works closely with programme delivery and Impact teams and reports to the Head of Programme Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Student journey and experience
Data Integrity and systems management
Support and monitor cross-team compliance with playbooks to maintain high data integrity
Manage mass data monitoring and correction activities to ensure database accuracy.
Improve Salesforce adoption by providing internal training, guidance, and support tools.
Update and refine workflows and playbooks that improve data quality and consistency of the student experience
Delivery Performance Monitoring
Standardise programme evaluation processes and analyse results to identify themes that inform continuous improvement.
