As our Puppy Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our assistance dog programmes by overseeing the development and welfare of puppies during the early stages of their training journey. Working closely with volunteer Puppy Socialisers, Foster Carers, Trainers, and Colleagues, you will provide guidance, support, and training to ensure puppies receive the best possible start. You will be responsible for coordinating placements, monitoring their progress, maintaining accurate records and helping volunteers develop the skills and confidence needed to prepare our puppies for advanced assistance dog training. Giving and receiving feedback, gathering data and other evidence to inform service development, and exercising reflective practice are all essential attributes.
You’ll also contribute to key projects that move SMART Recovery forward, adding your voice and insight to help shape what comes next. The role therefore requires project mangement skills as you will work on specific projects that develop our publications, training, communications and marketing. If you have a special interest and expertise in certain areas of our business such as social media and campaigns, training, volunteer management or copywriting we can develop this skill and interest as an enhancement to your role. Developing areas of expertise within our Co-ordinator team is something we are keen to do.
As this is a home-based role, you’ll need to be comfortable forming meaningful relationships online, building trust and connection via email, phone, and video calls. About the role

Home-Start Hillingdon is looking for a Dad Matters Co-ordinator to join our collaborative, experienced team. This role will work alongside our existing Co-ordinator to grow and strengthen our Dad Matters programme across the borough.
Dad Matters focuses on the first 1001 days, supporting fathers and male carers to build strong bonds with their baby, alongside support for their mental health and access to services. It’s a role that combines direct work with dads and the practical coordination behind the scenes to keep the service running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
Building on the strong foundations of our current Dad Matters programme, you will work collaboratively with our existing Co-ordinator, with a focus on:
- Planning and delivering weekly peer support sessions for dads
- Supporting the development and delivering Dad’s antenatal sessions with local NHS services
- Recruiting, coordinating and supporting volunteers to contribute to the programme
- Helping dads develop their understanding of building strong parent-infant relationships
- Raising awareness of fathers’ mental health and suicide prevention, especially in the perinatal period
- Supporting the development of a Dad Matters volunteer programme
You’ll be working closely with an experienced colleague, sharing delivery while also taking a lead on planning, organisation, communication and the co-ordination of groups and activities.
This role would be ideal for somebody with experience of working with families or parents, and of planning and running activities, with a genuine passion for supporting fathers to build strong, positive relationships with their babies, look after their mental health and feel more confident in their role. Community Action Nepal (CAN) was established 25 years ago by the world-renowned mountaineer Doug Scott CBE, to raise the living standards of remote mountain communities in Nepal. In this time CAN, working predominantly with our implementation partner in Nepal, has built 17 schools, 19 health posts and three Porter Rescue Shelters and delivered a wide range of livelihoods, agriculture and cultural programmes, improving the lives of many thousands of people in rural Nepal. We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide full office administration to the charity. The position is part of a small team. Working at Catching Lives
Catching Lives is a community charity, currently staffed by a team of 10. We’re in the process of expanding with current recruitment, so that we can introduce community-based support alongside strengthening our core day centre offer.
The successful candidate will complete a structured induction that includes shadowing colleagues and visiting local services. Staff typically attend weekly team meetings on Wednesday afternoons, as well as having regular 1-1s with their line manager, and there is confidential access to an employee assistance scheme. The day centre offers free tea and coffee throughout the working day. As well as core training for new starters, there are ongoing training and development opportunities.

Role Purpose
The Freedom Project Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion to move towards greater independence, stability, and personal progression.
Working directly with Freedom trainees, volunteers, and Mustard Tree clients, you will provide person-centred support through one-to-one casework, group activities, crisis intervention, and progression planning. About the role
The Fundraising Strategy and Operations team delivers high quality operations support to the wider Fundraising Directorate including Strategic Liaison with Service teams, Compliance, Supporter Journeys and Communications, and Supporter Care.
The role sits within our friendly and dedicated Supporter Care team. In addition to providing operations support to the Fundraising Directorate, the team provides a high standard of customer service to Centrepoint supporters and members of the public.

- Interacting with existing and prospective supporters via multiple communication channels
- Resolving complaints in line with our policy, escalating feedback where necessary
- Listening to and quality checking calls handled by the third-party contact centre
- Supporting with required training of the third-party contact centre call handling team
- Processing fundraising donations
- Maintaining supporter records on the Raiser’s Edge CRM system
- Helping to ensure team processes are accurate, efficient, and up to date
- Helping to ensure the team meets its service SLAs and KPIs
- Maintaining a good understanding and working knowledge of new sector regulations
- Supporting the delivery of strategic projects in line with the Supporter Care strategy
