Administration, Subscriptions and Data Management

• Respond to enquiries via email and phone

• Support annual subscription communications and renewals
• Process payments (credit card, cheque, BACS) and issue reminders, notices and receipts
• Assist with annual and monthly Direct Debit processes
• Support subscription reconciliation and data management
• Maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy of records, demographics and post-nominals
• Issue usernames, passwords and updated correspondence as required
• Assist with Branch and Committee data updates

We're recruiting a Positive Engagement Worker to join the team in Croydon in a 27 bed residential property which specialises in forensic mental health, complex needs and dual diagnosis. The team offers psychologically informed housing and resettlement support that comes with additional help for individuals’ specific needs. Our forensic mental health step down services consist of four individual sites which cater for high and medium support for both, men and women. 

In this role, you will be at the centre of researching, sourcing, and providing various opportunities for our residents. This can include partnering with external employers for employment opportunities, liaising with colleges for courses and upskilling opportunities, or community based projects which residents can get involved in. The role is dynamic and you can put your own ideas forward to bring new ideas to the team to help support our residents have access to wider resources. You will work closely with the rest of the care and support teams to enhance the opportunities available to our residents. 

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan and deliver various activities which includes within the service and outside in the local community to help gain a sense of community and belonging. This can include days out to museums, community events and other areas of interest by our residents
• Plan in service events to bring residents together which could include group cooking sessions, games days, sporting events, and religious festivals.

Guildford Foyer provides 24/7 supported accommodation for up to 34 young people aged 16–25, many with complex needs, including unaccompanied asylum‑seeking young people. Our Support Workers, Night Workers and Bank Workers offer guidance around housing, budgeting, living skills, education, employment and community engagement.

We are recruiting a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

Housing

• Support young people to understand and maintain occupancy agreements and house rules.
• Encourage timely rent payments and promote a positive payment culture.
• Stay informed on housing law and welfare benefits affecting young people.
• Address issues such as rent arrears or property damage using restorative approaches.

Coaching and engagement

• Coach young people to identify aspirations and build independence skills.
• Promote personal responsibility, engagement with support services, and community connections.
• Ensure strong safeguarding practice and maintain professional boundaries.
• Keep accurate records on In‑Form, tracking needs, risks and outcomes.

General

• Work as part of a rota, including lone working, providing calm and objective support.

Job Purpose

To provide excellent supporter experience and donor stewardship, and to ensure efficient and accurate processing of fundraised income.

Responsible For

Day-to-day responsibility for supporter care of fundraising audiences – managing enquiries through phone, post  and online. Responsible for income processing onto the CRM of all donations. And supporting the portfolio in providing excellent supporter experience to retain supporters for the long-term.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage incoming post and communications from supporters and potential supporters, responding to queries within the SLA in a friendly, supporter-focussed manner.
• Income processing of all donations and month-end reconciliation, ensuring all information relating is accurate on the database.
• Manage administration of gift aid processes including scanning declarations and adding to the fundraising database.
• Manage administration of online giving platforms such as Just Giving, CAF and GoFundMe.
• Working to support the development and delivery of the Audience Journey Project.
• Ensure high quality of communications with all audiences at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of and develop all products offered by thefundraising team and identify areas where cross promotion can beutilised.

Quality, Compliance and Safety

• Supporting the Fundraising team to maintain the quality and integrity of fundraising data and work in partnership with the Database Officer to maintain and develop an effective database.
• Perform duties in line with Fundraising Code, GDPR and Hft’s Policies and Procedures.
• Adhere to and maintain Hft’s Health and Safety policies, standards and guidelines at all

Relationships

• Work with the wider team to support individuals and organisations in their fundraising activities, providing them with the materials, equipment and advice they need to maximise the success of their fundraising.

SANE is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the effective day-to-day financial management of the charity and help ensure our mental health services are financially well supported.

This is a hands-on, operational role working closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Senior Management Team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, producing clear financial information and ensuring strong financial controls are in place.

This role would suit someone who enjoys practical finance work, values accuracy and organisation, and wants to use their skills in a purpose-driven charity.

Key responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day finance operations, including income, expenditure and bank reconciliations

Prepare monthly management accounts and support budget monitoring

Maintain accurate financial records in line with charity accounting requirements

Support payroll processes and liaise with external providers

Prepare information for audits and work with external auditors

Support finance-related reporting for trustees, funders and senior managers

Ensure clear financial procedures and strong internal controls are followed

About you:

You will have proven experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector. You will be confident working independently, while also supporting colleagues across the organisation with finance-related queries.

You will be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing competing priorities. Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting software are essential, along with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
