The Ethical Property Foundation is the UK’s only dedicated property advice charity serving the voluntary sector. (Registered Charity Number 1101812) Each year, we provide over 900 organisations with expert, independent property advice and education. We are now looking for one or more self-employed Chartered Surveyors - general practice surveyors and building surveyors to join our team and help deliver affordable consultancy services to the voluntary sector.
About the Role
This is a self-employed, project-based opportunity. Assignments typically require 4-5 days of work (not full-time) and include:
· Lease renewals and rent review advice
· Development of client property strategies
· Options appraisals
· Property acquisition advice
· Property disposal advice
You may also have opportunities to design and deliver property-related webinar training.
Our Associate Property Advisers work flexibly from home, with occasional client site visits across England, Wales, and Scotland.

About this role:
The Product Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation, improvement, and effective use of NFCC’s digital platforms and services. Working within the Digital Transformation team, the postholder will act as a central point of coordination for business-as-usual support, helping to manage incoming queries, triage issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure that requests are responded to in a timely and structured way.
The role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Business Analyst, stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues across the wider Data, Digital and Technology team to support the smooth running and ongoing improvement of NFCC’s digital products, including the website and other core platforms. This includes translating issues and requirements into clear tickets or briefs, supporting Agile ways of working, contributing to sprint and release activity, producing user guidance and training materials, supporting workshops where required, and helping to ensure that systems remain effective, user-focused, and aligned with organisational and fire sector needs.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, digitally confident, and able to balance routine support activity with coordination across multiple systems and stakeholders. You will need to be comfortable handling queries, assessing issues, working with suppliers, and keeping accurate records, while also contributing to continuous improvement across our digital services.
The successful candidate will be expected to quickly build strong working knowledge of NFCC’s digital platforms and use this to support users, coordinate activity, and help improve the effectiveness of our systems and services.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a successful national remote service, offering support via the phone or Zoom to affected adults in the UK. We are looking to recruit experienced Family Support professionals to provide these virtual support sessions to individual family members and sometimes groups. We are offering a number of roles at 15-20 hours per week, across 3-5 days, including Wednesday and at least 2 evenings per week (Mon-Wed).
Experience in supporting family members affected by someone else’s substance use is essential, as is experience with assessing and managing risk. Ideally, you would also have experience of working to support parents with their parenting and / or those experiencing domestic abuse. We offer fixed hours part time contracts within a friendly and supportive team. Whilst based at home and requiring the ability to work autonomously, Adfam prides ourselves on our supportive team ethos and working culture.
This is a remote working position based at home.
Please note, although counselling skills and qualifications are welcome and valuable as part of a skillset for this role, these are not counselling roles. This is professional support work and requires additional experience or skills in substance use, social work, complex family work or a related field.
