By providing holistic, trauma informed care, and taking an assertive approach, we can support patients into safe accommodation on discharge from hospital.

As our Financial Controller, you'll lead the day-to-day financial operations of the charity, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and efficient processes that support our mission. Do you have fundraising experience and strong project management skills? Do you want to help grow individual giving and deliver outstanding supporter experiences? Join BMS World Mission as our Individual Giving Officer.
As part of the Individual Giving team, you'll deliver fundraising campaigns and supporter engagement activities that inspire action, build loyalty and grow income. From managing direct mail appeals to developing supporter journeys, you'll help ensure supporters feel valued and connected to the impact of their giving.
Actively working with colleagues across fundraising and communications, you'll coordinate fundraising materials, supporter events and stewardship activity. You'll lead projects from planning to delivery, balancing priorities, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
You'll use data and insight to analyse performance, improve results and drive future fundraising activity.
We're looking for someone with project management experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for fundraising. You'll be aligned with BMS' Christian faith, vision and values, committed to high standards and eager to develop your skills.

Location: Didcot with Flexible working arrangement ( Hybrid)
Hours: 35 hours per week/full time

Salary: £33,477 per annum
