We’re looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager – New Business to help secure high-value partnerships that fund life-changing work for people affected by blood cancer. 

Now is an incredibly exciting time to join us. Our corporate partnerships team are delivering unprecedented success, with over £10 million raised from the insurance sector in the last three years alone, along with securing another high-profile seven-figure partnership in the last year.  

We are about to launch a major appeal with corporate partnerships vital to its £25million target and success, we are supported by a highly engaged board of senior leaders and CEOs from finance, insurance, tech and pharmaceuticals who are actively working with us to drive new business opportunities.  

You’ll build a strong pipeline, shape compelling proposals, and engage senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility. Success in this role comes from staying focused through challenges, adapting your approach, and maintaining momentum; bringing insight, resilience, and determination to every interaction to create partnerships that deliver real impact.

We are looking for a training and conference lead who will design and implement our training and
conference programmes. You will work with community organisations to understand their legal
needs and tailor the training to give advisers the tools they need to help their communities. You will
work with lawyers and legal advisers to develop resources and training that are practical, holistic and
comprehensive and delivered through a range of online and in person methods.
You will be passionate and enthusiastic about access to justice with a training and development
background. You will lead on the development of a new range of resources for the wider access to
justice community with a focus on housing issues. You will also work closely with other staff to reimagine
and represent existing content in new ways. As LAG is at the heart of the social justice
lawyering community, the successful candidate will work closely with our partner organisations

As Director of Programmes & Impact, you will be a key member of TLG’s Core Leadership Team, with responsibility for the growth, quality and impact of our UK‑wide programmes, currently supporting around 5,000 children in partnership with more than 220 churches. You will lead a talented senior team, pioneer new and existing models of support, and ensure everything we do delivers deep, measurable and meaningful change in children’s lives.

We are seeking a senior leader who can lead programmes at scale, use insight and evidence to drive impact, and navigate change and complexity with confidence. You will model prayerful, emotionally healthy leadership, with a deep commitment to therapeutic, trauma‑informed practice firmly rooted in the life and mission of the local church.

Purpose of the job

As Major Donor Manager, you will support the delivery of UK Youth's major donor programme, cultivating high-value, long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) individuals in support of UK Youth's mission and vision. You will build and manage a pipeline of major donors and prospects, working towards income targets that grow year on year, and play a critical role in securing unrestricted funding, programme funding and transformational capital investment.

This role requires a strategic, relationship-led approach and a deep understanding of major gift fundraising. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure credibility, effective stewardship and meaningful donor engagement. The Major Donor programme prioritises depth of relationship and long-term value over short-term income targets, and you will be instrumental in embedding this culture across the organisation.

The role sits within the strongly performing and highly motivated Fundraising department, including events, corporate, trust and foundation fundraising.

Experience we're after

• Proven experience in major donor fundraising, with a track record of cultivating and securing five or six figure gifts from HNW individuals.

• Experience of building and managing a major donor pipeline from prospect identification through to solicitation and stewardship.

• Experience of senior stakeholder management, including working with CEOs, trustees and senior volunteers.

• Experience of managing a diverse workload with multiple deadlines, stakeholders and deliverables.

• Experience of thinking strategically and developing compelling fundraising propositions aligned to organisational priorities.

• Experience of delivering cultivation and stewardship events for major donors.
