We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the marketing activity of the Students’ Union throughout the year, taking the lead on campaigns and projects such as Varsity, the Leadership Race, International Festival and End of Year Awards, working with 10+ departments across the Union.
Our ideal candidate will have experience planning and delivering innovative marketing campaigns and content, from event activations to wider campaign delivery, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be confident coordinating stakeholders, balancing priorities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. A natural collaborator, you’ll be comfortable working with a wide range of teams and guiding others to develop and deliver effective marketing activity - whether that’s supporting event delivery, shaping creative ideas, or bringing campaigns to life on campus.
This role is best suited to someone with a strong foundation in marketing who is now looking to broaden their skillset and take on increasing responsibility in campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and creative delivery.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategies to attract new audiences and deepen engagement with existing ones through various channels like social media, email, and events.
· Work with the Head of Engagement to improve the visitor experience to encourage repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth
· Work with the Communications Team to create and manage marketing campaigns to promote the Cathedral and its offerings
· Attend Cathedral public events and programming to gather relevant data and audience feedback
· Build creative and engaging forms of visitor feedback that captures qualitative and quantitative data key to the building of an audience-led Engagement programme
· Work with the Engagement team to plan and execute audience-led programming to attract visitors and enhance engagement, such as concerts, lectures, or tours, delivering on the new Engagement Strategy
· Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of audience development efforts
· Work with other departments, including marketing, fundraising, and education, to achieve the Cathedral’s vision and mission values
· Working with the Head of Engagement, CFO and COO to manage budgets related to audience development activities
· Develop and implement an audience development strategy and an evaluation framework that aligns with the Cathedral's overall goals

The Digital Communications Manager at the South London Gallery will oversee the delivery of an engaging digital strategy that supports the Gallery’s mission and vision, raises its profile locally, nationally and internationally, and deepens audience engagement.
Responsible for overseeing the SLG’s digital content strategy and digital partnerships, the Digital Communications Manager will create high-quality content that drives traffic to the SLG’s key digital platforms and communicates the quality and impact of the gallery’s artistic and Communities & Learning programmes. Role: To engage Chatham’s diverse communities in the heritage of St John’s Chatham. This role will be
responsible for working with local community groups to develop and deliver activities and programmes
to involve young people aged 14 – 24 years old, low income families, older adults over 55 years old,
homeless and vulnerably housed people and local schools as part of the major community programme
at St John’s Chatham.
Principal accountabilities
● Through engagement with local community groups create a programme that results in St John’s becoming a multipurpose space for the local community.
● Develop, manage and deliver community engagement projects to interpret the history of St John’s, based on research gathered by the Research & Development Consultant.
