Working closely with the Trusts Managers, and the Senior Philanthropy & Trusts Manager, you will lead the teams to secure, and grow, vital funding from trust sources to support the welfare of dogs and cats across the UK and internationally. The role currently leads a team of three.
The Trusts Lead will drive forward the Trusts strategy as well as oversee KPI development and measurement, and budgets for the team. The role is also responsible for account managing a handful of partners, as well as an organisationally significant seven-figure relationship with Postcode Lottery, requiring significant work with stakeholders across Battersea.
The post will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, but in particular with the Head of Philanthropy, Partnerships & Commercial, the Senior Corporate & Commercial Partnerships Manager, the Senior Fundraising Operations Manager, the Special Events & Stewardship Manager and Marketing & Communications teams to collaborate on joint projects and ensure contacts are shared to maximise all opportunities.

About the role
CoramBAAF’s membership is central to the organisation’s aims and activities. The Member Services Team provides a comprehensive service to corporate, associate and individual members and customers in all four nations of the UK. AbouttheOpportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our Finance team, providing dedicated financial support to The Soil Association Land Trust charity and contributing to the wider success of the Soil Association Group.
You will be responsible for producing the Land Trust's monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts, while acting as a trusted finance business partner to the senior leadership team. Through insightful financial reporting and analysis, you will help inform decision-making and support the charity in delivering its strategic objectives.
AboutYou
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or have equivalent relevant experience, with a strong understanding of charity accounting and statutory reporting.
You are highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work to deadlines. You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing accurate financial information. A confident communicator, you build positive relationships across the organisation and are comfortable providing constructive challenge where appropriate.
With a positive, solutions-focused approach, you are committed to finding more efficient ways of working and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.

About the role:
Ready to lead a service that changes young lives? Youth Concern is looking for an experienced manager to lead our busy Drop-in Centre and support a dedicated team committed to helping young people across Aylesbury Vale. Help us shape our charity’ next chapter as we prepare to move to new premises in 2027. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Drop-in Centre, ensuring that young people receive high-quality, accessible support in a safe and welcoming environment. Working closely with staff, volunteers and partner agencies, you will oversee service delivery, support organisational development and play a key role in our exciting plans to relocate to new premises in 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for young people and shaping the future of an essential community service.
Place of work is flexible (to suit us and the successful candidate, approx 2 days a week from home, 3 days a week working from the Drop-in Centre). Our Drop-in Centre in open to young people Tuesday-Saturday including two evenings. This role can be flexible and can be worked Monday-Friday with occasional evening and weekend work.
