About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the operations team, join the management team and support the CEO. Your priorities will be to oversee all fundraising, including campaigns, major donors and grant applications. You will oversee the HR of the organisation, including recruitment and disciplinaries. In partnership with the CEO and finance officer you will be jointly responsible for finance within the organisation. About the role
This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.
This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. About the role
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day financial operations of THS. You will oversee transactional processing, payroll, local group accounting, management of our partner charity accounts, creating monthly management reports and year-end audit preparation.

About the team
The Philanthropy Team raises income for Impetus and for Impetus partner charities. The team consists of 15 staff. Impetus has an annual income of c.£11 million which we are looking to grow significantly within the next few years. The team is led by two Directors of Philanthropy and Partnerships.
The Philanthropy Team works with major donors, corporates and grant making trusts, as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure we make a compelling case to generate new financial commitments and wider support for our work. About this role
The Engagement Manager is an experienced professional who plays a key role in supporting donor engagement across all Impetus donors, enabling the team to provide best practice and high-quality donor stewardship and a platform for the renewal of key philanthropic gifts.
The Engagement function is responsible for pro bono and volunteering. Reporting to the Head of Engagement, the Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the volunteering programme, ensuring it delivers high-quality opportunities, contributes to agreed KPIs and evolves in line with the needs of funders and the organisation.
The postholder will account manage key relationships with mid-level supporters and internal stakeholders, working across teams to deliver meaningful and well-coordinated engagement opportunities. They will contribute to identifying and developing new opportunities for the volunteering and pro bono programmes that respond to funder interests and portfolio needs.
In addition, they will manage relationships with mid-level pro bono supporters, taking them through the full pro bono journey from project matching and onboarding through to stewardship and ongoing support.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised, agile and structured Senior Programmes Manager to lead the operational planning, project management and execution of our flagship educational programmes. In this role, you will be the operational engine behind multiple cross-departmental projects, with a focus on meeting the needs of our global teachers and students, as well as funders.
In this fixed-term role you will work closely with our educational content leads, designers and external stakeholders to ensure our high-impact classroom resources and live events are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest standard. Rather than drafting the pedagogy yourself, you will manage the project lifecycles, coordinate workflow across internal and external teams and optimise the systems that allow our world-class educational programmes to reach over 1 million young people globally.

As the Property Manager you’ll play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with landlords and letting agents, as well as proactively managing a portfolio of housing stock. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our colleagues in Operations, Asset Management and Health and Safety, leading on all aspects of tenancy enforcement in respect of tenancy breaches and complaints of anti-social behaviour. You will need to be based locally in one of these areas to maximise impact.
