We are strengthening our Senior Leadership Team and looking for two talented, forward-thinking leaders who share our passion for making a difference.

These are exciting opportunities to play a key role in shaping START's future, supporting our people and ensuring our services continue to make a meaningful impact.

Deputy Chief Executive - Head of Services and Partnerships
£48,000 per annum – Full time: 35 hours per week
Place of work:
Brunswick House, Salford M6 and START outreach locations and partner venues. Hybrid working is subject to operational needs and agreement.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for excellent services and strong partnerships?

We are looking for an inspiring leader who can drive service quality, develop meaningful partnerships, strengthen commissioner relationships and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

You will help shape our strategic direction, champion the people we support and play a central role in START's future development.

Chief of Staff - Head of Internal Operations and Human Resources
£48,000 per annum | Full time: 35 hours per week.
A four-day working week may be considered, with salary pro rata for reduced hours.
Place of work: Brunswick House, Salford M6 and START outreach locations and partner venues. Hybrid working is subject to operational needs and agreement.
