About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Centrepoint's ambitious and growing Philanthropy team at a pivotal time. Over recent years, our high value fundraising programme has delivered significant income growth, and we are now looking for an experienced fundraiser to help drive the next stage of our development.
As Philanthropy Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new major donors and building a strong pipeline of high-net-worth individuals capable of making transformational gifts. You'll identify, research and engage prospective supporters, developing meaningful relationships and compelling opportunities that inspire five and six-figure donations.
Working closely with the Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will help grow Centrepoint's major donor programme by securing new philanthropic income and developing long-term partnerships with supporters who share our ambition to end youth homelessness.

About the role
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant day-to-day financial operations of THS. You will oversee transactional processing, payroll, local group accounting, management of our partner charity accounts, creating monthly management reports and year-end audit preparation.

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Data and Digital Transformation (13-month maternity cover) to lead a small data team to incentivise and support ISEAL members to make significant improvements to their data systems, embed data-driven decision-making in their assurance processes, and work towards interoperability in sustainable supply chains.
Data is at the heart of sustainability standards and certification. A key focus of our work at ISEAL is supporting these systems to better leverage the data they collect to create value and drive sustainability impact. We support our members along their digital transformation journey. The goal is to ensure a seamless flow of sustainability and compliance data from producing enterprises to the market and to leverage this data to create incentives and benefits for those at the start of the supply chain. Your role will be the lead for governance and assurance across BABCP, supporting the Board, Committees and staff teams to ensure robust governance arrangements, effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will have significant experience of leading and managing governance and assurance functions within an organisation of similar scale, and be confident working with senior stakeholders, Boards and Committees.
You will need to be highly organised, able to build strong and effective working relationships, and capable of providing expert advice on governance, assurance, risk and regulatory matters.
Experience of working within a regulated environment, with knowledge of governance best practice and relevant legislation, would be an advantage.
We are looking for a candidate who can think strategically, solve complex problems, and work collaboratively with colleagues to strengthen governance practices and support organisational objectives.

We're looking for a compassionate, proactive and organised Refugee Resettlement Support Worker to join our Resettlement Team and support individuals and families arriving through Government resettlement schemes. The role is predominantly focused on families resettled from Afghanistan, although support may be provided to people arriving through other schemes as well.
What you'll be doing
You'll work directly alongside refugee families as they settle into life in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and wider Dorset, helping them navigate unfamiliar systems, access services and become active members of their new communities.
Your work will include:
· Working closely with local authorities, schools, health professionals, volunteers and other partners
· Maintaining accurate records and case notes
· Assisting with the preparation of homes prior to new arrivals moving in

The next, you could be preparing a property for a newly arrived family or working with local partners to ensure the right support is in place.
