The Sutton Trust is the UK’s leading social mobility charity. Our programmes help young people from less advantaged backgrounds access highly competitive universities, apprenticeships and careers and our research shapes national policy. Each year, working with our university and employer partners, we support thousands of young people through our programmes and continue that support through our alumni community.
Sutton Trust Online was developed to extend that support digitally. It now complements our university, apprenticeship and career access programmes through online guidance, resources, events, tools and progression support.
As the Trust approaches its 30th anniversary, we want to build on this foundation and think carefully about the next stage of our digital programming: how we make the student experience more coherent, how digital support connects with our wider programmes and how we use data, AI and external partners responsibly to improve guidance over time.
Over the next two years, the Digital Platform Architect will help us define and deliver that next stage. The role will sit between the Trust’s programme ambitions and the technical partners who help support them, bringing the product judgement, technical literacy and delivery grip we need to make informed decisions about digital development, AI, data, systems and student experience.
This is not a traditional programme management role and it is not a hands-on engineering role. You do not need to be a full-stack developer but you will need the confidence to work with engineers, UX specialists, AI partners and suppliers and the ability to turn complex programme ideas into practical product decisions.
This is a chance to shape student-facing digital programming used by thousands of young people each year at a point when AI is changing how students access guidance, information and opportunity. RNID Near You Co-ordinator Powys

As Near You Coordinator Powys for our Community Services Team, you will focus and lead on co-ordinating our volunteer delivered RNID Near You service in Powys. This service operates across the county of Powys, in partnership with Powys Teaching Health Board to ensure that deaf people and those with hearing loss or tinnitus receive the support and information needed to lead quality lives.
You will focus and lead on developing and delivering the community service across your designated area through drop-in sessions offering:
· Practical hearing aid support
· Information on hearing loss and tinnitus
· Hearing checks
You will be responsible for
· Co-ordinating up to 15 drop-in sessions and be able to recruit, train and manage a team of up to 30 volunteers to deliver the service. You will have responsibility for the set up and running of these sessions and have good local knowledge of the chosen area to seek new opportunities for delivery of the RNID Near-You services.
· Co-ordinating the promotion of the service and raise awareness of the service e.g., through giving presentations to groups and organisations.
· Developing the service to utilise RNID online resources and digital tools and support volunteers to use these tools.
· Liaising with other local service providers to respond to the needs of deaf people and those with hearing loss or tinnitus; and develop links with other organisations and agencies working with them.
You will be a motivated person with a keen interest in supporting people with their hearing loss. While you will be home based, there will be regular travel to all venues where we will provide drop-in sessions in community settings.
You want to make a difference in people’s lives and love to interact with various audiences, including volunteers, health & care professionals and service users. You have experience managing events, your own workload and are able to work evenings/ weekends if required.
You are able to physically assist clients with hearing aids sensitively, giving clear guidance and taking into account individual wishes and health needs. You are ready to work for a home-working organisation and have good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word.
No specific Qualifications are required for this role.

Supporting people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus
Our client is a national charity dedicated to tackling anti-Muslim hate and supporting those affected by it. Through victim support, research, community engagement and policy influence, they work to challenge Islamophobia and create lasting change. They are now recruiting for an Interim Head of Helpline to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the the charity's anti-Muslim hate crime support helpline, ensuring the service is trauma-informed, victim-centred, and compliant with legal and ethical obligations. This role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract with possibility of extension.
As Interim Head of Helpline, you will manage the daily operations of the hate crime helpline, supervising a small team of a Helpline Advisors and Supervisors, overseeing rota planning and shift scheduling and handling complex case escalation and safeguarding. You will monitor call volume and produce impact reports and will ensure data protection and GDPR compliance. You will also manage critical relationship development with Police, CPS and other statutory agencies and civil society partners

You must have knowledge of hate crime, safeguarding, and equality issues, and will have the ability to manage rotas and staff teams effectively. Job Profile
This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at building a fairer global financial system. The post holder will have a solid understanding of contemporary global economic issues, including the global debt crisis, development finance and the workings of international multilateral organisations. Working closely with CAFOD’s overseas partners and within UK and global networks, this role will hold policy expertise on behalf of the organisation. We are recruiting for a Children and Young People’s Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ChISVA) to support and empower young survivors of sexual violence and abuse.
The ChISVA will provide information, support, advice and advocacy to children and young people who have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The post holder will deliver child-centred support to young survivors and non-abusing care givers around criminal justice processes, wellbeing, education and safety, while ensuring child protection procedures are followed at all times.
The post holder will work closely with other agencies such as Social Care, the Police, Education, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and voluntary sector organisations to ensure that children and young people are kept safe and are well supported. They will prioritise, assess, plan, evaluate and deliver all relevant aspects of support to an agreed and expected high standard.
This post is part of a countywide ISVA team providing a pro-active service to children, young people and adult survivors of sexual violence and abuse, within and outside of the criminal justice system.

Role Overview: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of The Vavengers Charity. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

The Role

Our Maintenance team works across multiple properties to give our residents a good quality, safe home, working closely with project staff to identify repairs required, make repairs, undertake ad hoc cleaning and decoration, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and to make empty homes ready for re-occupation.
We operate across Brighton, Guildford, East Sussex, and West Sussex, centred around our Foyers in Hove, Eastbourne, Hastings, Guildford, Horsham, Worthing, and Crawley which provide 24‑hour supported housing for young people aged 16–25. We also manage several larger shared houses (typically 4–8 residents) through our Transitional Housing teams, supporting young people on their journey to independence. This role will primarily deal with the sites within Brighton and Hove but the post holder must be prepared to travel to any of our sites from Guildford, Worthing, to Hastings.
A key part of the role involves redecorating empty homes to prepare them for new residents. This work must be completed promptly, to an agreed and consistent standard, and with clear communication to site and maintenance teams to ensure properties can be relet within void target times.
You will also carry out planned redecoration within communal areas of our accommodation, as well as offices and workspaces used by our staff and volunteers.
