What you’ll do
The Head of Employer Partnerships role is to make sure we achieve our partner growth, resubscription and revenue targets. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving sales excellence within the team, and ensuring a sky high resubscription rate. You’ll also establish and develop relationships with partner networks who can help us raise our profile in the early careers space, and secure opportunities to share our data insights with emerging talent and CSR audiences.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the Employers team to achieve their objectives, including increasing our partner base, the diversity of our employer partners, and hitting revenue and resubscription targets.
Shadow the Employer Partnerships Managers on demos and check-in calls. Share best practice, give feedback and support the team to perform as best they can.
Support the Employer Engagement Coordinator and Partnerships Managers with account management processes and look for ways to improve return on investment for partners.
Work closely with the New Business Lead to build prospecting campaigns and achieve demo targets.
Conduct performance reviews and support the team with their development goals.
Be the point person for escalation of issues related to partners at a high risk of being lost/that have expressed a desire to end their partnership with us.
Establish and develop lasting partnerships with leading networks in the early careers space.
Be responsible for the sales and partner retention for a small number of employers, with the responsibilities of an Employer Partnerships Manager.
Lead on in-person and online events, working closely with our Events and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding and impactful experiences for our employer partners, teacher, student and parent audiences.
Working together
You will line manage the Employer Partnerships Managers and Employer Engagement Coordinator. You’ll work closely with the New Business Lead, Data and UK school and colleges teams, and liaise with the Marketing and Events team on the promotion of events and collateral required.

This is a key role in a small and ambitious Communications and Events team, which will sit at the intersection of day-to-day strategic oversight and hands-on delivery. International Nepal Fellowship (INF) is a Christian health and development charity. Since 1952 they have had a huge impact serving the most disadvantaged people and communities in Nepal.
As Nepal’s longest serving international NGO they continue to have ambitious plans. It is an exciting time to join INF as they enter a bold new strategic phase for 2026 to 2031.
The most disadvantaged communities in Nepal face a lack of access to healthcare, often walking for days to their nearest health post, or being unable to afford even basic treatment.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £40,000 - £46,000 per annum, dependant on relevant skills and experience.

Other information
The role will involve regular travel across England, Scotland and Wales to raise the organisation’s profile and engage with members, partners and key stakeholders.
There is flexibility on your location given the requirement to travel and that your office will be home-based. You will need to travel to in-person quarterly team meetings (usually in London or the north of England) and to Board meetings which alternate between online and London.
It is expected that travel will be by public transport and easy access to the rail network is therefore required to ensure journeys can be made sustainably.
This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week. We use a flexi-time system with core hours 10am-3pm, and are committed to being a flexible, supportive and understanding employer. This is a permanent position with a probationary period of three months.

What are the 3-month goals for this role:
Within three months the Counsellor will have developed their knowledge of the range of services that Scotty’s offers to our community so that they can advise and support individuals and families in their case load.
Will have begun to learn and understand the Scotty Values and the Scotty Way (we do things a little differently and our culture is very important to us and our community!).
Would have begun supporting the community members assigned to their caseload by the Head of SUPPORT.This will be through online 1:1 delivery, and some group online sessions, drop ins or workshops.

Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team at a pivotal moment of transformation, where significant investment in email marketing is creating exciting opportunities to lead, innovate, and help amplify the voice of Marie Curie. As part of a high-performing, collaborative team, you'll work alongside specialists across fundraising, content, design, CRM, and digital marketing to maximise the impact of one of the charity's most important communication channels
As Senior Email Marketing Executive, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of Marie Curie's email programme, driving innovative campaigns that engage supporters and generate vital income. You'll take ownership of campaign planning, performance optimisation, audience targeting, and marketing automation, while actingas a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation.
