About this role
This part-time role provides a unique opportunity to join the Bevan Foundation’s communications and marketing team. You will play a central role in supporting the charity’s relationship with its supporters and subscribers, enabling us to grow our income. You will do this by ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and by managing relationships with subscribers and supporters.
About you
You will have an excellent understanding of administrative systems and be confident in undertaking tasks such as invoicing. You will be a good communicator and happy to act as the Foundation’s point of contact with its subscribers. You will be well-organised and able to operate independently, with a track record of delivery against tight deadlines, as well as work collaboratively with a wider team contributing to developing its strategic direction. You’ll report to the Head of Communications and Marketing.
Key terms
It is envisaged that the post holder will work 3 days a week, with the exact working pattern to be discussed with the successful candidate
The salary for this post is £28,393 - £31,273 (Grade 5), a pro rata salary of £17,038 to £18,763. We would normally expect to appoint at the lower end of the range, subject to experience.
We work in a hybrid way, the post holder would be expected to be office-based for one to two days a week and to attend monthly in-person team meetings. The Foundation’s offices are in Merthyr Tydfil.

Each year, almost 1,000 people take part in a Youth Adventure Challenge Event. We are looking for a dynamic Events Fundraising Officer to help recruit and support our fundraisers, assist with the organisation of events and help us to develop this significant income stream.
Working alongside the Challenge Events Manager, the Events Fundraising Officer is instrumental in every step of delivering well-managed, fun and safe events for our corporate partners and event participants, as well as ensuring the fundraising success of each event.
Excellent communication and people skills will be essential as you will play a key role in building up relationships with the clients, the participants and their supporters. Furthermore, you will be involved in the whole process of event organisation, including developing the event, preparing the resources, helping with logistics, maintaining accurate records, reporting and banking and thanking.
The Fundraising Officer must be self-motivated, well organised, able to multi-task, a strong administrator, a fantastic team player, have excellent inter-personal skills and enjoy being outdoors. Paid or voluntary experience in a fundraising environment is essential. Whilst the role is home-based you must live in the South West to ensure easy access for in-person meetings.

This role focuses exclusively on the Northern Futures programme supporting 18–24‑year‑olds who are economically inactive and living with physical or mental health conditions, helping them gain meaningful work experience and receive personalised 1‑to‑1 support from Employment Coaches as they move towards employment, education or training.
You will also play a key role in developing the programme by identifying, applying for and managing smaller community‑focused projects that enhance support for participants and strengthen the wider impact of Northern Futures.
You will work solely on the Northern Futures programme, funded by North East Combined Authority

Sophie Hayes Foundation is a small but mighty charity supporting women survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking as they rebuild their independent lives, free from re exploitation for the long-term.

This role will be at the forefront of the realisation of SHF’s bold strategic ambitions. You will work alongside our small and dynamic executive team to unlock growth, develop new approaches and communicate our impact.

Luton Town FC Community Trust is seeking to recruit a Community Operations Manager to play a key role in the coordination, delivery and development of its community programmes. This is a senior operational role, working closely with the Head of Community Trust to ensure programmes are well managed, aligned to organisational priorities and delivered to a high standard.

Job Purpose

Education/Qualifications/Training:
Essentials
- Strong experience in community development, sport development and youth engagement.

The role
As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. You will work with young people who have been identified as having higher support needs and be proactive in taking steps to manage risk across your caseload. We are looking for a Senior Coach who can lead on demonstrating best practice across the coaching team and support the Programme Management Team to maintain an excellent standard of support. You will use your insight and experience to act as a mentor to new coaches and support coaching colleagues in their practice, and to look to actively improve our support offer in collaboration with other Senior Coaches and Programme Managers.
