The Role

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced support worker to join our Young People Support Team based in Hackney. You will provide client directed, person centred support to help young people achieve personal goals and aspirations for independent living, training, employment, and education. You will assist and collaborate with young people to create and carry out a support plan designed around their needs and aspirations, providing information and inspiration, practical support, innovation, and encouragement. You will have an individual caseload but will work alongside a team of Support Workers, with similar client groups, working to the same principles and goals. 

Our Organisation

You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, and this role is part-time 16 hours per week, worked over 3 days. Your working hours will be Wednesdays 11am-3pm, Thursdays 10am-4:30pm (with an unpaid 30 minute break), and Fridays 10am-4pm (with an unpaid 30 minute break). We're seeking a Schools Engagement Officer to play a vital role in making this next chapter a success. As a delivery focused role, you will provide hands-on support to schools implementing the Autistic and OK Schools Toolkit.  You will coordinate activities for the piloting of our new Whole School Approach and ensure feedback from schools is captured and shared with the wider team. You will also contribute to dissemination activities, helping to raise awareness of the programme and demonstrate its impact.

As part of the delivery team, you'll:

• Support schools to implement our Autistic and OK Toolkit.

We are recruiting a Head of Responsible Business at the Fairtrade Foundation. This leadership role will oversee the Responsible Business team, made up of a diverse range of individuals holding knowledge across supply chains and commodities to provide an end-to-end service relationship for our major commercial partners. This role comes at a crucial time to the team as they deepen our partnerships, develop new solutions and innovate our portfolio. Key responsibilities:

· Maintain supplier records including validating and updating bank details, contact information, and remittance addresses.

· Monitor the Finance Department mailbox and in-tray, responding and redirecting queries as appropriate.

· Process financial transactions including supplier invoices and staff/credit card expense claims in accordance with agreed processes and deadlines.

The Role

As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the financial strategy and operations of LTM, ensuring robust financial management, governance, and performance. This is a pivotal role on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting directly to the Director and attending all Board meetings. You will also deputise for the Director when required.

This role goes beyond traditional finance leadership. You will be a moderniser—driving transformation, leading negotiations, overseeing broader business support functions, and contribute to LTM50, including capital programme oversight. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of LTM’s overall budget, ensuring financial sustainability across short, medium, and long-term goals
• Oversee all aspects of financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance with statutory, charity, and TfL requirements
• Deliver timely and accurate statutory accounts, budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Lead business support functions and liaise with TfL departments including HR, Procurement, Reward, Tech and Data and Finance

• Broad operational knowledge including digital transformation, estates, and HR;
• Experience navigating challenging financial climates and driving efficiencies.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating and growing income through community fundraising activities across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. You’ll engage supporters, recruit and steward individuals and groups, and build lasting relationships that help drive awareness and fundraising.

You will be responsible for managing and supervising advice sessions, whether conducted via drop-in sessions, appointments, email, or telephone. A key part of your role will be ensuring our high-quality advice standards are maintained and enhanced through regular supervision and case checking.

You will carry out prospects research to support new business development, while building relationships through active client engagement. You will receive relevant training, guidance and coaching.
