The Head of Fundraising will lead all fundraising activities, overseeing the full spectrum of income generation to support our mission of empowering young people through football and education. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead on fundraising for an organisation which has barely scratched the surface of the fundraising landscape. There is autonomy over the direction of travel with a lot of support from the CEO on ideas and future programmes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Strategic Fundraising Leadership
o Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to grow income across all streams, aligning with the Foundation’s goals.
o Set long-term targets for income growth, monitoring progress and adapting strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities.

As Financial Accountant, you'll be a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Financial Controller. You'll manage a small team of two direct reports and take ownership of critical financial processes that underpin Kew's operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Financial Accounting function – leading your team to maintain accurate financial records, approving journals, overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, managing Kew's Fixed Asset Register, and ensuring month-end deadlines are consistently met
- Year-end accounts and audit – preparing Kew's Annual Report and Accounts (including SORP-compliant financial statements), managing the Enterprises subsidiary accounts, and acting as a key liaison with the National Audit Office

- Treasury and cash management – supporting the Financial Controller with cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury operations

- Systems management – providing first-level support for our Unit 4 Agresso system, managing user access and permissions, and driving system improvements
About you
You'll be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience in financial accounting within a complex organisation, ideally from the commercial or not-for-profit sector.
You'll bring:
- Strong knowledge of charity financial reporting and statutory accounts preparation
- Experience managing taxation requirements including VAT, Gift Aid and employment status determinations
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (Agresso experience highly desirable)

The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. The Role
As our Head of IT, reporting into the Director of Corporate Services, you will:
- Lead on our digital strategy, defining a programme of work in support of digitalisation. Secure investment and cooperation for activity and define a coherent and workable roadmap to make necessary progress.
- You will be the strategic subject expert / professional in Information Technology and formulate the organisation's strategy with regards to effective utilisation of ICT.
- You will do this alongside being highly involved in day-to-day IT activities, such as infrastructure administration, monitoring, and modernisation. As such, when required, you will act as a final point of escalation for all internal IT issues.
- Build Knowledge: Develop and deliver engaging information governance training to staff across all levels.
Additionally, you will:
- Mentor, inspire and educate the colleagues at all levels regarding the role digitalisation can play in enabling and supporting strong business performance
- Have hands-on experience implementing networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless), virtualisation and cloud technologies, and will possess current industry certifications in these areas.
- You will have a solid background in cybersecurity, and demonstratable skills in the domains of security operations, data loss and fraud prevention, security architecture, identity and access management.

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Personnel) certifications, as Cisco network devices are used throughout The Royal Parks.

This will be the first full-time hire into the Foundation, working hand-in-hand with the Board of Trustees and the Chief Impact Officer to operationalise our mission, establish systems and processes, and set the stage for ambitious, high-impact fundraising, grant management, programme delivery, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership
Translate the Conduit executive leadership and Foundation Board’s vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with The Conduit’s Impact team to integrate Foundation initiatives into broader Conduit strategy.
Identify and cultivate opportunities for funding, partnerships, and programme innovation.
2. Grants Management
Oversee the full grant cycle – from prospecting to evaluation - managing relationships, projects and budgets.
Ensure all grant activities meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including England & Wales charity compliance.
Develop robust processes for impact measurement and reporting.
3. Board Development & Governance
Strengthen the governance set up, bolstering policies and procedures to establish best practice and managing legal and regulatory requirements for the Foundation.
Serve as the principal contact for the Board of Trustees, preparing materials, facilitating meetings and owning resulting actions.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of Trustees.
Advise the Board on trends and opportunities in philanthropy and social impact.
4. Fundraising & Corporate Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth partners.
Identify and secure grants from funders that align with Foundation strategic priorities.
5. Programme Design & Delivery
Lead the design, launch, and management of the Foundation’s first in-house programmes.
Ensure programmes are innovative, impactful, and aligned with strategic priorities.
Set up systems for monitoring, learning, and continuous improvement.
6. Organisational Integration
Manage the relationship between the Foundation, Conduit Holdco, and The Conduit Club London.
Foster a culture of alignment, transparency, and shared mission across entities.

About the team
The media team strategically leads on both proactive and reactive media activity, engaging with journalists to support WaterAid’s mass engagement, partnerships, brand awareness and political influencing.
As our Senior PR Manager, you will lead the public relations function for WaterAid and work closely with the three senior media officers you manage, to drive sustainable change.
In this role, you will:
- Lead on developing and delivering innovative integrated, digital first PR campaigns that achieve impactful national, international, local and digital coverage, to support our fundraising and public engagement activities, build WaterAid’s profile, and align with wider organisational aims
- Manage our media around our high-profile strategic partnerships to deliver media projects that meet shared objectives and help our partners become influencers in their sector to drive change
- Work with the Celebrity and Influencer team to develop effective ways to work with high-profile supporters to build awareness of WaterAid and our work
- Act as a media spokesperson for WaterAid as required, briefing journalists on and off the record and giving media interviews where necessary
- Provide professional advice and support to colleagues in the UK, including our Chief Executive and within the WaterAid federation involved in media relations work, and identify opportunities to coordinate media moments across the organisation
- Manage reputational issues where appropriate in coordination with the Head of Media
- Write and edit copy as required for print and web outlets
- Monitor and evaluate coverage and the wider impacts of our media work to guide future strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and broadcasters including the planning and managing of trips to country programmes with journalists, celebrities or for content gathering
- Join the 24/7 on-call rota and be prepared for travel in the UK and overseas - usually around two weeks per year - as well as some work outside normal office hours, as necessary
- Undertake any other responsibilities, tasks or activities as reasonably required, including deputising for the Head of Media

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change
