The Opportunity: Project Lead 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to join our passionate team. What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Project Leadership & Oversight: Oversee and drive the successful delivery of various local projects, including key initiatives such as FEAST2030, WISH, and other emerging projects within the Oxfordshire food partnership. 

• Community & Network Connection: Drive and nurture robust community and network connections for the Oxfordshire food partnership. This includes organising and attending events, and conducting visits to network members and community food groups to ensure GFO is well-connected and able to best support the needs of the food sustainability scene in Oxfordshire. 

• Strategic Impact & Measurement: Serve as the key contact for Sustainable Food Places, overseeing the uptake and diligently measuring the impact of the Oxfordshire Food Strategy and Food Action Plans. 

• Partnership & Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with research cohorts we are involved in, such as FEAST, ensuring collaborative success and mutual benefit. 

• Campaign & Initiative Delivery: Drive forward impactful food-waste projects and campaigns, including the beloved Pumpkin Festival and the Great Big Green Lunch, from conception to successful execution. 

• Strategic Development & Reporting: Work closely with the CEO to drive forward strategic change within GFO. Collaborate with the Comms and Fundraising Lead to ensure timely and accurate updates are provided on funded projects for reports and communications.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Digital Developer, the Full-stack Developer will help to make a mark on the transformation and future proofing of all Association websites and microsites whilst helping the development/digital marketing team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Combining solid LAMP stack experience with strong skills in HTML, JavaScript and pre-processed CSS and a proven working knowledge of Drupal 9/10 to build accessible and high performing responsive website solutions
• Working in an agile environment, both independently and with other team members, from tickets created in the Jira project management system by a range of internal clients across the charity
• A willingness to switch between the back and front end development aspects of the role depending on the requirement of each given task
• Offering solutions to problems and improvements to the quality of the Drupal development environment
• Creating and executing accessible, responsive web solutions while adhering to existing brand design requirements
• Ensuring that best practices are followed for both back and front end performance
• Writing high standard, clean code to best current practices using version control (Git)

About You

You will have/be:

• Solid LAMP stack experience

About the role

We are seeking a Dual Diagnosis Worker who has a specialism in complex mental health and substance misuse to join our team in Croydon. This is a residential service which provides specialist mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis support to our residents. You will utilise your previous experience and knowledge, and provide specialist support to those who have been diagnosed with mental ill health and have challenges with substance use. You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills.

Within this role, you will act as a specialist for comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of the duties may include:

• Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
• Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
• Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
• Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning. 

About you

We’re looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with previous experience in a similar role. We look at individual characteristics to be able to show resilience, solve challenges, and be proactive in your approach. You will have a passion for supporting people to achieve their personal goals, and achieve positive outcomes, this includes having the ability to engage with people who may be hard to reach and engage with. We further are looking for someone who has:

• An appropriate qualification which is relevant to the role which could include: National Diploma, Bachelors, or master’s in psychology, Dual Diagnosis, Substance Misuse or any relevant
• Previous experience in a similar role, providing holistic assessments and support for people experiencing mental health challenges
• Applied knowledge of the principles of risk assessment and risk management, particularly in relation to harm minimisation.
• A commitment to promoting recovery, harm reduction, and active involvement in care planning.
• Ability to apply relapse prevention models to promote sustained recovery and harm reduction.

As Philanthropy and Strategic Foundations Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of four-to-five-figure philanthropic and trust-based partnerships, delivering flexible income to support our global and UK programmes.

About you

• Proven experience managing donor portfolios and cultivating four-to-five-figure funding relationships 

• Demonstrable success in securing flexible income through philanthropic and trust fundraising 

• Strong skills in writing impactful proposals and donor reports tailored to funder expectations 

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities, both internally and externally 

• A highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex portfolio
