Key responsibilities:   

This position can operate from any of our national bases, working from either our London, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, South or North England hubs - Hybrid working 

Programme development:   

• Support the design of Money Ready’s programme development cycles.   

• Support with the development of the content and standards for all Money Ready programmes; structure, model and design.   

• Work with the monitoring and evaluation function to understand the impact of how we are designing our programmes.   

• Gain feedback through the internal ‘looking and listening’ processes to support improvements on programmes, balancing learner, trainer and external views.   

• Holding responsibility for our Core Subject Knowledge (CSK) quality, ensuring the information is correct and up to date, assisting with the refresh of key information for new and existing programmes. Provide the Training and Development manager any refreshed or new content for CSK when programmes are developed, for them to implement and roll out.   

Process implementation:   

• Deliver the quality assurance programme of Money Ready programmes across the UK; utilising the regional hub structure.   

• Taking the lead on accreditation, including moderation reporting and resolution of queries.   

• Support the Money Ready education and accreditation framework ensuring trainers have everything they need to help young people and adults have the best shot at achieving accreditation.    

• Co-ordinate annual training on the IV process and moderation.   

• Provide training and support with content and programme development processes.   

• Manage the development and maintenance of internal tracking systems for use by regional teams to report the QT activities.   

External relations   

• Be the day-day connection to our accreditation partner and support the quality control processes that they implement   

• Be the best ambassador for our work to all external stakeholders including young people, delivery partners, politicians, funders, the press, the wider education community, local authorities and so on.   

Working across Money Ready  

• Work with colleagues across the country as we continue to develop and grow the organisation.   

• Contribute to areas of the organisation that are ‘outside’ your immediate focus acting as trusted counsel to those in roles or teams that are different to yours.

About the role:

This a strategic post that leads on delivery of the Essex Public Health ambitions for the Essex Affordable Food Network, (made up of social or community supermarkets and other affordable food initiatives in Essex). The role will maximise the opportunities for impact, sustainability and investment.

The post holder will work collaboratively across the system in Essex, liaising with local partners and organisations within the food system, ensuring long term positive transformation and system change to ensure that communities in need have access to healthy and affordable food.

Below is a reflective of what you'll be responsible for:

• Strategy and policy: Ensure that the Food Strategy links to the Public Health Investment programme and the individual component parts,  to ensure benefits are maximised for those in most need and especially in relation to healthy, affordable food.
• Impact & Sustainability Focus: Evaluate initiatives for impact, scalability, and sustainability, ensuring legacy and longevity are built into programme design for the food system across Essex.
• Systems Leadership: Shape and grow the Strategic Affordable Food Network for Essex, working with the Affordable Food Network Coordinator and across systems to connect partners, influence policy, and drive cultural change (e.g., peer-to-peer collaboration).
• Public-Facing Representation: Lead high-profile communications, including network events, launch events, and LinkedIn presence, ensuring alignment with the programme’s tone and strategic messaging.
• Influential Communication: Articulate the programme’s impact, vision, and strategic benefits clearly to a diverse range of audiences, including commissioners, stakeholders, regional groups, and national funders.
• Chairing and Servicing Meetings: Lead and service strategic working groups (e.g. Affordable Food Management Group) with clarity and direction, ensuring all voices are heard and actions are driven forward.
• Impact and evaluation: Capture impact and learnings through quantitative and qualitative data, share and report on progress to the Network and stakeholders such as the Affordable Food Management Group and Commissioners.
• Reporting & Storytelling: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and funding applications that tell compelling stories grounded in evidence, outcomes, and learning. Bring people with you on the journey and create followers and key supporters.
• Budget Management: Financial accountability and management of payments.

SANE is a UK-wide mental health charity working to improve the quality of life of anyone affected by mental illness. It aims to raise awareness and understanding of all mental health conditions; fight to improve frontline mental health services for individuals and carers; provide support, information and guidance through SANEline, our Call Back service, email and text support; and promote and host research into causes, treatments and therapies through its Prince of Wales International Centre for SANE research.

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Wellbeing and Training Officer to support the wellbeing and development of our SANEline volunteers. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our volunteers feel valued and supported to provide a high standard of emotional support to our callers.

Working closely with the Training and Volunteer Manager, you will help ensure that all volunteers receive timely, appropriate and emphatic support. You will also play role in delivering welfare support, planning and delivering training sessions and promoting volunteer engagement and retention.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide valuable, hands-on experience in delivering wellbeing support and training for volunteers who provide emotional support to vulnerable callers.

Salary: £27,000 -29,000 pro rata, depending on experience

About you:

- You must have proven experience of providing emotional support, counselling or therapy to adults.

- You must have proven experience of designing and delivering training in a professional setting.

- You are a warm and confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

- You are a confident group facilitator, comfortable with delivering training to diverse groups and communicating complex topics with clarity.

We are recruiting a corporate partnerships manager to deliver our corporate partnerships strategy. You will manage and develop our extensive charity of the year, commercial and strategic partnerships with national and international companies.

You will be joining the Commercial Partnerships team who have enjoyed some fantastic success over the past few years, delivering award winning partnerships with Everyone Active and major partnerships with the likes of the National Garden Scheme, The Access Group, Acrisure and Smart Outdoor.

 What you’ll do:

• Working with the Commercial Partnerships Lead, build profitable, long-term relationships with national and international businesses who support Parkinson’s UK

• Manage key commercial partnerships and relationships with the likes of Smart Outdoor, Everyone Active, TRAD UK as well as with members of the Parkinson’s community 

• Provide excellent account management and stewardship to strengthen partnerships, deepen corporate employee engagement and ensure relationship longevity.  

• Deliver partnership income through new corporate, commercial and other partnerships to agreed targets and manage expenditure within budget

• Work collaboratively with staff across Parkinson’s UK such as Major Donor, Events, Community Fundraising and Engagement to maximise income and other opportunities

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of the UK fundraising environment, strong understanding of the principles of corporate fundraising and working knowledge of principles of corporate fundraising.

• Experience of managing a varied portfolio and with a proven track record of delivering five and six-figure corporate partnerships

• Experience of managing and delivering partnerships either in the commercial or third sector

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex matters clearly and coherently 

• Ability to work collaboratively with many internal and external stakeholders including the Parkinson’s community

• Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including using digital tools and databases to work collaboratively and productively.

We're looking for a Senior Campaigns and Policy Manager who will be responsible for engaging with political leaders, the media, our supporters and the wider public.  In this role you'll lead the development and delivery of our policy and campaigning work, raising awareness of key issues, building strategic relationships, and advocating for systems change that improves animal welfare and supports the bond between pets and their people.

You will build and lead a small but far-reaching team to amplify Woodgreen's voice and lead evidence-based advocacy campaigns to drive systemic change in areas such as responsible pet ownership, animal welfare legislation, and improving pet welfare. You'll represent Woodgreen externally, with the media, in government consultations, parliamentary groups, sector forums, and external networks to raise our profile and policy positions.

To be successful in this role you will need;

• Extensive experience building and maintaining strategic relationships.
• A proven track record in campaigning, policy development, advocacy or public affairs, ideally within the charity, animal welfare, or social policy sectors.
• Substantial experience and confidence with public speaking for a variety of audiences.
• Experience managing a team or leading cross-organisational advocacy or campaigns activities and working collaboratively with external partners.
• The ability to lead, motivate and support diverse projects with a range of different participants.
• An interest in animal welfare and empathy for the complex challenges facing pet owners.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week on a hybrid basis with the expectation that the successful applicant will work from our Godmanchester site for approximately 2 days per week dependent on business need (although the frequency of this is negotiable).

The starting salary for this position is £45,511 to £50,568 per annum, depending on experience.  This will be complemented by;

• 36 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to 40 days after five years
