You'll ensure every supporter, donor and funder has a positive, professional, and inspiring experience, while helping us grow the fundraising income that enables more people to experience the life-changing benefits of cycling.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll manage supporter communications, maintain our fundraising CRM, organise and improve supporter data, and help deliver fundraising campaigns and stewardship activities. You'll also gather stories, photographs and case studies from across our projects, turning them into engaging content that demonstrates our impact and inspires people to continue supporting our work.
Joining us at an exciting stage in our fundraising journey, you'll help develop new systems, shape how we engage with supporters, and contribute to building a thriving community of people who share our vision of a world where cycling transforms lives and the environment. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and service delivery, you'll see first-hand the difference your work makes to the thousands of people who benefit from Life Cycle's charitable projects and services each year.
If you are organised, people-focused and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
