Responsibilities and Person Specification:
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual to provide expert marketing support across a range of projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a particular focus on service marketing.
Key responsibilities will include providing marketing advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, resolving marketing challenges effectively and efficiently, and selecting the most appropriate marketing techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
The postholder will lead on various marketing projects, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners, including marketing service suppliers and external organizations.
You should possess a proven track record of success within a fast-paced marketing environment with relevant experience in successfully implementing innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels is essential.
We require someone with proven experience in coordinating innovative marketing campaigns to effectively engage service users, build communities, and achieve desired outcomes across various channels and media is crucial.

The Digital Marketing Officer (social media and website) is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our social media channels including Meta, X, LinkedIn and YouTube and the day to day running of our website. About the role
In order to reach and support more kinship carers with these programmes and our other services, we have developed a new Marketing Team to develop and deliver integrated, strategic and creative marketing and engagement campaigns and strategies. This team is now established with clear plans to engage kinship carer audiences, rooted in insights.
Strategic engagement with professionals from the education sector as a conduit to engage kinship carers in our services offer is a key part of this role, and a relatively new area of focus for Kinship. Delivering against a strategic plan already in place, you will be managing relationships and marketing approaches to Virtual Schools, select Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and other education professionals through umbrella bodies and associations to execute this.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, senior-level marketeer or engagement professional with a strong track record in further developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing strategies targeted at a range of audiences to join us as a Head of Marketing and Strategic Engagement to oversee this team. Experience in working in the education sector, or an engagement role would be advantageous.
We’re looking for someone excited to hit the ground running, able to plan strategically, deliver operationally and take creative approaches to maximising engagement and acquisition with a small in-house team. A strategic thinker and natural collaborator, you’ll be able to work across the organisation to further develop integrated marketing across Kinship’s services and programmes, and ensure these align with our wider external communications, including to our Kinship Community of more than 12,000 carers.
You will have significant experience in leading marketing teams and have demonstrable experience in delivering successful, engaging marketing and engagement strategies. As a Future Frontiers Partnerships Manager, your role is to identify, develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations which work with us to enable our mission. • Lead on the development and delivery of paid and organic social media activity across both Family Action and Relate brands.

Job Summary
Supporting the Direct Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering growth in voluntary income through our direct marketing acquisition programme utilising a range of campaigns and products, both online and offline. As our creative and innovative Legacy & In Memory Marketing Officer, you will deliver a range of compelling communications to increase consideration for legacy giving and implement personalised stewardship journeys for our legacy and in memory supporters, as well as delivering engaging thank you events.
In this role, you will plan, manage and execute print, email and digital campaigns across the marketing funnel, as well as deliver exceptional stewardship, through personal communications and events, to our committed supporters.

- Prepare and agree campaign strategies using data, analysis and insight that meet specific objectives within the LIM Team plans
- Undertake Project Management responsibilities required for the successful and timely delivery of campaigns

What the job involves
We’re on the lookout for a Direct Marketing Executive to join our Individual Giving Team here at Prostate Cancer UK. This role focuses on acquiring new cash and regular givers across a range of channels including direct dialogue, direct mail, digital and telephone, helping fund research that will save and improve lives.
In this role you’ll be part of an exciting time at the charity, joining us as we roll out our new Fundraising strategy and continue investment in Acquisition. You’ll drive on campaigns across a broad range of channels, with the aim of recruiting new, and re-engaging, lapsed regular and cash supporters. You’ll look for ways to test and innovate to drive the lowest attrition, best ROI and strongest lifetime value. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation to drive the best creative, messaging, targeting and data insights.
What we want from you
Aside from excellent knowledge and experience of working in a direct marketing environment, you’ll also have a range of channel experience and marketing knowledge, ideally gained from a fundraising environment.
You’ll possess first class communication skills; a strong team ethic and you’ll be at ease working with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage expenditure budgets and projects is also essential, along with proven knowledge of data protection and sector compliance.
