Essential Skills

New Business Support:

Work with the Growth team to ensure they have comprehensive communications support, including email nurture sequences, lead generation assets, and campaign summaries.

Help track and update HubSpot data and monitor lead funnels for marketing activities.
Content Asset Management:

Ensure key product and campaign materials (e.g., PDFs, one-pagers, presentation decks) are up to date, accurately reflect current offerings, and are easily accessible to the wider team.

Co-ordinate with designers and video editors where needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Reporting & Market Insight:

Support marketing reporting, tracking campaign sends, open/click rates, and basic lead activity via HubSpot.

Track competitor activity, messaging, and new ideas being developed in the sector to inform our strategy.

Help manage marketing activity calendars and provide internal communications updates on marketing initiatives.
Skills & Knowledge:

2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content coordination role, preferably within a SaaS company or B2B environment.

A confident writer and communicator, able to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy.

Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive, with excellent project coordination skills.

The position sits across both our strategic communications and marketing functions in the Digital Technology & Communications directorate and has a responsibility for ensuring that there are plans in place to effectively prioritise our marketing and communications year-round. The Economic Fundamentals Initiative (EFI) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) NGO founded in 2019, dedicated to enhancing economic and financial literacy across the Western Balkans, South Caucasus, Central Asia, and Ukraine. ACCOUNTABILITY
The Communications Manager will report to the Leadership Team. Latin Link seeks to ensure that every member of our team has opportunities for developing and learning new skills relevant to their work.
TIME COMMITMENT AND FLEXIBILITY
We see this as essentially a full-time role, but we are open to a variety of flexible working arrangements to help the right person achieve a good work/life balance. The expectation is that the Communications Manager will be in the Reading office at least one day a week, with the flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.
SALARY
The full-time salary for this role will be £28,500 per annum. All salaries are reviewed on an annual basis with any increase made from 1st April.
The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a six month probationary period, after which there is three months’ written notice period for both parties. The Role
