Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.
· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.
· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.
Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management
- Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
- Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
- Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.
Digital & Email Communications
- Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
- Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.
Donor Stewardship
- Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
- Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

About the Role:
As our Legacy Officer, you will play a vital role in administering UK and international legacy gifts, from notification to final distribution, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing. You'll help support income forecasting, estate reviews, and reporting to inform strategic decisions. Working closely with the Legacy Administrator, Legacy Marketing Manager, and global fundraising teams, you'll help integrate legacy administration with broader fundraising goals.

About You:
To be successful as our Legacy Officer, you will ideally have experience in UK legacy administration, with the ability to manage a complex caseload efficiently and in line with legal and organisational policies. You should be confident working within a global organisation, with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and regional legal frameworks. World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
We are recruiting a Cantonese speaking Team Manager to join the STEP team delivering this new programme. You will oversee a team of Employment Advisors who provide remote support to participants, assisting them in accessing job opportunities, education and training.
You will be responsible for providing effective leadership, guidance and support to the Employment Advisors, monitoring and managing their workflow and providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their performance. The Role

In the role of Carer Information Officer, you'll be instrumental in researching, scoping and working closely with our Communications & Marketing team in developing our creation of information resources, alongside our skilled staff team to ensure that the information is accurate, relevant and well presented. You will create high quality information content suited to a variety of channels including (but not exclusively) e-learning platforms, web, video, and print.
Through the work of this role, we will increase carer awareness to enable us to reach and support more carers, provide easy access to information and advice, enable better navigation of services by carers, and help carers feel better connected and that their voices are heard through the content we produce. Carers will be better able to find information digitally at a time that works for them.
This role works within our Information and Advice Team with close links to our Engagement, Community and Comms & Marketing teams. You will develop a deep understanding of carers and their needs putting equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility and co-production at the heart of your practice.
This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional travel to in-person meetings and activities, which may include some weekend engagements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research and Content Development: Identify and evaluate reliable sources of information to develop accurate and accessible content that provides a wide range of information and guidance for carers.
- Collaboration: Work with carer service teams and external partners to ensure information is current and relevant. Work with Marcomms and HR (training) to co-produce high-quality, information resources in engaging and accessible formats.
- Co-production: Work alongside the Engagement & Volunteer Team to explore and collate carer insights to inform and include carers in content creation.
- Digital Presentation: Embrace digital innovation and emerging technologies, including AI, to co-create accessible digital resources tailored to the needs of unpaid carers. This includes producing content for the website and e-learning platforms, ensuring it is accurate, inclusive, and easy to navigate.
- Awareness Raising: Contribute to the promotion of Carers Support West Sussex and the services offered by creating engaging information that increases public and professional understanding of unpaid carers and the challenges they face.
- Trend Spotting: Horizon scan to spot social and news trends and understand developing opportunities for new ways to share information.

Cherry Trees provides home from home care for children with complex disabilities and a meaningful break for their families across Surrey and the surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
1. Fundraising
- To be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries that come in by telephone, email, post, and in person.
- Support the team by recording and sending fundraising materials to those raising money for us through events and challenge event.
- Ensure communications such as letters, certificates and emails are processed in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Provide support to the events, community, partnerships, and individual giving teams and their programmes of activity.
- To develop a good understanding of fundraising activity and to maintain the processes behind registration and online giving platforms such as JustGiving, Benevity, CAF, MuchLoved etc.
- Monitoring and replenishment of office supplies.
- Help to actively promote participation in our fundraising events and activities.
- When necessary, support the communications team with marketing, social media, mailing activity.
- Other general fundraising and administration duties, as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the department including assisting in other team projects when they arise.
- To represent Cherry Trees on occasion at community events or other activity, and being flexible and willing to travel and attend events outside normal office hours (time off in lieu given).

2. Finance
- To ensure all donations/payments are processed and recorded on the fundraising database accurately and within the appropriate time frame, and supporters are thanked in a timely manner.
- To take donations over the phone or guide donors to make their donation online.
- To process the weekly fundraising income and financial reconciliation (training will be provided).
3. Stewardship
- Provide excellent support and stewardship to our supporters, challenge event participants, individual givers, community supporters and volunteers.
- Build, manage and maintain rewarding relationships with existing and new supporters and colleagues and teams across Cherry Trees with a ‘friendly-face’ approach.
4. Information Management and other
- Using the fundraising database (Donorfy) ensure all activity and correspondence is recorded accurately, as well as supporting our team’s financial processes and data export needs (training will be provided).
- Be responsible for ensuring all records are added/maintained/updated on the fundraising database, and ensuring all contact preferences such as unsubscribes are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- To develop an in-depth knowledge of the database to be the go-to person, and identify opportunities to support your own activity and that of the team.
- Continuously aim to improve the efficiency of administration processes necessary for the smooth running of the fundraising department.
- Create/update how-to guides within your area of responsibility.
- GDPR compliance - ensure supporter data is handled in line with GDPR, maintaining accurate records, respecting communication preferences, and supporting data protection procedures.
- To undertake other reasonable activities as required by your line manager or the Head of Fundraising & Communications.

Help build and diversity our income streams, and support the fundraising skills of the VCSE in Hammersmith & Fulham.
The post holder will be responsible for raising funds for Sobus from community fundraising, grants/trusts and developing other key income streams: major donors, regular giving and corporate.
The postholder will also provide information, support and guidance to Hammersmith & Fulham based VCSE organisations on fundraising activities.
The post holder will hold a strategic over view of Sobus’s fundraising needs and be a key player in the charity’s communications and marketing.
Your main duties will be to develop and manage our fundraising strategy, identify potential funding sources and create persuasive, winning funding applications and proposals.

OVERVIEW
This role will be a key member of our ambitious team, delivering a growing portfolio of fundraising campaigns, fundraising events, and supporter engagement initiatives. You’ll oversee our supporter journeys, manage our communications channels, and build meaningful relationships that drive income and deepen our impact.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising Campaigns & Income Generation
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to plan and deliver our 12-month supporter journey – including fundraising campaigns (online and offline), events and appeals.
- Manage our calendar of challenge events (e.g. The Don’s Cycle Challenge, Wombles Walk, Sponsored Skydive).
- Grow supporter-led community fundraising in the local area.
- Lead outreach to engage new local partners – including small businesses, schools and clubs – promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.
Communications & Marketing
- Alongside the Head of Fundraising, lead all communications for the charity.
- Create engaging fundraising content for email, website, and social media to drive online donations, event and programme sign-ups.
- Work with the wider Foundation team and club comms team to create content for social media, e-newsletters and our website.
- Promote Foundation programmes and campaigns to fans, families, and local supporters, driving participation and donations.
- Create marketing materials (posters, flyers, etc.) to support charitable prorammes and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Senior Managers to share the impact of the Foundation through monitoring and evaluation reports. Including creating the annual organsiation Impact Report.

- Manage the supporter engagement programme, delivering a rolling 12-month plan of personalised and meaningful touchpoints.

Supporter Care

Events & Community Activation
- Support the delivery of fundraising and engagement opportunities at AFC Wimbledon fixtures and stadium events.

Administration & Data Management
- Maintain accurate supporter and income records in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.
- Liaise with the Finance Officer to process donations, including Gift Aid claims and income reconciliation.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a relevant higher education or industry recognised certification or have a minimum of at least 1–2 years' experience in a fundraising, communications, supporter engagement or similar role
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with supporters, partners, or donors
- Experience planning and delivering fundraising campaigns, events, or community initiatives
- Experience using digital tools for fundraising and engagement (e.g. mass email platforms, design tools, giving platforms, CRM systems)
- Experience creating digital content (e.g. website management social media, e-newsletters, case studies)
