The Coordinator will support two crucial functions of the membership team. On the compliance side, the role will be the first point of contact for members, ensuring that member evaluations and associated tasks are coordinated effectively. On the services and prospecting side, the coordinator will engage with a diverse range of organisations working in sustainability, assisting in pitching and communicating clearly about the membership value, the application process and its requirements, as well as providing specialist services and support.
To be considered for this role, you will be highly organised with great attention to detail, be process oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service. You will enjoy working on a varied set of tasks related to different areas of the membership provision. Having gained a good level of work experience, you are familiar with process administration, customer service, and stakeholder communications. You have an interest in learning more about member compliance processes and service provision. This role is supported by two associate managers in the team.
Key responsibilities we will entrust you with:
Membership applications and compliance programme
- Deliver administrative tasks in the compliance programme and application process, including scheduling calls, sourcing and maintaining evaluator records of competence & conflict of interest
- Coordinate the application process for aspiring members, pre-assess completeness of applications, and provide process guidance and support throughout their application journey
- Coordinate independent external member evaluations and act as main point of contact, responding to enquiries
- Maintain and update the Salesforce Compliance portal (platform used to manage evaluations)
- Record and track data across various platforms, updating logs and content on the ISEAL website
- Coordinate information and produce reports / minutes in support of programme management, the ISEAL Membership Committee and strategic development of the compliance programme
- Contribute to systematic measurement and improvement of the compliance programme
Services and member prospecting
- Act as the first point of contact and respond to enquiries about ISEAL, services and membership
- Schedule and co-lead prospect calls, taking notes and supporting follow up actions
- Support to develop and maintain effective relationships with members and prospect members, as well as key stakeholders related to the compliance programme
- Use and continually improve record-keeping systems, tracking customer relationships on Salesforce and support member/customer prospecting processes
- Coordinate customer relationships related to the ISEAL Insight subscription package, including recruiting new customers and supporting existing relationships, tracking payments, and coordinating delivery of content
- Support delivery of ISEAL’s training courses, including coordinating promotions, registrations and event logistics
- Deliver administrative tasks to support ISEAL’s tailored services processes, including preparing service agreements on contract management system and managing payments
General
- Assist in promoting best practice in use of IT, communications and knowledge management systems within projects, and support efforts to help bring about improvements
- Provide ad hoc support to organisation-wide initiatives, if needs arise
- Liaise with colleagues at all levels across organisation

Experience, Knowledge and Attribute
- Experience working or interning in a support/administrative role, ideally in an international NGO, professional or membership organisation
- Some experience in a role encompassing customer service, communications or sales, with a focus on high quality services
- Strong organisational skills, with some experience with supporting administration, meeting coordination, logistics, contracts etc.
- Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience with proof-reading and record management or similar
- Confidence in using digital tools and systems, with a proactive attitude to improvements
- Good time management and ability to organise multiple simultaneous tasks efficiently
- Excellent written & spoken English, with proven ability to write clearly and concisely

Job description
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team of 28 staff, ideally before the end of 2025.
This is a hybrid role of 3 to 4 days a week with a minimum of 2 days a week based at the office in Talgarth, LD3 0BW.
We offer flexibility around working hours, with the expectation of trustee meeting attendance 3 times a year, and weekly management and team meetings on-site over 2 days. We offer 24 days holiday (pro rata), plus 8 statutory public holidays (not pro rata). The CFO works alongside the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer to manage the finances and governance of The Wye and Usk Foundation (WUF), a conservation charity with an annual income between £1.5m and £2m.
Given the retirement of the current postholder at the end of 2025, we are seeking a well-qualified and experienced individual to take on this senior leadership role as soon as possible to enable handover to occur.
The role is very varied and wide-ranging, including presenting financial information and management accounts to the trustees and senior management on a monthly basis, maintaining annual budgeting, appraising internal project budgets and contracts, preparing annual statutory accounts in line with the Charity SORP and liaising with external auditors, and managing the VAT requirements for the organisation on a partial VAT basis.
The postholder will lead a team of three in the finance department and join a very knowledgeable and welcoming team of 28 highly engaged and passionate staff at WUF.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Working alongside the CEO, the CFO will provide commercial, financial and governance management and leadership for WUF. The CFO will not only be an exceptional accountant, with executive oversight of the finance function, but will be commercially astute and have the confidence to represent robustly the best interests of WUF. The CFO will also be an experienced manager of people.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a business partner to support and constructively challenge the CEO in the general management of WUF, reporting to the trustees.
- Lead all aspects of the finance function (including maintaining and developing the financial control environment; robust financial accounting; cashflow management; incisive management information; clear and concise reporting to the trustees) to ensure that the Charity and the Companies’ assets are secured, risks are managed, and the Board of Trustees can make well-informed decisions.
- Manage relationships with auditors, funders, banks, investment platforms (with assistance from the trustees), and other external organisations.
- Provide support to project bids and the development of other commercial opportunities to ensure that bids/opportunities are optimised for WUF.
- Provide input to project and programme delivery from time to time, to ensure that performance is maximised for WUF.
- Attend trustee meetings and Finance and General Purposes Committee meetings to guide the Board of Trustees and the Senior Management Team on financial, commercial and governance issues.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Charity Commission and Companies House and, from time to time, provide guidance to members of WUF on good governance practice.

We are looking for a well-organised and caring professional with excellent administration skills to support our Healthcare Coordinator in overseeing the medication and healthcare needs of our male residents as they progress through their recovery from drug or alcohol abuse.
The role involves both administrative and practical tasks, as well as direct involvement in helping residents manage their own healthcare needs alongside supporting their wider recovery and spiritual growth.
You will maintain safe Medication Management within Yeldall Manor, ensuring that all medication including new supplies, is correctly administered, recorded accurately, and regularly audited, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. With the Healthcare Coordinator, you will assist the residents in accessing GP and specialist services, and ensuring that up to date electronic records are maintained of all healthcare matters for residents.
You will have excellent administrative and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, along with a commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care and support. Medical knowledge may be advantageous, but is not a necessity for this role.
A committed Christian faith is required to uphold the ethos and values of Yeldall Manor, and to support residents in their spiritual journey. Yeldall Manor is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of its residents, and the successful candidate will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check. Overview:
Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula Support (TOFS) is the only UK charity providing support and information to born with oesophageal atresia and/or tracheo-oesophageal fistula (OA/TOF). These rare congenital conditions can have long-lasting consequences, and our mission is to inform and empower those affected to better equip them to live long and healthy lives. We get no statutory funding, and we’re very fortunate to have an amazing fundraising community. This year to date, almost 80% of our income was from members’ fundraising, which is incredible.
We need an office and fundraising administrator who will help make every supporter feel valued, and have overall responsibility for entering all financial data into QuickBooks. A key part of the role is liaising with fundraisers and administrating and facilitating the fundraising process.
We are looking for an experienced individual, who can work with little supervision, and is able to manage workload to meet reporting deadlines. Reporting to the CEO (and with significant interaction with the volunteer Treasurer), the office and fundraising administrator undertakes a range of administration and finance tasks to support office management, financial management and fundraising, and is one of the first points of contact for our supporters and members.
The role is pivotal in ensuring that our administrative and fundraising functions run smoothly, supporting fundraisers, members, trustees and team effectively.
Knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar accounting software system is essential.

The Role
As Events Virger, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of services and events. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and resetting the Cathedral for services, concerts, and special events. Assist with the setting up and removal of all content and furnishings requested for this activity.
- Opening and closing the Cathedral on a rota basis.
- Ensure the efficient cleaning of the Cathedral with effective use of time and materials and without the need for supervision (the team of Virgers are responsible for all the Cathedral cleaning).
