Key Responsibilities
· To provide a high quality, flexible and responsive support service to LGBTQ+ people, supporting them for independent living or suitable alternative housing through the provision of 1-1 support sessions and group work.
· To assess the individual needs of each person and provide a bespoke support plan.

Main Duties of the Post
Support Sessions
· To give holistic support to LGBTQ+ people accessing our supported accommodation service and to provide proactive support to these service users who are sometimes hard to engage.
· To meet service users regularly to provide structured support, in relation to LGBTQ+ and Housing specific issues, such as gender identity pathways, mental health services, health issues, safeguarding, liaising with the professional network.
· To work with LGBTQ+ people accessing supported accommodation to develop and review individual support plans and risk assessments.
· To liaise with other service providers ensuring service users receive the necessary support to sustain their accommodation, acquire relevant independent living skills, maintain or improve positive physical and mental health and access into meaningful occupation of their time.
Financial Support
· To assist service users in maximising and managing their income including universal credit, ESA, PIP and Housing Benefit.
Semi-independent Living Support
· To work with service users to enable them to develop the life and social skills necessary to sustain their accommodation and prepare them for independent living.
· To assess individual service user’s suitability for independent accommodation.
· To act quickly to manage incidents and to advise, support and assist service users unable to maintain supported accommodation into more appropriate housing options.
Resettlement
· To support service users in the completion of application forms necessary to support move-on housing, including the private rented sector.
· To ensure that all service users are provided with information about local services whilst in supported accommodation and during their move on.
· To ensure all service users are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities in their home.
· To work with housing providers, both public and private, to negotiate move on options.
Groupwork, Consultation and Participation
· To work as part of a team in developing user participation.
· To identify and develop appropriate and flexible processes for consulting with our service users, via social media platforms, newsletters, events and workshops.
· To devise innovative and creative ways of involving LGBTQ+ people in the running of the schemes with an independent approach.
· Supporting our residents to participate in group and peer support and to access online support mechanisms.
· Facilitating and promoting an LGBTQ+ group work programme.
Other Duties

Essential Experience

· Ability to prioritise and maintain case work across multiple projects at the same time.

We are looking for an Interim Head of Marketing and Communications to lead this function during an exciting period of transition and growth. Context and Background
The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children. Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. We share it. It drives our Engagement and Fundraising team to get out there and bring in the funds we need to protect children and prevent abuse.
Within the Engagement and Fundraising Directorate, our aim is to maximise resources for the NSPCC’s mission by raising funds, providing the best possible supporter experience, and building long-term relationships between donors and our cause.
To continue to deliver our mission we rely on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of our annual income.
The Prospect Development Team sits within the Supporter Management Team within Philanthropy & Partnerships department but works across the whole of Engagement & Fundraising. Primarily, the team supports the Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships fundraising teams in their prospecting and fundraising strategies. The team’s role is to help colleagues understand their supporters at an individual level, but also to bring to the forefront the key trends and milestones in their journeys within the NSPCC. We aim to match opportunities for giving and engagement with our supporters’ charitable interests.
To deliver this, the Prospect Development Team offers prospect research, management and identification services. The team works with departments within the directorate on projects and initiatives which have the potential to further leverage major giving and corporate income.
The team also has a role to play in sharing insight and knowledge on the latest trends in philanthropy and corporate giving with the rest of the directorate, and in ensuring that our fundraising and research practices are compliant with sectoral regulations.

Job purpose
· Contribute to the Income Generation directorate’s purpose of maximising income from supporters by carrying out prospect research and prospect identification activities that contribute to fundraising activity.

Main duties and responsibilities
· Devise, agree and deliver particular aspects of the Prospect Development Team’s annual business plan and budget alongside the Prospect Development Manager, to enable the NSPCC to deliver its planned activities and services.
· Delivery of business systems and processes within income generation in line with agreed key performance indicators and ensuring service level agreements are met where applicable.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Help keep our food bank running and support people facing food insecurity across South Bucks
One Can Trust is a thriving local charity supporting individuals and families experiencing hardship across South Bucks. Alongside our food bank, we run a clothes bank, toddler groups and a community café. With a dedicated team of 11 staff and over 400 volunteers, we currently support around 360 people each week.
We are looking for a practical, organised and community-minded Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role that combines stock management, volunteer supervision, health and safety responsibilities and general warehouse administration.

About the role
As Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food bank warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse or stockroom management experience who is happy to be actively involved in the physical day-to-day operation.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: One Can Trust, 11b Duke Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6EE
Hours: 17 hours per week (Monday to Friday, ideally 8.30am to 11.30am), plus approximately two flexible hours per week as required for food collections and operational needs.
A full driving licence is essential, along with a willingness to drive the charity's van.
Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect and record food donations from suppliers, businesses, community groups and members of the public.
- Organise and rotate stock to ensure food is stored safely and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are available for food parcel preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
- Report shortages, surpluses or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
Volunteer Coordination
- Supervise and support warehouse volunteers during daily operations.
- Provide clear guidance and ensure volunteers follow warehouse procedures.
- Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to ensure sufficient volunteer cover.
Food Stock Management
- Carry out and review weekly stock checks.

- Oversee the collection of surplus fruit and vegetables, including undertaking collections when volunteer support is unavailable.
Health & Safety

- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, manual handling and warehouse procedures.
- Act as Deputy Fire Warden.
- Work with external contractors, including pest control and PAT testing providers.

Facilities and Vehicle Management
- Support the upkeep, security and maintenance of the warehouse building.
- Ensure the charity van remains roadworthy, legally compliant and well maintained.
- Liaise with waste management providers and other service contractors.
- Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the charity's operations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Legal Casework
- Work closely with the Public Law Supervisor, Director of Legal Casework and Asylum Aid Executive Director to develop a public law caseload and drive change through strategic litigation;
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on asylum and human rights claims, and on judicial review challenges pertaining to asylum and immigration matters and the treatment of asylum seekers and other migrants;

We’re looking for an experienced partnerships manager to play a key role in driving Oak's growth and impact by increasing adoption of its resources across schools and Multi Academy Trusts. This is a highly collaborative role, combining strong education sector insight with a proactive, target-driven approach to partnership development.
You will work with colleagues across the organisation to generate and qualify opportunities through events, networks, referrals, and outreach, building a focused pipeline aligned to shared priorities. Through structured discovery conversations, you’ll develop a clear understanding of school needs, readiness, and strategic fit, helping shape how we engage and support partners.
You will assess and triage opportunities against agreed criteria, working closely with subject and curriculum leads to prioritise those with the greatest potential for impact and influence, and to determine where we focus our efforts.
Alongside this, you’ll build trusted relationships with educators, growing a network of 'champion' schools that support peer learning and community engagement.
You’ll maintain clear pipeline visibility through accurate CRM management and data-led insight, using this to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Working cross-functionally, you’ll share learnings from the field to influence messaging, product development, and how Oak delivers for schools.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the continuous improvement of lead nurture processes, including events, networks, referrals and targeted outreach, aligned to the go-to-market strategy.

Run structured first conversations, assess readiness, tier opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records within an active partnerships pipeline.

Build and nurture relationships with user schools to develop Oak champions, and organise in-person and online community events (e.g. webinars, group INSET, local cluster meetings), including representing Oak at relevant in-person events and school visits.

As a member of the Oak Team, contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation.

Work in cross-functional and product-oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation, as required.

Deputise for the Partnerships Lead and take on other general responsibilities as required.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience managing direct relationships with schools and/or Multi Academy Trusts.

The successful candidate will have a desire to contribute in all areas to ensure Oak is successful. Help drive a global movement to end homelessness. As a Programme Officer, you’ll play a key role in expanding the international 13 Houses Campaign—working across countries, cultures, and communities to develop impactful housing initiatives and strengthen global advocacy. You’ll support project design and delivery, carry out due diligence and monitoring, and help bring compelling stories to life through high-quality content and communications that influence change.

• Lead the delivery of FHA’s advocacy strategy and support Vincentian Family members to develop and strengthen their advocacy capacity.

Through the FHA’s flagship 13 Houses Campaign, we support established and emerging homelessness initiatives across the globe, having reached over 11,000 people in 130 projects across 79 countries. The FHA is also involved in high-level advocacy at the UN, works to develop Catholic Social Teaching around homelessness and is building a map of Vincentian homelessness services to unite Vincentians and improve their service to people who are homeless.
We are currently based in eight countries in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, (Croatia, France, Ireland, Slovakia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom. the United States of America and the Philippines), providing a range of urgent accommodation and services for people experiencing homelessness. The global programme focuses on four strategic areas: provision of homeless Services; maintaining and working by our Vincentian Values; advocating and ensuring the Voice of those we work with are heard; and maintaining global Reach in addressing homelessness.
The Group also has a key strategic relationship with the Ruff Institute of Global Homelessness (IGH), which focuses on ending homelessness globally by bridging research, policy, and practice.
