On behalf of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition, Transparency International UK is looking for a Senior Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to support one of the UK’s leading civil society coalitions working to strengthen the UK’s response to corruption and illicit finance. With major opportunities ahead, including the Illicit Finance Summit and the UK’s upcoming G20 presidency, the coalition is well placed to influence the next phase of the UK’s anti-corruption agenda.
In this role, you will help coordinate and deliver the work of the coalition and its working groups, supporting collaboration across member organisations and helping drive progress on coalition priorities. You will engage regularly with coalition members, organise meetings and convenings, and contribute to the development of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and joint letters to policymakers.
You will also play a key role in the coalition’s communications, leading the coordination of messaging across member organisations and helping ensure the coalition’s voice is clear and impactful. This includes drafting press releases, statements and opinion pieces, supporting media engagement, managing the coalition’s digital channels, and identifying opportunities to amplify coalition and member priorities in the media and public debate. Working closely with member organisations’ communications teams, you will help ensure coalition communications are timely, coordinated and strategic.
The Coalition Engagement and Communications Coordinator will report to the Senior Coalition Manager and work within the UKACC Secretariat, supporting collaboration across coalition member organisations and stakeholders.
Main responsibilities – What will I be doing?
Coordinating coalition meetings, working groups and follow-up actions to support the effective functioning of the UK Anti-Corruption Coalition.
Engaging with coalition members and external stakeholders, including civil society partners, government departments and parliamentary offices.
Contributing to the preparation of coalition outputs such as briefings, consultation responses and other advocacy materials.
Coordinating coalition communications and working with member organisations’ communications teams to develop aligned messaging and joint outputs.
Managing the coalition’s website and social media channels and drafting communications materials, including statements and press content linked to coalition priorities.
Supporting the planning and delivery of coalition events, convenings and stakeholder engagements.

MAIN DUTIES:
1. Monitoring and processing bank, petty cash and credit card transactions

Do you want to support the growth of our volunteer-enabled work at Share? We are looking for a passionate person to join us as our new Volunteering and Social Inclusion Project Officer, helping to grow our social inclusion provision.
Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing. We provide a range of programmes helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs to become happier, healthier and more independent. Our vision is a world where disabled people are fully included in society, living the life they choose, and we need talented people to help us make that happen.
Our Go Anywhere, Do Anything (GADA) project is part of our social inclusion provision at Share. It sees volunteers and students go on regular social outings to do things our students want to do. Our volunteers make this possible, supporting our students to navigate challenges and have fun on the trips. We currently run 36 GADA trips a year but are only scratching the surface of demand. We are looking for someone to support the growth of this project to 65 trips a year.
Main responsibilities
You’ll work with our students to co-design a programme of GADA trips, as well as sign up students and volunteers to the trips.
You’ll recruit and train GADA volunteers and support them on trips.
You’ll organise GADA trips, including risk assessing them, planning how to make them accessible, carrying out administration such as buying tickets, and providing volunteers with the information they need.
You’ll provide broader volunteer support, helping to deliver inductions for new volunteers, including supporting with interviews, taster days and induction training.
You will support volunteer check-ins and surveys for all volunteers, including those in non-GADA roles.

You’ll have experience of working or volunteering with people who need support, either in your personal or professional life.
You’ll have experience of coordinating volunteers or projects, preferably in a community setting.
You can build good working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including volunteers, staff, students, families, carers and external venues.

Job Purpose:
Women in Prison’s Project Workers deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending. The Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Worker will provide person centred assistance during the transition from custody to community integration. By following the Critical Time Intervention model the CTI Worker will collaborate with a range of services to enable the individual to access them and use a range of appropriate interventions to assist the individual to become more independent and connected.

Location: While not required to be based in London, this role does require a regular presence in our London office and pan London sites, with a minimum of one day per week onsite. About the role
Crisis is recruiting 2 x People Advisors to collaborate with a variety of Directorates including Client Services, Commerce and Enterprise, People and Resources, and Policy and Social Change. The roles will work closely with other People Team colleagues to enable the People and Culture function to boldly deliver an excellent service to Crisis’s managers and people.
These are varied and exciting roles, with a primary focus on managing employee relations caseloads, alongside opportunities to contribute to People and Culture policies, wellbeing initiatives and project work to make a positive impact across the directorates you support.
As a People Advisor, you will be given autonomy to apply your expertise in employee relations, engagement, and people policy to provide customer focussed, pragmatic, and credible advice to managers ensuring equitable practices throughout as priority. About you
To be successful in these roles you will have experience of advising on a range of employment areas. You will be able to demonstrate how you’ve advised and supported managers through, sometimes complex ER issues, to reach a resolution. You will be confident in your knowledge, ability and interpretation of employment law and best practice, and comfortable building relationships with colleagues, to provide appropriate challenge. You will be interested in shaping People and Culture policy and implementing modern practices.
It would be desirable for one of the roles if you have experience of providing People (HR) support in a charity retail environment with the ability to travel and meet with our managers on site across our London shops and warehouse. Both roles will support some of our client services across the UK so occasional travel to some of our regional locations would be required to support the leadership teams on site.
