The Royal Court Theatre has an exciting opportunity for someone to join People team as People and Governance Coordinator. 

This role is central to the internal operations of the Royal Court, providing high-quality coordination and administration that underpins how we support our staff, deliver effective governance, and maintain a positive workplace culture. The postholder will oversee key HR procedures, systems and records (including recruitment and payroll support), coordinate trustee and board activity, and ensure clear and consistent internal communications across all teams.

Alongside this core administration, the role offers an opportunity to develop as a trusted People Partner for our Front of House and Catering teams, providing first-line guidance on people matters and gaining insight into the internal management of a leading cultural charity. Handling a high volume of correspondence, processes, and confidential information, the post requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.

The successful candidate will:

• Have proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment (not necessarily arts-specific). 

• Have practical experience in HR and/or recruitment, ideally supporting onboarding, payroll processes and employee lifecycle documentation

• Have excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and the ability to tailor communications for different audiences.

• Be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, balancing competing priorities

The Deputy Service Manager supports the Service Manager in effectively managing all operational matters within their designated services, including line management of frontline staff.

The Deputy Service Manager shares responsibility for ensuring that a holistic and cohesive approach to customer support is embedded across accommodation services. Look Ahead operates trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches, ensuring customers benefit from strengths-based support practices. The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. They work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together they have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. They also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.

As a Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to pro-actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services.

To do this, you will work alongside existing agencies to design a co-ordinated, intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.

You will work closely with the IDVA's (integrated partner support) to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse and offending.

Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. About ShowerBox

ShowerBox provides free mobile shower services for people experiencing homelessness and hygiene poverty – offering dignity, care, and a safe space for anyone who needs it. Our Central London project is our busiest – over 200 guests visit each Saturday and around 60 guests have showers. We couldn’t do it without our amazing team of 20+ volunteers each week. 

Role Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hands-on Service Delivery Shift Leader to coordinate and oversee the smooth running of our Central London project based in Tottenham Court Road WC2H.  You’ll be responsible for taking the lead on setting up the Saturday service, managing the volunteer team, and ensuring a respectful, welcoming experience for all our guests. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and close-down of the shower service

• Coordinate and support volunteers on the day

• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld

• Be the main point of contact for guests and volunteers

• Record and provide service delivery data as required

• Respond to any on-site issues with calm and care

Requirements:

• Organised and dependable, with good communication skills

• Experience leading a team of approx 20 volunteers each week

• Physically able to assist with setup (lifting, connecting gas/water/power - training provided)

The Role

The organisation supports local areas to use evidence to improve their services and outcomes for children and families. We are looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of UK policy, legislation and practice relating to children’s services, including how this responds to the needs of vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

You will have experience of:

• Practice in children’s social work and/or early intervention services

At Fear Free, we take pride in delivering exceptional services across the Southwest region, and we are excited to announce that we are launching a new team delivering sexual violence therapeutic support across Wiltshire and Swindon. Part of a diverse team of professionals supporting adult and child victims of sexual violence, you will play an integral role in providing one-to-one and group support for adult survivors. 

The Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) will work within a multi-agency system to provide a proactive, person-centred independent service for adult and children who are victims of sexual violence, empowering choice through informed decision making. Key elements of the role include: 

• Risk assessing and helping to keep service users safe (safety planning). 

• Working with primary and secondary schools within Wiltshire to provide support and guidance on how to support children affected by sexual violence or abuse 

• Providing informal education in assemblies and schools around consent and healthy relationships around Wiltshire

• Provision of 1-1  psychoeducational support sessions, with a focus on safety and stabilisation. 

• Enabling victims to access statutory and other services. 

This ISVA role requires the building of effective relationships with other agencies especially educational settings within Wiltshire that may support victims of sexual violence, developing referral pathways and creating outward facing information resources and campaigns to raise awareness and build confidence in reporting sexual violence. 

The ISVA will be required to work to the Quality Standards for services supporting victims/survivors of sexual violence. 

This fixed term role for 12 months will be based in our Trowbridge office, with expectation of paid travel across the area. Fear Free supports staff to work flexibly and we operate hybrid working (working both remotely and in the offices). 

Key Responsibilities 

• To provide a person centred, client focused, independent service, distinct from the role of a crisis worker or counsellor, primarily for the benefit of the victims of sexual abuse. 

• To work with family members and supporters of victims to provide information and support where appropriate and required. 

• To work within educational settings like primary and secondary schools in Wiltshire to ensure there is support for DSLs who support students who have been victims of sexual abuse. 

• To deliver educational sessions in school assemblies and classes around consent and healthy relationships. 

• To be point of contact for schools in Wiltshire for advice and guidance. 

• To work with victims who have chosen to report their abuse and those who have not and provide a victim led service to all service users, empowering choice through informed decision making. 

• To complete a support needs analysis, including risk assessments, in relation to support and counselling services and create an individualised safety plan for each client. 

• To provide specialist psychoeducational support, focusing on safety and stabilisation, to support victims to manage their experience of trauma. 

• To provide practical and emotional support to meet the needs of each individual service user to enable them to move forwards towards recovery. 

• To refer on to other support if required, including internally to our other therapeutic based supports. 

• To provide sensitive and non–judgmental support, enabling the service user to regain control and self-esteem. 

• Encourage/assist clients to develop their own support network. 

• To provide information to enable clients to make informed decisions in relation to the self-referral option, medical care, forensic examination, making a police report, mental health and sexual health and onward referrals.

• To promote the service to external agencies where applicable.

• To produce clear record keeping/documentation, in a timely manner according to Fear Free’ policies and procedures. 

• To assess, offer and gain consent from the client for any onward referrals. 

• To document clearly any safeguarding concerns, complete any relevant risk assessments and liaise with relevant safeguarding teams and attend MARAC, MASH and Children’s’ Services meetings if appropriate.

• Ensuring that the service user’s views, opinions, wishes and needs are understood, respected and listened to and held at the forefront of support, whilst fully complying with all safeguarding requirements. 

• Safeguard the health & welfare of service users and their families. 

• Enable service users to participate in the design, delivery and evaluation of services. 

• Utilise evaluation and monitoring systems to ensure high standards of service are consistently achieved. 

• Ensure support provided is accessible to clients in terms of location and times.

About the role:

This role is based in Cumbria.

The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. They work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together they have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. They also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse Perpetrator Service Operations Manager you will:

• Ensure that all support and advice given is in line with Drive Partnership key messages and strategic objectives.
• You will contribute to the development of the Drive model through service reviews, supporting the Drive Partnership in delivery challenges and implementation of changes to the Drive operational model.
• You will act as a champion for Drive across the area in all aspects of development and delivery. You will be expected to represent the service at local and national events; deliver training and presentations as appropriate.
• You will support the Commissioner and Drive Central Team in identifying and securing resources and implementing future funding plans agreed for the service.
• You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse and offending.

You will need:

• Have a track record in leading projects and developing new service provision. Use support and guidance from Line Manager/Practice Advisor/Drive Central Team and steering group or elsewhere to support personal and agency effectiveness.
• Have evidence of keeping reliable and timely reporting and meeting deadlines.
• Can take responsibility for own workload and has confidence in their own ability to make decisions.
• Understands decision making rights within their role and applies this consistently.

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to be our named competent person for statutory compliance; covering health & safety, fire, water hygiene, electrical safety and environmental standards. You’ll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance - liaising with external contractors, keep accurate compliance records, and produce clear, risk-based reports for senior management. You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy, escalating issues and key strategic budget decisions as required.

What you’ll do

• Own compliance and risk management, maintaining live risk assessments and closing remedial actions within required timescales.
• Schedule and evidence statutory checks and liaise with approved contractors and maintain accurate records.
• Track maintenance spend and provide monthly variance reporting; support value-for-money supplier arrangements.
• Lead facilities projects as required - typically small to medium in scale.
• Drive sustainability improvements across energy, water and waste.
• Act as first responder to facilities incidents during working hours.

The Role:
