Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Enfield, working 35 hours per week. The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.
You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.
You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.
You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led. You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to support the smooth delivery of our training programmes. Reporting to the Project and Engagement Manager, you will work closely with the Training Manager, trainers, wider team, and external partners to coordinate logistics, manage bookings, and ensure an excellent experience for all participants.
You will need strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude. From managing inboxes and updating internal systems to supporting communications and handling customer queries, you will play a key role in ensuring our training runs efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our training operations. As part of a small and dedicated team, you will need to be adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working independently within a remote setting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for training booking enquiries, responding via email and the telephone
• Support the coordination of training sessions, including trainer allocation, booking venues, online set up and providing training equipment.
• Distribute joining instructions and training materials to participants
• Maintain stock of training materials, manage orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain the online booking system and monitor course sign-ups, waiting lists and capacity.
• Help with the preparation and follow-up of all course materials and administrative documents.
• Liaising with Trainers, ensuring the return of course registers and uploading to our CRM
• Keep Salesforce up to date with enquiries and contact information at all times
• Provide clients with quotes and booking forms, ensuring they are completed and returned and uploaded to Salesforce
• Support of meetings as and when required, sending invites, circulating minutes, reports and actions as and when required.
• Support Training Managers with the recruitment of new associate trainers and ensure they complete the necessary induction and agreements in partnership with the training managers.
• Assist the finance team with pricing and invoicing enquiries as and when required. Check our inboxes daily, ensuring all enquiries are distributed across the staff team
• Produce service usage and evaluation statistics and update reports for commissioners, clients, staff, and the Board of Trustees as and when required
• Fully understand the GSP training portfolio and use effective communication to guide clients.
• Assist the training team with online sales calls on different platforms as and when required.
• Support the delivery of long-term training contracts, including promotion of courses as and when required
• Assist in the recruitment and induction, and ongoing support of a team of administration support volunteers.
• Occasionally support events and act as an ambassador for GSP.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will be confident, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Clear communication, strong time management, and a positive, solution-focused attitude are essential. A commitment to high-quality work and the values of Grassroots Suicide Prevention is key.
For this role, you will need:
- A high standard of general education (A levels or equivalent) or proven relevant experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Relevant office administration experience, working to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new digital systems quickly and follow standardised processes
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive working relationships with diverse staff, volunteers, and stakeholders

Our mission is to provide mental health support available to everyone, everywhere. Tellmi is a multi-award winning fully moderated, anonymous, mental health service predominantly for young people aged 11-25. The Tellmi app safely enables young people to talk about difficult things and encourages them to help themselves, by helping each other. Beneath an engaging anonymous peer to peer feed, Tellmi integrates the latest psychological research to promote the development of protective factors such as emotional resilience, empathy, social skills, stress management and coping techniques. Tellmi is commissioned by the NHS and Local Authorities across the UK and works closely with schools, CAMHS and VCSFEs.
The Tellmi app is free to download with premium features in commissioned areas. The app is available 365 days a year, 24/7 and our moderators, counsellors and therapists are available from 8:30am until 11pm everyday.
YOUR ROLE
Your role is to ensure the operation of the Tellmi Mental Health Service is safe and effective for all users. This role encompasses direct support for our users via the Tellmi app as well as behind the scenes management of operations. You will be one of the counsellors on call to respond to high risk posts during daytime working hours. You will manage the human element of our digital service including the users, moderators, counsellors, therapists and volunteers. You will take a keen interest in the wellbeing of our users and through curiosity and compassion ensure that they receive the best support that we can provide. You will succeed in this role if have experience of counselling, youth or social work and you are a good communicator who is able to win the trust of your team through compassionate accountability.
As Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) you will take primary responsibility for safeguarding and child protection within Tellmi. You will act as a point of contact for staff and volunteers, providing advice and support on child welfare and protection matters relating to our users. You will manage safeguarding concerns, liaise with external agencies especially in commissioned areas and ensure the company’s safeguarding policies are up-to-date and effective. Although an important responsibility the DSL element is a relatively small part of the overall role.
You will report directly to the Co-CEOs. We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, totally reliable and is eager to take the initiative to help us continually improve the service. We will expect you to enjoy learning and actively pursue continual professional development to ensure that you are fully up to date with the latest policies, regulations and guidance related to your role. You will be expected to share in the on-call remote support of moderators, counsellors and therapists in the evenings and weekends.

YOUR SPECIFIC DUTIES
Moderation, counselling and supervision (15%)

Responsible for responding to high risk users during the day including emergency third party disclosures if required.

Providing occasional cover for moderation or counsellors at any point during the operational hours.

On call for ad hoc support of counsellors and therapists during evenings and weekends (typically three to four times a week).
Management and oversight of moderators, counsellors, therapists and volunteers (25%)

Organise and manage rotas for moderators/counsellors.

Process and monitor referrals for Tellmi Therapy.

Performance manage and oversee quality control of moderators, counsellors and therapists.

Maintain and develop guidance, training, policies and operating procedures (SOPs).

About the Role
As a Trainer, you’ll deliver a variety of courses to diverse groups, ensuring high standards of teaching and assessment. From CPR techniques to mental health awareness, you’ll empower learners with essential skills while contributing to the organisation’s life-saving mission.
You’ll manage your own schedule, travel to training locations, and be responsible for setting up engaging, professional sessions. With support from a dedicated team, you’ll maintain compliance with awarding body standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess workplace training courses such as First Aid at Work and Mental Health Awareness.
- Set up training venues, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready.
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments at venues and act as a designated first aider and fire marshal.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your subject area through professional development.
- Promote the organisation’s products and services to learners.
- Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
Skills / Experience Required
- Essential qualifications:
- Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development or equivalent, plus a valid course-specific qualification (e.g., First Aid at Work, IOSH).
- Experience:
- Delivering first aid and/or health and safety courses to adults.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- Other:
- Physically able to perform CPR on a manikin on the floor.
- Confident using Microsoft applications and digital tools for course administration.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel to training venues.
