Job description

Bring events to life at one of London’s most exciting multi-use arts venues.
We're seeking a confident, organised and people-focused Programme & Venue Hire Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our energetic Events & Programming team. If you're passionate about live events, enjoy supporting creative projects, and have a flair for organisation, this is your chance to make a real impact.

As the Programme & Venue Hire Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our venue’s day-to-day activity—supporting promoters, community groups, artists and audiences alike. From coordinating space hire enquiries and managing event listings, to ensuring smooth customer experiences and supporting internal programming, no two days will be the same. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Head of Events and managing a Visitor Services Assistant, helping us to deliver high-quality events across a diverse and growing programme.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and has experience in venue admin, event coordination or customer-facing roles in the arts or cultural sector. You’ll be the go-to for space users and clients, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.

We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who understand the importance of accessible, welcoming and inclusive arts spaces—and who are ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute to something meaningful.
