The For Baby’s Sake Trust is seeking to appoint a Deputy Director of Operations to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer in leading programme development and delivery across the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social work professional with experience of managing teams and who shares our passion for breaking cycles of domestic abuse, giving babies the best start in life, and supporting care-experienced young people. 

In this role, you will manage Regional Team Managers and help ensure the consistent, robust and high-quality delivery of the For Baby’s Sake programme and other services across all sites. You will work collaboratively with delivery partners, provide Deputy Designated Safeguarding support, and contribute to the development and delivery of internal and external training. 

You will also play an important role in promoting the Trust’s work, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and identifying opportunities for new partnerships and delivery sites. 

This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The role offers the flexibility of working from home, with occasional travel across the UK as required.
