Coproduction & Activities Coordinator
Full time (35 hours per week) – Permanent - £42,588 pa
As lead for coproduction across our Care & Supported Housing Department, the post holder will have a firm understanding of the breadth of strengths and skills of the people using our services, while also having an awareness of the operational requirements of the department. Maximising opportunities to work together, improving communication and fully embracing the experiences of all the people we support so that we continue to improve services, enhance support and offer solutions and services that are truly coproduced.
The role, will lead Hightown's coproduction group 'VoiceBox', overseeing all coproduction activities, seeking new coproduction opportunities, recording successes, outcomes and monitoring activities all in accordance with Hightown's coproduction strategy. Performance will be reported to Hightown's Board.
Additionally the post holder will also encourage, promote, and celebrate the wide range of activities carried out by our diverse services. This role will look to identify, highlight and promote the activities already being undertaken as well as seek new opportunities, funding, access and awareness of an increased range of activities for all the people we support to further enhance their lives and better their outcomes. They will encourage services to broaden their range of activities and oversee the introduction of an activities database.

- With experience of promoting and implementing coproduction and coproduced activities with proven success of building relationships and effective partnerships
- With experience of working with vulnerable young people and/or adults from diverse backgrounds and/or complex needs using a variety of methods to engage groups in different ways.With the skills to coordinate Expert by Experience activities including delegating responsibilities.Who is strategic and creative; they will also be pragmatic and able to put vision into clear practice through competent project management approaches.

Main responsibilities
- Provide a professional friendly welcome to all visitors and residents arriving at Hillbrook House and providing information on services and facilities available
- To deal with telephone enquiries and to put calls through to other staff, to take messages and to retrieve voicemail messages
- Ensure the visitor policy is complied with and the seen sheet is completed and kept up to date
· Collate, input and monitor data via various IT platforms
· Manage incoming client applications via guidance support and various IT platforms
· Complete and the keep the staff rota up-to-date and distribute to staff
· Filing and other administrative work as required
· Updating reception documents and maintaining contact folders
· To offer a helpful and supportive presence to residents and reporting of incidents
· Keeping tally on stock available and first aid items
· Cash transactions over the reception for resident rent and maintain accurate receipting and accounting of all monies and credit transactions taken whilst on duty, checking floats and reconciling the till at the end of the shift
- Ensure that all keys and equipment issued are signed for and are returned and stored as appropriate
- To provide administrative support for the housing team and to carry out general administrative tasks (using Microsoft Office and other platforms)
- To be responsible for the post at the weekend, ensuring incoming post is dated, and is distributed to appropriate staff and residents and that outgoing post is processed correctly

About the role
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the role will manage and motivate the Treasury team ensuring that it runs as an efficient and effective service whilst fulfilling internal and external customer requirements.
Key to the role is managing the Association’s portfolio of over £850m of bank loans and capital borrowings, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, and excellent relationships are preserved with our banking and institutional investor partners.
The Head of Treasury is also responsible for creating and maintaining the long-term financial business plan for the Association and producing detailed sensitivity analysis and multi-variant stress-testing.
About you
You will be a subject matter expert and will drive continuous improvement in the efficiency, security and control of daily treasury and business planning activities.
Holding a professional accountancy qualification, (eg ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and ideally a treasury qualification (eg MCT, ACT) you will:
- Be proactive with the ability to work to a general brief with minimal supervision
- Have excellent financial analytical and treasury skills
- Have experience of managing a loan portfolio in excess of £500m
- Have experience of negotiating and managing loan agreements with banks
- Have experience of arranging borrowings from institutional investors through the capital markets
- Have the ability and experience to develop and maintain appropriate treasury systems procedures and internal financial controls
- Have experience of building and maintaining complex business plan models
- Be a great leader and able to manage and motivate staff to achieve high standards of performance

Using a gender and trauma-informed approach, the Outreach & Engagement Worker will deliver 2-4 daytime outreach sessions per week in Manchester alongside partners, colleagues and volunteers. About the team
Shelter Sheffield provide housing advice and support to people across the city with a focus on emergency homelessness, intensive support for children and families, people experiencing domestic abuse and people with multiple and complex needs. We take a holistic approach to help people deal with interrelated issues that can impact their ability to keep a home and help over 5000 people a year while also working to change the underlying systems that cause the housing emergency.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for in-person and telephone callers to the service - taking client details, providing information and working with advisers to direct enquiries to the right people.
You’ll provide administrative support and have responsibility for designing and developing office systems and processes, data input, extraction and analysis and finance administration. As a Specialist Housing Partner you’ll provide a high quality, efficient, effective housing and support service to customers that live in their Specialist Housing Schemes including Independent Living Schemes, enabling them to feel safe and supported to live well and independently for as long as possible. Salary

As a Specialist Housing Partner you’ll provide a high quality, efficient, effective housing and support service to customers that live in their Specialist Housing Schemes including Independent Living Schemes, enabling them to feel safe and supported to live well and independently for as long as possible. With a focus on building management, tenancy management and keeping tenants safe in their homes, you’ll provide comprehensive support including support planning at critical points and ensure any issues are resolved in the first instance whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
