CEO Role Summary:

The CEO provides strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality inclusive arts provision whilst overseeing operations, staff, fundraising, compliance and partnerships. They act as the organisation’s ambassador and contribute to the planning and delivery of both our charitable and business orientated objectives, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic, Leadership and Planning -

· Lead organisation, strategic management and business development

· Develop programmes aligned with community’s needs

· Review and direct a clear business plan with Trustees

· Represent CF at events, in the media and with stakeholders

· Liaise with beneficiaries, Council/NHS staff, Charity Commission, Companies House

Programme and Partnership Oversight -

· Approve marketing and promotional materials

Operations and Compliance -

· Oversee facilities, H&S compliance and sustainability

· Incorporate all Charity Commission and Companies House updates

· Maintain tenancy relationship with Barnet Council

· Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and Data Protection Officer (ICO)

· Ensure all risk assessments and safeguarding incidents are documented

Finance and Governance -

· Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

· Oversee financial control, resource efficiency, and long-term planning

· Lead on new business income generation strategies, including art sales

· Report financial and strategic performance to the Board of Trustees quarterly

· Ensure timely delivery of board papers and assist trustees/directors development

Personal Specification

Essential:

- Demonstratable senior leadership experience in arts, community or inclusive sectors

The Deputy CEO Directorate (DCEO) plays a key role in overseeing Dogs Trust's internal operations, ensuring the effective management of the Charity’s financial, legal, IT, efficiencies, facilities, and governance functions. Grant-making is central to GiveOut’s mission of growing giving to support LGBTQI human rights activism globally. As Senior Grant-Making Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our grant-making programme, ensuring we effectively channel resources to LGBTQI activist organisations worldwide.

Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) is the national charity caring for historic churches at risk. As the operator of the third largest heritage estate in charitable ownership in the UK, our 356 historic churches include examples of irreplaceable architecture, archaeology and art from 1,000 years of English history.

CCT has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration. All churches in our care are listed, mostly Grade I and II*, and some are Scheduled Ancient Monuments.

Overall job purpose

This is a fundamental role within our South regional team, internally the role is known as Local Community Officer.

The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on communities supporting their local CCT church with funds, events, inspiring interpretation, visitor services and preventive conservation. Salesforce Administration:

• Manage Salesforce CRM including user management, permissions, system configuration, and security
• Deploy updates, maintain custom fields and flows, and ensure data integrity
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Data Management & Processing:

• Process and maintain data from multiple external platforms and income sources
• Keep supporter records up to date including addresses, direct debit details, and preferences
• Conduct regular data quality checks, error correction, and reconciliation processes

Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate data reports and create dashboards for management and teams
• Extract and compile data for mailings, campaigns, and impact reporting

Technology & Innovation:

• Support implementation of AI integration (Dataro) and evaluate new Salesforce features
• Maintain platform integrations and support digital technology improvements
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices

Support & Collaboration:

• Develop streamlined data entry processes and documentation
• Support colleagues with database queries and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with strong Salesforce CRM administration skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience in charity fundraising processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, understanding of data protection principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments.

The charity is seeking a dedicated Philanthropy Officer to join its ambitious Fundraising Team and play a key role in sustaining and growing income from trusts and foundations. This role will lead on writing compelling funding proposals and reports, ensuring that deadlines are met and donor stewardship remains exemplary. Working closely with the CEO, Philanthropy Manager and colleagues across policy, science, communications, and finance, the postholder will ensure funders receive timely and impactful updates on the charity's work.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent writing skills, strong research abilities, and confidence in managing donor relationships. With a flair for turning complex scientific issues into clear and persuasive communications, they will be highly organised, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to protect people and nature from harmful chemicals. Experience in trust and foundation fundraising, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy, small team are essential.

Wildlife and Countryside Link is a coalition of 90 environmental charities. We are looking for a Policy Officer to help develop, advocate and win policy improvements for nature.

The Government has promised to halt the decline of nature by 2030 and to net zero by 2050, committing to decarbonising our energy systems as a core government mission. Such commitments have been made within the backdrop of a challenging economic environment. The next few years will be critical in securing nature based solutions as part of the drive to reach net zero and in developing our understanding of and engagement with private investment for nature’s recovery as these fledging funding streams evolve.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Policy Officer to convene environmental policy experts to agree bold shared policy positions. This role will focus on economic systems change, including innovative work on ways to drive private investment in nature; and on the role that nature must play in helping us to adapt to and mitigate the effects of climate change. There will be lots of thinking, lots of writing, and lots of opportunities to shape shared campaigns with excellent opportunities to engage with and work alongside some of the leading experts in these policy areas. You will also play a key role in delivering those messages to key influencers in Government and in Parliament.

Fundraising Officer
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised part-time Fundraising Officer to join us as an integral member of the fundraising team.

In this role, you’ll support income generation by focusing primarily on administration and stewardship responsibilities within Individual Giving and Community Fundraising. You will have the opportunity to develop supporter journeys as well as strong admin processes which support the growth of income across the team.

The right candidate will need to be self-motivated, with a positive attitude, committed to ensuring all supporters are made to feel valued.
